I'm still a bit salty about the incident. I'll hopefully be getting a Jungle Boogie soon though - so that'll make up for the loss.

I had to google that but they look really cool, and of course the name is awesome. I got a dwarfed lemon tree the other day and I'm SO EXCITED. But I also don't know what I'm doing.

Jungle Boogies are actually new to my knowledge as well. My work just recently got them in and I've completely fallen in love with them as a result. The best part is they can get huge! I'd love to be able to own a few good sized ones one day aha. Though honestly I've just got a crush on most Philodendrons. That lemon tree sounds awesome! Good luck with it.

Okayyy guys, exciting news! I finally worked out what the seeds were I brought back from Lanzarote. I've been trying to work out what they were and as they started germinating today I gave it another look. They are Launaea arborescens! Which is a totally awesome plant, I recommend taking a look at them. They're also a member of the dandelion family! :D Also, my new hyacinths have flowered and now you can smell it throughout the house whenever you open my door, which is awesome. Dang Sebby! I've wanted a plant like that for ages! :0 I love leafy tropical plants.

They're so cool. I didn't expect them to survive at all so I'm super excited to see them growing. They're supposedly super hardy plants, but I'm still worried I'll kill them. :'( Lanzarote is so, so good! I went during the winter holiday and definitely want to go back whenever I can! The volcanoes are awesome, the plants are awesome, it's all awesome.

I did a count. I have 31 spider plants. Most of them are very small and I'm quite worried about the health of these babies. I'd love to transfer them to soil but they don't have roots yet. I can't put them fully in water as they'll rot so this was the best option.
I didn't wanna have to cut them off so early but I couldn't have any more spider babies ahah. I can't simply get rid of 'em though, so I'm just hoping I'll find someone to give them to once they're a bit bigger and have roots. Edited at January 10, 2020 07:32 PM by Eternity

@Eternity -- It's really neat you were able to pick up those seeds from Lanzarote! I'm afraid that place is more than just a few thousand miles away from my place of residence aha. I'd definitely love to visit one day. That's also quite a fair amount of Spider Plants. I'm about to be taking in a few myself pretty soon. Anyways . . . I've finally gotten a plant I've wanted for a while. This here is a little Peperomia Rosso. I absolutely adore them! I'd love a Watermelon Peperomia one day.
