Is this how the mobile view is supposed to look?

I had the desktop view on, then decided to turn it off recently. I'm on google chrome, on a older Samsung phone that works off wifi. The site seems to cut off stuff and cram everything in, so maybe the view isn't made for my phone or perhaps thats how it is supposed to be. Or something I did wrong, and it isn't properly set to the mobile ui. Enabling desktop view again does change the view back to desktop.

Is this how it's supposed to be?

I put the images into the image opition now instead of just the link, sorry I didn't before. I can add some others later, but those were all I took haha

My palette messed up the links, I had no idea they were clickable!

I'm on a Google Pixel 5, also using chrome, so it's definitely not a browser thing! That's so odd.
