Anyways. So, I've been for a very very long time wanting to do pixel art. Though, none of the programs I have are.. pixelated or show pixels very badly.
So, I was wondering, for those of you who do or know good pixel programs. What are some?

What I do art/everything on: IPad Pro
Itd be preferable if they are free but, if they aren't, I'm sure I could scrounge up some money :D

I used to use Pixilart.com for a bit - it's not bad. It's a website though but I recommend it.

I do all of my stuff on an app called Sketch- Draw and paint.
They have a pixel mode there if you're still tryin' to find somethin'.

I use medibang, there's a pixel brush for this specifically and you can use a small canvas to help out as well
