What is the 'stalk' option we have when we go in to the wolves profile page thingy, just beside the 'manage wolf' option? Cuz I have seen it but other than that, I have no idea what it is or what it does, so can someone explain it to me?

Stalking a wolf will let you watch it. You can also set it to alert you if the wolf is put up for sale or breeding
