Ok, so what box breathing is, is breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, out for 4 seconds hold for 4 seconds. Repeat as needed. I would like you to ask to go to the bathroom and try box breathing on your way there. Then you get there, get a paper towel of possible and run it under cold water. Place that on your face and the back of your neck. That should help

What does the screen for a mod look like?

For example, the chatbox. Is it different for a mod? Are there Bazinga buttons for you? XD

And also, what were your reactions to your acceptance letters (Emails or whatever :P)

if i remember correctly, it wasn't intentional, so she realized that and didn't punish you since it was an accident.
