Eh. I'll just say Callan doesn't have the med-kit, being a doctor wouldn't mean much except that he can identify sicknesses with, like, a 70% correctness rate and can stitch up a relatively bad cut. He's not a surgeon. |

The group could avoid the radioactive states by hopping off the I-80 and cutting through via Missouri, Kentucky or Tennessee, and Virginia, but that would land them right in the middle of Three territory. |

I'd assume that we'd need to decide what stuff the characters snatched from the safe haven on the way out before we start, right? Because, you know, they won't be able to get a lot of that stuff until way later. |

The only military camps that won't be completely ransacked by other survivors would be the safe havens (they're technically military camps, just really complicated and well-established ones). And I suppose the loot places could also be considered military camps? But then there's the problem of the loot spots already not having supplies 'cause of other survivors and shit.
