Name: Enigma Age: 4 Gender: Female Rank: Scout Desired Rank: Something higher than what she is now, possibly beta female.
Appearance
Enigma is an arctic wolf from the Canadian tundra. Her parents' pack where all arctic wolves but Enigma has never formally met the pack which ties into her insecurities about the breed of wolf she is around her pack members now.
Her pelt is a rough white with small gray patches. Both the tip of her tail and muzzle are grayer than the patches under her coat. Enigma is not as strong as fellow female wolves, so she relies on speed and agility to make up for lack of muscle. Her height is average though standing at about thirty-six inches from head to paws. She isn't on the smaller size, but it just thinner because of her weaknesses. Appearance wise, she medium build at one hundred and twenty pounds.
Her eyes are the most notable and memorable feature. They are a hazy gray. Nothing special, but Enigma has a tendency to hold her gaze with others giving off an uncomfortable feeling. It almost looks like the haze floats around her iris further adding to her mysterious persona.
Personality
Enigma, as her name suggests, comes across as mysterious and hard to figure out. She doesn't go out of her way to appear puzzling though. The way she was raised has contributed to her lack to communicate her needs. Enigma hates to be a burden to the pack and doesn't want to be seen as weak. She never lets her guard down except when (and only when) she's alone. Some might see Enigma as paranoid as if she was expecting something to jump out and attack at every waking moment.
When not being paranoid, Enigma tends to be very forceful and assertive, however she has an irrational fear of the high ranks of the packs. To cope with this fear of them, she comes off as sarcastic and disrespectful. Most times she just nods her head and doesn't speak to the higher ranks to avoid this disrespect. She doesn't like her current rank and has always wanted to be the leader of her own pack. The thought of leaving and searching for a mate has also crossed her mind, but she knows she would not be able to survive very long alone. She thinks of herself as having a good head on her shoulders. Enigma is not easily tricked and is pretty aware of what's around her. However, she is not a rational thinker. Her actions are mostly a result of her emotion to the situation at hand.
Small talk annoys her, but constant ranting or talk about one particular subject is irritating to her too. Enigma can be very selfish, but she does her best not to show this. This leads to her manipulation of others, particularly the younger wolves because of their gullible nature. If you see her calmly listening another pack member, she is probably thinking of what she can gain from the other wolf. Most of the time she's thinking of how to manipulate their problems to fit her needs. Deep down Enigma desperately wants to be liked while still being perceived as strong and capable. She desperately wants to trust the pack and desperately wants to have a meaning to her role in the pack. She believes she will gain that trust by others trusting her.

Appearance: ©EternalOcean.DA  Ruth is a small and petite gal, and appears with minimal muscle. This will change with her growth, but for now, she simply stands at fourteen inches and weights roughly fifty pounds. Her coat is fluffy and soft as she tries her best to be as clean as possible. Ruth has a coat made up of browns and tans, darkest on her face and along her back. Her ears are a bit on the bigger end as she grows into them. Her legs are slender and skinny, and as stated, she has minimal muscle. Her eyes are a dark brown, sometimes appearing a bit more orange depending on the lighting. She has no scars or marks at this time. Personality:
Ruth is a youngster with not a singular harsh bone in her body. She hates violence, verbal or physical, and would like to keep things as civil as possible. She has no longing for power or to be on top, and simply wants to live life. Ruth enjoys the lights of life and discovering new things as she grows and becomes more knowledgable on certain topics.
Ruth is respectful. She is always using manners, using "sir", "ma'am", "please", "thank you", or anything of the like even if she doesn't have to. For this, many enjoy being around her, and she is rather likable. Ruth is one to be honest about her truths and stick to what she believes - she does not let anyone change her just because they want her to be someone she isn't. Ruth believes that in order to go through life, she must stick to what she knows and expand upon it.
Ruth is a fool. In the sense that she can be fooled and that she is considerbaly silly. She is gullible as some may say, and will eat up anything that is fed to her. It may be obvious that you're lying to her, but she will still believe false words. But on a more lighter note, Ruth is someone who is quite playful and can be considerably stupid at times, but in a good way. This is simply because as a youngster, she doesn't know everything, and is still learning and growing.
Ruth, as stated before, hates violence. If something does happen to her, she becomes quite submissive and does as she is told. She is easy to boss around and very rarely puts up a fight in fear of ticking someone off on accident. She does not have to respect you or like you to do what is told. Eventually she will learn that respecting someone also means they should respect you, but for now, that is something in the dark. As some may say, Ruth is simply too kind for this world.
Speaking of which, Ruth is always looking to give a helping hand. She enjoys the social aspects of life, and helping is one of them. She is very accepting, and does not care about what you do as long as you think you're doing the right thing. However, this can easily be mistaken as her not knowing the difference between right and wrong. She does know, but if she sees someone doing something that for sure isn't okay, she is not one to be confrontational. Ruth will keep it in the dark, and eventually, it will come back up one way or another.

His fur not quite as thick as the others, the longness of his legs that young animals have yet to grow into, his ears a bit larger in proportion to his head. If he lives through the Trials and to six years, to adulthood, he will find out that he never will look exactly like the others around him, as a standard, after all, everyone looks different. Sure, his fur will get thicker come colder weather, but it will always be thinner, giving him a sleek, more streamlined appearance. His legs will always be just a touch longer. And so he will look younger in adulthood. One could say he is like a red wolf in terms of build. Even at first glance, one can tell that he was made for speed. His lean body is covered with ink-black fur, thinner than a typical wolf's pelt, lying closer to his body; with only a touch of gray grizzle on his back and neck. His alert gold eyes are framed by the black fur on his face, and highlighted by the sparse silver hairs on his forehead; making his eyes look brighter, more intense. Most likely he will lighten with age as most black wolves do, but for now, he is almost totally a dark black. He stands at 25 inches at the shoulder and weighs 72 pounds. Evidently, he is not the largest wolf around; caught between being small and being average size. But despite appearances, there is power in those limbs, in his shoulders and hindlegs, that grant him his speed, his agility, and strength. So while he is lean, he is padded with toned muscle. He has a way of moving, quiet and swift, like a living shadow. Not quite a trot, not quite a slink, but seemingly gliding over ground with light, quick, and quiet paws. He can disappear from sight easily, one moment he is there and the next he isn't. Most of the time, he doesn't realize how inadvertently stealthy he is, it comes naturally to him; with little thought put into it. Though he does remember how stealthy he is when he inevitably startles some other wolf. Silas usually looks alert, ears flicking and eyes glancing around. He has a normal stance, not too proud nor submissive. His usually expression is indifferent, or just normal, or focused, depending on the context.  (Credits to Khalliysgraphy on Deviantart)Personality: Silas is a bright young wolf, a quick learner with a sharp mind, and he does like to learn. But he is more reserved, not making a show of his emotions or thoughts; he prefers to keep his opinions and feelings to himself and share them when necessary. Which is typically when someone asks him, or if he needs to take action, or just can't hold it in anymore. He is a quiet wolf, more prone to listening and observing than speaking. His silence conceals a clever mind. Like most youngsters, he is energetic and loves to move. Very active his one is, and is eager to do anything with physical activity: hunting, scouting, or training. He can get restless when he has not gotten all that energy out. Though he can and will stay still if he needs to, it is both easy and harder for him; easy because by nature he is a more patient wolf who prefers to observe, on the other hand, he is energetic. A sure way to know when his interest is waning or has never been there in the first place is when he starts showing signs of restlessness. He also enjoys helping others out, usually tied with doing something active or involved in learning something new, though it is nice to help out just to be nice. Silas is not without a fiercer side. He is a nimble and vicious fighter, even in training. He is not a wolf who goes around picking fights in his own ranking just for the hell of it; but he is not overly passive either. Sure, he knows when not to show aggression, mostly in regards to high ranked wolves, but he has little tolerence with wolves on his level when they start acting all aggressive or something. Even then, he makes it a point to not strike the first blow, no, he does not start it, he ends it. A good amount of this is because if he says he fought back in self-defense there is a chance he will have a less severe punishment. Unless of course, he needs to strike first, like in a true life or death battle. He is a cautious wolf, careful, and this is apparent in how he acts as well; he doesn't trust all too easily, though he isn't entirely closed off to others. It's more of a wariness that comes with interacting with someone you don't know too well or has a reputation. He is pretty good at acting indifferent to things, but he hasn't gotten it down entirely yet, give him a little while to perfect it. While Silas is usually pragmatic, for some inexplicable reason, if he is wounded, he will not bring attention to it. Luckily, with wolves' senses being that they are, a wound will not go untreated for too long, but still. He is a bit independent, enough that he sometimes doesn't ask for help when he needs it, because, depending on another wolf, ew. He gets satsifaction from solving problems himself. He can be quite... interesting when he is in a bad mood, or in pain, or tired, or worried/anxious, or just irritated. He has a sharp tongue, and when he decides to use it, it is a bit sharp and cutting sometimes; especially when something is off. A bit more sarcastic, or even snapping at someone, and a bit more snippy and short-tempered when dealing with someone he dislikes, either that or ignoring the one in question. Overall, a summary of his personality would be: Clever, stealthy, curious, reserved, and determined.
