it would be fun to start with the fire, but with so many characters, they need their own entrances and at least small build up or else the reader forms no connection with them and no reason to root for them in the disaster maybe I am treating this too much like a book and not like an rp, but I like the idea of starting with the dragon bonding as long as we keep it to only three posts maximum in that section where all the riders post first (just so we stay on track and don't loose steam right away)

I like the explosion one, if the dragons and riders have been together for like a week like the option originally said, it allows for some pure panic in dragons that have begun bonding with their riders |

Ooo and if the Dragon Pit hit first some of the dragons could get injured too so it isn't just the riders potentially getting hurt. The riders could wake up to the sound and rumble of an explosion, just for their building to be hit seconds later.

Absolutely, desperate dragons that are hurt, and some wanting badly to get their riders who they have to hear get hit with a second explosion, even if they don't know what's what it is |
