Hello, would someone's character like to be the one who was in charge of recruiting Vix? Maybe they had an assignment at a important social event and met her and maybe she helped them in some small way or they heard her gossiping about stuff that she probably shouldn't know. They would've had to have been part of the Syndicate for about seven years and been able to be at Disciple level I think
