Her mustangs features are strongly accented. Standing at 16.2 hands she is bigger than some, and quite tall for a mare. Astra’s leg muscles stand out and she is as sure footed as any in the herd. She was born to the deputy mare seven years ago, with her father being the previous lead stallion, both who passed away when she was just a filly. Her coat is distinctly recognisable as she is almost the spitting image of her late mother. Her tail is almost white, as is her face. Her bold brown eyes are brave and full of memories. Her hooves are as sure and sound as the mountains she climbs and the plains that she gallops across. Her legs were built for speed and stamina, through generations of horses before her.

Personality:

She is commanding and a natural leader, she is fiercely loyal to the herd and treats others how she wishes to be treated. She demands respect in more ways than one but will respect each individual horse in their own unique ways. She is often stubborn with her decisions about the herd, but always with the herd’s best interests at heart. Although she is strong and tough, she does has a softer side. Foals are particularly her favourite but most of all she loves the yearlings. Their bubbling personalities always make her smile. She likes all the horses in the clan and although she does have some hesitancy towards loners joining the herd, once she gets to know them and find out their skills and personalities she really connects with them. Although she is quite young for a lead mare, she has the experience of 7 years of herd life behind her and she was an intelligent one from the beginning of her life and she had learnt from the ones before her what it meant to be in the herd. Maximus is a a rather gorgous horse and tall to, standing at 18 he can make any man feel small. His eyes a deep brown His mane and tail which is a gorgeous blond, His mane and tail is unbelievably wavy and curly matching the soft pearl white description of his coat. His coat is soft but also is a home to huge muscles that flex with his every move.

Personality:

Maximus is a fiery and independent stallion, knowing what he wants. If he wants it, he will get it, no questions asked, and he does not stop until he does. He's ruthless and restless, constantly on the move towards his next goal, destination, or whatever the case may be - Maximus does not stop at any cost, making him a determined stallion with little to no limits. He will push himself to the end no matter how draining a task may be. He will accomplish his goals. Maximus is someone you would want to stay on the good side of. All though an all around dick, Maximus does care about others if you don't decide to press his buttons. He's not one to give second chances, and what you may not consider some sort of screw-up, he might, and there is no getting a relationship back. He holds trust and honesty, as well as loyalty close to him - it is something that should be an unbreakable bond, and to him, if it's broken, that's the end of a chapter with someone. Just generally speaking; break his trust, honesty, or loyalty, you will not be forgiven. Maximus prioritizes everything in a certain order, and this is constantly changing. He has a tendency to see what is most important first, so sometimes yes, it is him, and for this, call him selfish - that will not stop him. However, in most stressful cases and situations, he will put others before him unless alone. He's a witty and alert thinker, always thinking of his next move and is constantly one step ahead of his enemies and foes. Dorin enjoys the adrenaline rushes of life. Danger, hardships, common challenges and even challenging challenges are something he will always take on, and rarely ever back down from. Bad idea or not, it's best not to stop him in his tracks. Though he doesn't necessarily need company, life is about ten times more better if someone is willing to come with him on these journeys and experience them with him. However, Maximus will not end up disliking you if you prefer the more calm surroundings and feeling safe. Maximus is a stallion who speaks when he wants and how he wants. Of course to superiors, he shows respect and manners, which he will return to practically anyone as long as they show it first. As most say, respect is earned, not given, and that is one of Maximus's philosophies - same goes with loyalty and honesty. It should be simple, but for some reason, some may find this complex. Maximus has proven to be quite protective of the herd. He would give up his life for them, and considering he may not like everyone, he would still die for it and die for what he believes is right. He is a warrior, a true and honorable one, and that cannot be mistaken. Maximus is always trying to do what he thinks is right.

Zeal is a rather stocky but heavy mare, standing a little over 15.7 hands. She was built to run long distances, but not at fast speeds. In fact, Zeal is one of the slowest horses in the herd, and is often found running at the back of the herd. When running from danger, the mare would rather turn and face the threat than run.

This mare is buckskin appaloosa - having white along the majority of her body with her front being a buckskin color (from her head, down her chest, and ending in a black at her front legs). Across her white fur is covered in spots of buckskin and black (the buckskin color along her back and the black on her lower legs). On the left side of her face, the white starts early, seemingly cutting her eye in half. Some blotches of white line her snout and lower front legs. Her mane fades from grey to white rather quickly - her tail doing a similar fade, but from white to grey and in a slower manner.

The female’s eyes are of an… odd complection. Her right eye is a dark brown coloration that is often seen as harsh. Her left eye starts as the same brown, but turns icy blue when split by the white. Specks of brown sprinkle into the blue, but do little to change its color. That eye is known to freeze many with a single glance - especially when angry.

Personality:

Zeal has a rather motherly complexion, and knows how to take care of foals rather well (though she only tolerates those that are not her own most of the time). But - as with all motherly personas - she can be quite strict. She can be observed monitoring every small detail despite not being of a higher rank. This attitude often causes her to clash with those with a higher status, especially if she does not agree with their way of leadership.

As one could tell, the female is extremely argumentative. She never gives up on an argument, even when proven wrong. If backed into a corner, she will try and twist the words of those against her. But, never will she bring insults into the argument. She finds those who do to be deplorable.

The mare can be social at times, namely when around those who agree with her opinions. She will often gossip about other mares within the herd, making fun of any of their mistakes and dumb decisions. That, or she will discuss whatever they agree upon, expanding her ideas and getting more information on certain topics. She must always be prepared for an argument. However, she can and will make sarcastic remarks during such arguments - especially when twisting words.

Zeal can be quite cold towards many of the herd members. She will go out of her way to avoid those she finds annoying or needy. She may also snap at those she despises if they get too close. Overall, not a very friendly horse.

For those she cares about - namely her foals - the mare is incredibly overprotective. If danger is near or if something bad happens, it may get to the point where she refuses to let them leave her side, nor play with other foals. She will always have her eye on them and be close by incase they need anything. As ‘repercussion’, Zeal will attempt to give them whatever they please, making most of her children a bit spoiled.

However, as time went on, Zeal started to get agitated with the filly’s demand for milk. She now snaps at the filly whenever she decides that she has had her fill.
