Name: Sorrento Secret (Sorrento) ` || 6.8 Years || Stallion || Ranch Herd || Regular || Appearance: A dark-coated Lusitano bay, Sorrento has quite the agile build. With long legs and a girth enabling him to run at speedy paces he is quite swift. His mane and tail are of medium length and are dark black that matches the coloring of his nose and four legs. ` This stallion stands at 15.7 hands and has a keen sense of sight. He often sees things at great distances that may otherwise be overlooked. His ears are of average height for a Lusitano stallion, not overly small but not overly large either. His hooves are a dark gray color and are relatively wide. ` Personality: Stubborn and with a somewhat cold and distant demeanor, Sorrento isn't exactly the nicest horse among the ranch herd. That being said he does have a soft spot for foals and yearlings and can more often than not be found answering any questions they have or, if absolutely needed, running about and playing with them. ` Not the most social horse in existence, whenever possible, he will stand off and away from the herd. Silence and solitude are often welcome for Sorrento and he takes advantage of this luxury every chance he can get. Personality: Misty is a mostly calm filly but can get snappy if put under to much pressure, the filly tries her hardest to always keep a open mind and not be to hard on others and is often seen with her brother phantom watching the herd, or chatting with her mother. Her goal is to make all the horses in her herd happy but worries quite a bit about even the smallest things. Name: Chex Age: Six Years Gender: Male / Stallion Herd or Band: The Feral Herd Rank: Lieutenant Appearance: [Image Credits on Image: Colourized-Stock on DA] Chex is by no means a small stallion. The brute is truly a behemoth in size, standing at a towering, powerful 18.1 hands. He is nothing short of a creature of gigantic preportions. He has long, powerful legs, and a broad, powerful figure. His body is covered in strong, sinewy muscle, giving him a domineering aura with a tough-looking exterior. He has an athletic physique, body shaped in a way that excudes power. The stallion is of a dark bay colouration. His legs are a black shade, and the rest of his body barely comes above a dark brown. His neck, shoulders, and head are all nearly black, the lightest parts of him being around his shoulders and flanks. His mane and tail are long and onyx in hue. Scars spill all across his body from fights with other stallions, predators and other random mishaps. His eyes are equally dark, completely black and like shadows, showing none of his true intentions or thoughts. Personality: Chex is as brutish in demeanor as he is in appearance. With strangers, the stallion is gruff and violent, blunt and domineering. He is a being that demands respect and fear from outsiders with harsh words and harsher actions. He has little, if any, patience with unfamiliar stallions, and even less respect for those that haven't proven it. He's an experienced fighter, both due to age, experience and growing up in a large herd with lots of brothers to spar with. Aggressive is an understatement for how he treats stranger stallions. His respect is not easy to earn. To those in his herd or band, he'll be pleasant and kind, but his respect is a difficult thing to earn. It is even harder to keep. He gives limited respect to those higher-ranked than him, but anything more than basic decency has to be earned. Earned by good choices, good leading, bringing up good things. He'll be kind, but if you haven't proven yourself then it's doubtful he'll listen to you and your ideas. His offspring, and mares that give birth to his offspring, will always get a special kind of treatment. Kindness, loyalty, a soft spot in his heart that few see and fewer keep. My Feral Herd Mare Name: Adela Age: Nine Years Gender: Female / Mare Herd or Band: The Feral Herd Rank: Herd Mare Appearance: Adela is a mare of a pretty, lovely appearance. She stands at a height of 15.3 hands, not something that is huge in terms of height, but she's not the smallest mare to ever exist either. She's got a slender frame, with long legs and a defined head. She's not at all sore on the eyes, that's for sure. She's not overly muscular or powerful, but she's got the muscle to run and hold her own in a petty mares squabble (not that she would get too involved in any of those). Her coat is a chestnut beneath markings of white, marking her as an appaloosa. Her body is predominently white, but the chestnut shows in spots and her legs, and a light dusting of the chestnut coming through on her face, neck, shoulders, sides and flanks. Her hooves are a light grey and brown mixture, and her nose is grey, trickled in pink spots. Her mane and tail are a mix of cream, grey, and the ginger shade common in chestnuts. Her eyes are a deep brown, warm and welcoming in colour. She has very few scars, not one to start unneccesary squabbles or stand up to stallions. She is not one of the brutes of her species, not one designed to fight others and predators. Personality: Adela is a gentle soul. She is kind and trustworthy, gentle in demeanor. She wouldn't hurt anyone for no reason, wouldn't dislike anyone for no reason either. She tries to be friends with everyone she meets, until they prove to her that they are not worthy of her friendship or affection. She does her very best to be there for everyone, regardless of how exhausting it may be for her. She wants everyone to have someone, and she offers herself as that someone, as that friend, as that mother-figure. She would drop dead before she left a poor, undeserving soul alone and in the dark. She isn't one for unnecessary fights. She'll defuse drama before she'll start it, doing her best with soothing tones and calm words to make a fight stop. Unless, of course, she believes one of the two parties deserves it. She won't get involved, unless it is her fight. If it is her fight, which is extremely unlikely, she won't allow anyone to get involved. It is her fight, and hers alone. Another will not fight for her, another will not defend her. She, of course, has a massive amount of patience. To see her lose her temper is almost like magic, dark, dark magic. The calm one losing their temper is not something that anyone wants to see, and, thankfully, it rarely happens. She has a massive amount of respect for those that have earned it.
