Appearence: (Description of at least 5 sentences required whether or not an image is provided.) Mist is on the smaller side of a wolf, rising only up to two feet tall to the shoulder. She weighs roughly around 55lbs. Her fur is a mixture of gray, white and a dash of black. Her fur is a bit lighter than the average wolf which helps her blend in a bit better in autumn and winter months, but makes her stand out in spring and summer months. The backs of her ears are a beautiful brown with her muzzle. Her eyes are a deep brown and she has small paws. Her fur is quite thick in the wintertime, keeping her warm but when she puffs it out, she can look like a pine cone sometimes.

Name: Kross. Age: 4½. Gender: Male. Voice: Sexuality: Bicurious with a strong feminine lean. Current Role: Zeta, he's comfortable with his position. Pack: Süd. Appearance: Kross is burly and battleborn, with a tall and broad warrior's stature. His face is very sharp and squared off, with small golden eyes that always seem squinted or perplexed. He has a dense hickory brown base coat with sooty black markings on the crown of his head and down his back that mottle into the reddish brown. His chin, neck, brow points and paws are wirey black, and are littered with small scars from battle. Kross' skin is mauvey colored around his eyes, lips, nose, and paw pads. The middle-aged wolf has some premature silver tufts around his ears, and some strands around the edges of his lips. His most notable mars consist of a jagged scar that splits the fur on his chest in different directions, a few claw marks on the right side of his snout, just to the side of his nose, and a few notches out of both of his ears. Personality: Blunt and domineering are the first traits that come to mind. He understands his position in life and takes his duty seriously; never fighting for a higher rank, but never wanting anything more. He's dependable and honest, but stubborn, and has a hard time forming emotional bonds. While he falls short forming intimate relationships, he does deeply care for the well-being and ultimate survival of the pack. He is always willing to push harder, sometimes volunteering himself for more than what he's capable of. He's wise, but blunt, finding it unnecessary to sugar coat the vast majority of things. What can be portrayed as cruel or cold-hearted masks his greatest fear of failure. Backstory: While not born into the Süd pack, he had never felt more at home. Kross was the fifth out of a litter of seven born between an aspiring mated pair that sought to form a strong and widespread pack on their own. They had settled in mountain ranges, and while food was usually scarse, it was safe from most apex predators and rivals. The pair had lost three of Kross' siblings in the first few months of their lives, as the weather had been terribly cold, and they had been too scrawny to power through the chill, even with the warmth of their mother against them. ... As time went on and Kross grew, he was the largest in comparison to his three living siblings, and the most rebellious. In their first year, Kross and his brothers had followed after his father to watch him scout, while their mother and sister remained denside. Kross was troublesome, and while their father tracked down a mountain goat, he and his brothers sparred too roughly. His bite to his brother's ear had been hard enough for the pup to yelp, which had alerted the goat that their father was after. As it ran, the wide rocky ledge that they'd been perched upon had started to crumble, and the father and one of his siblings had fallen to the unforgiving forest floor below. ... Once old enough to scout out on his own, it was just his brother and himself. His sister had perished from an ambush, and his mother had died defending her. The two boys were juveniles, but old enough to provide for themselves and to know the basics. They traveled together for much of their second year of life, enduring many hardships, including their position in the world. They were always in trouble with someone for something, and there was always some consequences to pay. Both Kross and his brother had started to want very different things, and Kross knew that in time his brother would become a traitor. How far he would go to deceive him was perhaps the most painful memory of all. ... On one cold night, the brothers sat beside each other in front of the den that they grew up in. It was there that his brother had backstabbed him and tried his best to kill him, like Kross had anticipated. It was a bloody and fierce battle, but Kross had endured and lived on. Life was hard alone afterwards, and Kross had a way of finding trouble wherever he went. Needless fights were picked and won for the fun of it, making him stronger, but also more cold in turn. He often found himself trespassing on other's territories for the thrill of it, stealing and fighting for nothing. He felt as though death was mocking him, killing his family but leaving him here with no one. He fought constantly, trying to bring an end to himself, but yet he always was the victor. ... It was just after his third birthday when he had found and joined up with the Süd pack. By then, he had grown up in a lot of ways, and just wanted somewhere to belong. He had felt it in his soul that he could not continue on living like how he had been, so full of self pity. Ambitious and obedient, Kross worked the ranks until he received the position he found himself most comfortable in. He is loyal to his pack to the core, but cannot help but wonder from time to time about how life would have played out if his family had survived. (credits go to hotnstock on deviantart) Pale green eyes is what you'll typically see before you're met with a howl and death's door. Kaine was more heavyset than anything and his brutish form plays a huge role in his hunting technique. Using most of his weight to either strangle or suffocate the prey. But due to the recent lack of prey, Kaine has become more lean than hefty and has powerful leg muscles from all the running around he's done. His right eye is lazy and it annoys him to no avail. His right shoulder is scarred with two bite marks and a long scar he got from a fight. His build is still somewhat stocky and he's rather short. Only about 2.6 feet tall, Kaine can easily be described as short but fiesty. His smaller build allows him to slip out of some situations but his stockyness does get in the way sometimes. His agility isn't as high as he'd like it to be, but he makes up in strength. His nails are long and curve downward, and he hasn't found time to cut them down to size. He walks a bit awkwardly because of this. Personality: Attempts to be stoic in order to not let his emotions get in the way of his thinking, but is a /slight/ emotional mess on the inside. He's typically clear-headed but there are times where his anger effects his decision making. Mainly takes it out by running or doing something else to distract himself. Very vigilant, Kaine is also overprotective of his pack and often walks around checking on the other wolves. Heavily wary of newcomers, Kaine's number one priority is his family, and he takes it seriously. While he doesn't use intimidation as much, he does keep his promises and his threats. Organized and logical, Kaine prefers to know that his bark can back up his bite. More often making plans to strategically fight rather than rush in, Kaine tends to watch and observe his enemies ways before making his own moves. Life to him is like a chess game and he prefers to keep himself one move ahead, waiting for a perfect checkmate. However, making this checkmate happen causes Kaine to sometimes be a bit too harsh and slightly loses himself in his head.
Backstory: Growing up, Kaine was taught the basic needs to be an alpha but refused to accept it, wanting to become a loner and do as he pleased. He ran off in his teenager years and wasn't able to fend for himself due to his lack of attention. He could only eat on the already weakened prey and learned from his mistakes to teach himself on how to catch bigger prey. After some time, he returned back to his pack after some time, but was disowned by both mother and father. Falling in a mentality of despair, Kaine accidentally stumbled upon Süd territory and due to his lack of skills, an elder took him up and taught him how to become a better wolf. Becoming friends with the Alpha due to the previous Alpha losing a son, Kaine learned how to become the wolf he is now.
After saying goodbye, Kaine changed his mindset around, now focusing on the family he now protects. Slightly yearning to make pups of his own, Kaine focuses on the future instead of the past. Often remembers and lives by the previous Alpha's words, "The same teeth that take down the elk carry the pup." Relatives: DM me

Latte's base coat is white, with her coldest points being ochre. She has dark dapple on her back, head and tail.
Her eyes are a dark gold, complimenting the ochre in her pelt. Her skin is a dark grey. Her fur is thick enough to keep herself and others warm, often her fur will be used to help insulate bedding. She is on the smaller side, being 29'' tall and weighing 110lbs.
Latte walks very light-footed, being able to gracefully walk over deep snow without a worry.
She has a slight limp from an accident in her youth.

Latte is quite outgoing, striving to impress those around her and overperforming to achieve that. She often stays up late just practicing her skills in hunting (and basic fighting, to defend herself, of course) so that she can be the best of the best. She holds ambition for herself, and doesn't plan to let that little flame in her heart be snuffed. She has a habit of getting panicked when things go wrong for her. For example, she fails a hunt. She'll often begin overcompensating for this loss and completely exhausting herself. This does lead her to walk around like a 100 year old ghost. Latte is pretty quiet, she's not sure if he has selective mutism or just gets too tired to talk. Latte can be considered aggressive, or more, defensive, she takes things seriously, especially if they target her or those she cares about personally. Her fuse is short in those situtations. Though there isn't overly many wolves she cares about at the moment, she's rather on her own. Generally though, she holds herself at a high standard, so she doesn't plan to always bark down everyone's throats for the tiniest thing they do. That'd be barbaric.

Latte was born in the Süd pack to extremely capable Epsilons who always expected everything of her. It damaged her self esteem and led her to overperform, still not getting any validation from them no matter how hard she tried.
When it came time for her to be a juvenile, she was too small to be considered for becoming an Epsilon, so she became a Lambda. Her parents viewed this as a failing- their child! a Lambda! What shame!- and led Latte to work even harder for their validation than before.
She ended up trying to catch prey she wasn't prepared to take on and ended up injured, this injury still has not left her leaving her with a permenant limp.
Latte came out as trans a year after she became a Lambda, when her parents had became Gammas and no longer held strong authority over her. She always had a fear that her parents wouldn't accept her, due to their harsh treatment of her in her youth. However, that fear was for naught as her parents accepted her. She may have brought shame to them for not being an Epsilon like them, but what difference was a Lambda son to a Lambda daughter?
