Erzulie is an elegant specimen of a mare who acts very proper. The way she carries herself is graceful and sophisticated. In truth, the mare knows that she is one worthy to look at. She stands at approximately 15 hands as of now, though is expected to grow a taller as time passes on, ranging more near the 16 hands section. Her physique is more on the lithe side, best used for being swift. However, she does have muscle in her legs which will grow as she does.

Her coat is most unique, with different shades of browns and whites scattered around. For the most part, her coat appears blotchy and blurred, but as you move towards her tail, the colour suddenly becomes a clear white with defined edges. Her legs are a dark brown that reach just above her knees before being faded into a dirty white.

Upon Erzulie's face is a crisp white stripe that separates the brownness upon her cheeks. Her mane and tail are a dark brown that fade into a lighter brown, and her eyes are a dark brown. The mare's nose is a light pink in appearance, and her hooves are a tan.

Personality: Erzulie is a complex mare. There are several personality traits that she carries with her that make her an overall difficult mare to understand. For one, she acts sophisticated and mannered, but she can also be rather vicious towards others depending if they're on her bad side or not. After all, she doesn't take kindly to those that verbally or physically harm herself or those she cares about. In this manner, she takes after her mother.

She walks with elegance and pride, and certainly speaks that way as well. Erzulie, for the most part, is adventerous and sometimes spontaneous, doing things out of her comfort zone simply because she can. She enjoys conversing with others and considers herself an ambivert. There are times when Erzulie is beyond extroverted, darting around and convincing others to do things with her, but on other days, she can be found spending time alone by herself.

While she is kind towards everyone, Erzulie is picky towards her friends. She picks and chooses who is welcome into her inner circle, which is yet another complex thing about her. You never know just who she'll accept or not, but she has her own methods on deciding. While kind, don't underestimate her kindness, for Erzulie can be wicked if she must be. The mare can flip her personality like a switch the moment somebody screws her over, which comes as a shock to many.

She is also intelligent, simply because she's careful with what she chooses. She's careful with her words, with her adventures, with her moves, with anything she does. Call her an overthinker, but Erzulie simply likes to take precautions.

Now, taking after her father, Erzulie is one to never give her respect for free. It must be earned, or so she had learned from her father. Like him, she lets others earn it. Like him, she will be kind, but will not be taken advantage of.

Overall, she is a mare that could be depended on, one that is beyond loyal and will fight for anybody she cares about with everything she has.

Kavik

Kavik is a handsome little tovero. His unique coat is mostly white, though he has wide splashes of chestnut across his chest, neck, face, stifles, and right flank. Smaller flicks of red dot his coat near the larger, more prominent color swatches. His forelock is sorrel, as are streaks of his tail, but the rest of his mane is white.

As he is still growing, he stands at about 15.8 hands and has a skinnier frame. His coat still holds its baby softness, though it does look much sleeker than when he was younger and poofy. His muscling is beginning to become more prominent than his bones, which he is quite proud of. His hooves are predominantly white, though there is some darker striping in the backs.

Kavik's movements have a certain eagerness to them, as though he's always itching to run. His gaits are steady and sure. He does have an extra spring in his step, especially when trotting, though his gallop is incredibly smooth. Kavik is a more nimble horse, especially at this stage in his life, with both speed and precision. His hooves haven't failed him yet.

Personality

Kavik attempts to emulate every respectable, full-grown stallion. He makes a painstaking effort to bed down emotional reactions such as annoyance, anger, fear, surprise, or overexcitement of any sort. He tries to pick his battles wisely and keep away from unnecessary disputes.

His all-time idols are Chex and Ouray. Kavik tries to temper Chex's aggression with Ouray's trust, which results in a colt hostile to outsiders but mild-mannered with those within the herd. He's thoughtful and observant, and he has become quite good at knowing when to say something or act a certain way, and when to not.

Kavik is quite adventurous, but he's smart about it. He's well aware of the dangers wandering off can entail, and he's careful not to venture too far. He has no problem playing with other yearlings, mock battling, and creating imaginary herds. His hope is to one day become a lieutenant, supporting the leads without actually leading. He'd much rather be the bodyguard than the king.

Kavik has a more quiet, sober personality than many his age. It's not that he's traumitized or sad; he just has a more stable presence. This does not impede his chivalry towards each mare in the herd, nor does it affect his sense of humor. He's simply decided to grow up a little early; the recent outing of Ouray has reaffirmed his decision.

Her coat is a chestnut beneath markings of white, marking her as an appaloosa. Her body is predominently white, but the chestnut shows in spots and her legs, and a light dusting of the chestnut coming through on her face, neck, shoulders, sides and flanks. Her hooves are a light grey and brown mixture, and her nose is grey, trickled in pink spots. Her mane and tail are a mix of cream, grey, and the ginger shade common in chestnuts.

She isn't one for unnecessary fights. She'll defuse drama before she'll start it, doing her best with soothing tones and calm words to make a fight stop. Unless, of course, she believes one of the two parties deserves it. She won't get involved, unless it is her fight. If it is her fight, which is extremely unlikely, she won't allow anyone to get involved. It is her fight, and hers alone. Another will not fight for her, another will not defend her.

At first glance, Setsuko may not appear to have the build of a barrel racer. However, a closer glance reveals that this horse is packed with muscles, one could see them rippling beneath her fur. Most of this mare's bulk is made up of the muscles in her shoulders and hindquarters. Her legs are very long and slim, which allows Setsuko to make sharp turns. But don't let this ex-barrel racers skinny legs fool you, because she is still able to deliver a nasty kick to those that ask for it. As a horse who was constantly on top of the competition, Setsuko is extremely fit.

Setsuko's dapple gray pelt is unusual among quarter horses, which makes her stand out. Her dappling is more intense on her neck and underbelly, though there's still a lot of it on this horse's hindquarters, too. Her light, sky blue eyes perfectly complement Setsuko's lighter color sceme, which also includes her mane and tail. Both are a bright, beautifully colored white but quickly fade into a yellowish color. They're both long and flowing, or, more like overgrown and flowing. Setsuko's hair was never cut during her last few weeks as a captive horse, so her tail drags on the ground behind her and she sometimes trips over or steps on it.

Setsuko has a long, narrow face with a dark, black colored nose. She has cheekbones which stick out of her face like a sore thumb and small ears which lack fluff.

Maile is a shorter horse, ranging at 15.4 'hands', or 61.6 inches; roughly just over 5 feet. She doesn't seem unporportional, though- no. Rather, she has long spindly legs that lead to strong, lean haunches. Her torso is nice and fitted with her neck, which is slightly larger than an average Arabian (due to being a Mangalarga Marchador). Her whole backside is scattered with splotches of a lighter greyish white, which would lead to her nickname 'Snow'.

Maile's eyes are a charcoal black, only a sliver of dark brown signifying her iris color. Her muzzle is narrow, which is preferred by most ranchers due to the easily applicable muzzle harnesses. It's the same with her back, which is narrow enough for a saddle to be strapped on. Growing up as a saddled horse, her spine holds the slightest indent, barely noticeable. Zero blemishes mark her coat, and her fur is nicely moisturized and slowly falls down her back in perfect waterfalls.

It is obvious even from afar that she was a well-groomed horse, as her fur still holds a shine to it despite having been in the wild for quite a bit now.

Personality:

Maile is a sweet, sensitive soul. She usually will remind people of a child in the sense that she will not actively seek social situations. However, when she finds herself in one she resorts to being polite and using her known conversing skills. Maile doesn't go with the flow, and has trouble just 'going by ear'. She can sometimes receive anxiety attacks from it, or get overwhelmed to the point of just freezing and not being able to speak. This is all due to hating change, and the pure fear of it. Her owner letting the herd free broke a certain barrier inside of her, and now she oftentimes fends herself off from achieving trust in other horses, instead of just entertaining them with daily conversations and the such.
