Arashi is nothing short of a behemoth for a thoroughbred, standing at a solid 17hh. While her long, slender legs make up most of this mare's height, Arashi also has a great, muscular neck and head which clearly resemble that of a thoroughbred's. Her muzzle is long and has a snow white blaze running down it, which looks good with her bright pink nose while also being prone to getting sunburnt. Arashi's hindquarters and shoulder are packed with muscles, anybody could tell that this mare was bred to run. In her time as a racehorse, she never lost even a single race, being deemed a champion and possibly one of the greatest racehorses of all time. Her build is exceptional and with how muscular she is, Arashi can pack a nasty kick, she is a very capable fighter. However, one of her less appealing traits would be her stamina and endurance. Running long-distance puts great strain on this mare's body and exhausts her. And due to how much energy she wastes since she runs at such high speeds, Arashi can take three steps in a full gallop and already be drenched in sweat with harsh, heavy breathing. This champion racehorse can push herself if she really feels like it, but, she rarely ever does. Arashi's coat is pitch black, darker than even a starless night sky. Staring at it is comparable to staring into an empty, dark abyss. It's gorgeous and glossy, always have been kept in top condition for when this mare was to run on the track. Her fur also happens to be sleek and short, so in the winter she can get quite cold. Her mane and tail are long, flowing, and come out behind her while she's running or it's windy. They'd be pure black if it weren't for the ends of them, which are a rusty color. Her pelt also isn't pure black, as she's got a white blaze, a pink nose, and four snowy white socks on her legs. This mare's piercing blue eyes which can sometimes seem to stare right through your soul complement her darker color sceme perfectly. She's also got unnessesarily fluffy ears; they're the only part of her that can stay warm during the colder weather. Arashi suffered an injury while training during the first few years of her career, so, her gaits can be rather weird or seem unnatural. However, that doesn't make her any less fast, and she still has long, somewhat graceful strides. She also tends to stretch her neck out far when she's galloping. Arashi does not have a scratch on her besides an invisible one which lays on her tendon where she had her injury, and marks from abuse which are around her hindquarters. During training, Arashi was severely abused and got several marks from the crop. Of course, her owner was ignortant of this and assumed that there was nothing wrong going on behind the scenes, since his prized racehorse's injuries were always covered up. Oh, how wrong he was. Personality: Arashi is the very definition of arrogance. She thinks that she is above everybody else and that she is the best, and she isn't afraid to prove it. She constantly brags about her former career as a champion racehorse and makes it known to everybody that she is better than everyone. She cares greatly about herself and views the world as always in her favor, as she was spoiled rotten in her time as an owned horse. However, she hasn't been given a dose of reality, either, so it's only natural that this mare is a cocky, conceited bitch. Her constant boasting may stop if someone were to just snap her out of her dreamland. The fact that she has never lost a race and is in the leading position of her herd may also contribute to her arrogance, though, it's mostly because her former owner used to pamper her. Believe it or not, Arashi happens to be a tough, strong horse who oddly enough can seem to tolerate the mistakes that others make. When she was in training to be a racehorse, this mare was severely abused and mistreated, her owner ignorant to what her trainers put her through. Of course, her trainers couldn't get rid of Arashi's severe attitude and tendancy to lash out at people, so they resorted to their abusive ways and methods. And, when that didn't work, they gave up, resulting in a violent, aggressive horse who was only kind towards, you guessed it; her owner. Though, sometimes she made an exception for her jockey. Arashi is rather mild with her own herdmates, but she does not tolerate disrespect from them nor will she allow intruders in her territory, She'll damn well throw herself into a fight if she wants to, serves her opponent right if they get beat up. Well, at least, that's Arashi's mindset. Arashi is a lead mare for a reason; she's a natural leader. She also happens to be very protective of her herd, she won't let any of the horses that she leads get taken by some damn bachelor. She also enjoys running and happens to be very competitive, since she used to be a racehorse. She won't let anybody think that they're faster than her, and will go out of her way to prove that horse wrong. Besides, she enjoys the fierce competition and the sound of hooves pounding the earth. However, this mare does tend to have a wild imagination that goes astray from reality, which can sometimes cause her to act immature. But, that's rare. Arashi is quite the hypocrite; always hating horses that are arrogant while being the very embodiment of it. Arashi is good at making decisions and is a very quick-thinking, intelligent horse, although she may not look or act like it. She likes her alone time and won't hesitate to put anybody that annoys her in their place. Arashi happens to be a blunt, straightforward mare, and won't think twice about having a harsh opinion. My Deputy Mare [ 1 / 3 ]  Name:Clíodhna An Irish goddess of love and beauty, and the patron of County Cork. Age: Nine Gender: Mare Herd or Band: Broodmare Herd Rank: Deputy Mare Appearance:  This mare has a lovely appearance. Her face is long and slender with a well-defined jawline. Around her muzzle, you can see the grey and pink around her nostril. However, on her face is a distinctive white blaze. It seems it was too lazy to travel all the way up. She has a coat color that can be described as a flea-bitten grey. If you look closer you can see pure white slashes and markings but they blend in so well they're easy to miss. This was because she was a bay overo before she became her current coloration. She has a well-muscled neck that she uses to hold her head high with a regal air or if she chooses to give off a menacing appearance. Her ears are short and a bit triangular in appearance. They have a sparse amount of spots on them. She bears a silvery mane : it being black at the roots but intertwined with grey and white strands. It is long and coarse in appearance and feel. Her face holds former scars but you can't see most of them due to her coat. However, she has a distinct grey almost black patch face on her face. Her eyes are of honey-coloration that's mixed with the slightest amount of chocolate undertones. Her eyes are indeed the window to her soul. They can grow light with excitement and joy, dark with anger or annoyance or hold a neutral tone. These eyes are framed by dark lashes. Now, this mare is average when it comes to height. She stands at 15.4HH. She's a mix of stocky and slender when it comes to body type. This gives her a slight edge when it comes to agility and power. A well-placed kick from this mare can do some damage but not to the extent of a larger and a brutish horse can. This mare has a well defined and muscular chest. It is a bit broad but it holds a soft and feminine tone. Her legs are long but by no means gangly. The length over her legs give an appearance that she's taller than she already is. She has a white cornet in each leg and tan almost pinkish looking hooves. Her hooves are sturdy and gives her vital support and stability. Her legs help her move fluidly and with a grace in her step. Her tail is long and coarse in texture and appearance. It bears many colors: starting at the base it’s white and then you go down just a tad further to see a mix of grey and black, but as you go down further it lightens back up into a platinum blonde color. Her lovely appearance could come from her quite prestigious Andalusian Bloodlines. This mare has a feminine version of a husky voice. It can grow lighter to give a more dainty ring to it. It can also drip with sarcasm and be polite as well. Her scent reminds one of jasmine and honey with just the slight bit of fresh rain.

Personality: This female is more quiet and may appear less approachable towards those she doesn't know. She doesn't find small talk or talking about the weather enjoyable (unless you're mentioning storms that is.) Overly bubbly and 'quirky' people get on her nerves and she doesn't enjoy them in her vicinaty. Some may mistake her for a mute as she may not talk or even acknowledge your existance unless you're close to her or she finds you interesting. She prefers to be on the sidelines with someone she knows, however extroverts may have somehow adopted this frosty female into their friendship group and now she's their problem (in a good way.) This female isn't a chatterbox. She knows how to hold her tongue, but this doesn't mean she's a pushover as she knows how to use it to her advantage as well. She's one to be described as a keen observer, one who watches from the side-lines. She takes everything in from body language, tone of voice, and facial expressions. She can sit and watch others for hours and it wouldn't bore her, instead it give her insight on the functionality and dynamics within the group. It can be deemed as a little creepy if someone doesn't like their soul being bore into by her. She notices the small things about a person like their favorite food, color, activity and etc. While she may seem unimpressed or uninterested at times, she's actually watching and making mental notes about you. It helps her decide who she's interested in approaching or people she'll avoid. She's very emotionally intelligent and can almost always notice the slightest change in mood. She is the protective friend whether she be younger or older than them, and for that matter she doesn't give two shits about your rank, she will speak her mind about you treating them poorly. This female always seems to be guarded. Her face always hold an impassive or annoyed expression. She's one who has mastered the art of concealing her true emotions. Only those extremely close to her can read her. Maybe from more sarcastic and rude comments than usual, a more clipped or monotone voice, maybe even the look in her eye even if her face remains stoic. She rarely gets mad or cries, even if she does either thing she'd never publicly do it as she views it as showing weakness. However, when she does get mad it's either two ways : her more icy and unimpressed anger or a fiery and wild anger. It's easy to tell the differance between the two. When it comes to being under pressure, she may be panicking inwardly but she'd never show it unless it's something really stressful. If she dislikes something, a subtle sign might be a lift of her brow or a slight twitch or crinkling of her nose. One thing about her is, she doesn't give her alliegance freely, one must have her respect for them to to truly earn her loyalty. This mare stands at 16.1hh in height. She is a tall and slender creature, her form being elegantly built. She is lithe and sleek in apperance, built for beauty, grace , and speed. She has her fair amount of muscles and can still pack a nasty kick. She sports a lovley bay coat with black points on her legs. She has a cornet on her front right leg, and a sock on her back left leg. Her tail and mane are of tenebrous coloration, and her tail is quite long in length nearly touching the ground. Her face appears delictae and slender, very feminine. She has an interrupted stripe on her face and a small diamond shaped splotch on her forehead. She has black points around her ears. Her eyes are light brown in color, and are framed by dark lashes. She really doesn't say much and one would think she's a mute. However, she can speak, but it would on her terms or if someone directly asked her a question of importance. It's hard to read her emotions, as she can appear quite emotionless at times, but their are rare times when they do overwhelm her. She's very private, not liking those who like to pry into her personal affairs or that of her children (if she had any.) It may appear she's standoffish as she can be seen with an annoyed or icy glare if you are disturbing her. Not to mention she'll blatantly ignore your questions and pestering. And if you annoy her enough possibly give you a swift kick or nip. This female is highly observant of others. She can quickly notice changes in moods and behavior. This mare is a passive-aggressive creature. One moment she can be described as a mild creature and in the next a spawn of hell. This mare has a very seemingly mild personality, rarely if every showing extreme emotions. She usually has a impassive expression on her face or one of a neutral expression. However, she can switch that off in a second's notice if someone is trying her patience. Now, she won't yell but it'll be a more of an icy coldness and displeasure with you. She can be quite fierce and scary, especially when it comes to her children. If you think you will be making her child uncomfortable, talking down to them, or anything that threatens their existense then you have another thing coming. She is mama bear, and she'll have some venomous words for you and her hooves to your face if needed. You do not want to mess with her children. They belong to her and she will defend and guard them with her life. This mare can be quite guarded at times. She's not one for letting someone into her heart easily. It takes time and effort to win her affection. She can be cold-hearted at times or a straight up bitch, it just depends on how you rub her. When she first meets you, she always seems to read a person's vibe. If she doesn't like what vibe you're giving off then she'll be less inclined to hangout with you. Now when it comes to friends and family, she is protective and possessive as fuck. They are her family and her friends. Whoever is let into the 'circle' must be truly worthy.
