I just meant with locations and stuff regarding the world-building. Like the locations of each gang, we could get super descriptive and creative with it.
I think the Lucians may be super easy-going with strong morals. They like to enforce rules while also being kinda... lenient? If that makes sense.

Righttt, gotcha. Lets sort out the two gangs before we get into all that good stuff then. . . . As for the Naqins, I think they're almost the opposite. They place huge value on ones place in the hierarchy and if any subordinate gets out of hand, their punishment would be unecessarily strict. The Naqins would be a little unfair when it comes to justice, and are a pretty shallow group. --all of this being said about the figureheads at least. I imagine Eamon and Kittera are their own person, but are still somewhat guided by what their clans value. Both of their fathers died, but they still have their mothers, so maybe we can have a little thing where the widows even try and find new mates/husbands of their own amongst all the drama. >.> *gasp* maybe we can have some suspicion of foul play going on--like hitmans or something . . Also, I'm a very "npc active" person. Meaning that I like to create a ton of sub-plots and other interactions with not just my own personal character. So I'm saying all of this in mind of the fact that the Naqins will more or less be that for me. ^^ If you feel otherwise, let me know. Edited at August 2, 2022 09:23 PM by Silkie

I sorted things out into categories so it'll be easier to write and think of things. You can go ahead and take a look and then gradually fill out the Lucian gang however you want. :)

Sounds interesting enough! I think having these two gangs - one being very stern while the other is more free - it will create this unique sort of dynamic between how our characters think because it was simply how they were raised/it's all they know and been around.
And I love that hitman idea-- What if there became a theory where one of the widows hired one to kill the mate of another because she was jealous as her own marriage was failing? Obviously most would come to realize that isn't true, considering both are dead, but I think it would still be interesting nonetheless.
That's totally fine!
I'm thinking the Lucian's have a fair judgement regarding justice, and while still enforcing their rules, they have a more 'warning' system. Like a three strikes then your out sort of thing. I'll say that Eamon's father, the figurehead, was a bit of an ambitious thing and would constantly be barking orders at everyone. They'll probably be very schedule-oriented, so everyone is at least occupied with one thing.
