"Here is another hare." He said giving it to Bloom. He kept the other for himself, chomping down the bones and flesh

"Thank you." Bloom said as she digs in the second hare carcass tearing it to the bone. As the soft meat tastes good against her teeth.

Hondo nuzzled his mate. He heard a rustling outside, it sounded like a large animal, like a wolf. He growled. That loner again! He thought he turned and ran out of the den growling, when a huge bear paw slapped him in the face, drawimg blood and knocking him out.

"Hondo!" Bloom then let's out a loud howl calling the pack that the Leader has been attacked by a bear. Bloom then picked up her three newborn pups and stepped back.

Hati heard the Alpha's howl and rushed towards them.

Hondo got back up growling, blood dripping from his face. He knew how to kill a bear. Luckily this one was small. He pounced on it biting into his neck.

Good thing this was a small bear but if it's small then usual that the mother bear is somewhere. Hopefully that this is a lost bear.

Bloom sets her three newborn pups down and she lays down again.

Hati gets there just in time and attacked the small bear on it's right back leg.

Hondo shook and ripped the skin off its neck, it struggled letting in one last blow to Hondo's head before collapsing in a heap on the ground, dead.

"I am good, just belledig alittle." He told her, blood dripping fronbhis face.

He went over and layed down, exhausted.

Bloom tucked her tail in as her three newborn were still scared from what happened as they snuggled up together as they drifted off for a nap. She then lays her head down and rested as well being a parent to her newborn's was a lot of work.
