I think if you breed higher talents together you'll be more likely to get higher talent puppers but you can't really count on anything specific to happen

Also Biologists at work's Charectar Vignir is almost three feet tall. For Leaf I put easily a head taller than any of his pack mates. I think leaf just about defies would genetics at this points.
