Ok, so what box breathing is, is breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, out for 4 seconds hold for 4 seconds. Repeat as needed. I would like you to ask to go to the bathroom and try box breathing on your way there. Then you get there, get a paper towel of possible and run it under cold water. Place that on your face and the back of your neck. That should help

SO- for today, tomorrow and maybe the next day I'll be gone. Also I just realized, since you can have infinite tiny pets, that somebody could have an army of pets if they wanted to!

All good. I'm notoriously bad at WP math for some reason, so I didn't know if I was making a mistake or not.

An army of tiny pets sounds cool until you realize a deep cave Therapod might just step on all of them. Also, a moth having a rhino beetle pet is just funny to me.
