and if the mother has less than 30 points in maternal, i do believe it will be only one pup
with 30 points, it's usually 3 pups

I'll be making the RP post tonight! :3 I suggest figuring out the rest of the dormmates! Talon will need a roommate and I THINK Enika is with Mavis? (I never heard any confirmation) And if anyone needs to know so they can start on their post, the RP will begin on a Thursday during move in day! Classes won't begin for another half week or so (but we can always time skip)
