Elbowen said: I do the undergarments thing all the time! And I agree- using triangles for the legs and hips are a really usefull thing to do! You know how some artists use boxes for the body? If you ever try a more semi-realistic style, you could look into those tutorials! ^^
i`m takin things slow and making minor changes as im not too confident in my ability but getting proportions right is probably the first step. It`s a bit tedious to draw a person in their undergarments first then put the clothing on but it really helps get it portioned correctly. As i draw females, it`s a really curvy shape that can be hard to get even enough. Also i meant a triangle after the torso then shaping the hips around the base of the triangle and putting the legs a bit apart from the tip for proportions. But this can all just be summed up by saying : Art is hard.
