It's a show, Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts.. Basically, (SPOILER ALERT FOR THE SHOW!) there was an apocalypse when animals mutated to be bigger and smarter and humans were forced underground, and Emilia is the evil scientist leader of the humans. |
