*I am sorry for it, but becoming selfish and cruel doesn't help your case. It just shows me a frozen and bitter heart, uncaring of anyone else on the street.* She scoffed and looked away from him. *And you speak like you want me to see someone who has a normal and caring heart. Give me something more!* Edited at November 13, 2021 05:52 PM by BlackClaws

Lucas looked at her with a slight glare. "What more could you possibly want me to do? My emotions left me years ago when I because a villain! The only emotion I have now is rage and you wouldn't like it when I'm angry." He said and turned away from her. "You're not in a fairy-tale, little hero. Not everyone is as sweet and nice as you think they are."

*I don't know! Love? What you don't have some kinda villain wife or girlfriend you go to after our little arguments?* She walked back to one of the walls, soon responding, *I never said that things were like a fairytale. I'm just trying to protect people to avoid any more death.*

Lucas looked at her. "You-" he paused. "You really think that I have someone to go home to?" He asked before walking over to her. "You do realize that I have never had someone waiting for me. I have these arguments because of it." He said. Plus it's nice to see you get all worked up and angry. He added in his mind. "Have you not realized that I haven't gotten anyone killed in the time that we've been talking?" He sighed. "Oh, and by the way; I don't have love to give to you or anyone."

She gazed at him in shock. *Wait a second-are you legitimately blaming me for the lack of of a partner?* She let out a couple of chuckles before meeting his gaze. *Trust me, you are the last person I'd give my love to. I'd rather make out with the wall.*

Lucas looked at the wall. "I'm uh.. Sure that wall would appreciate it." He jokingly said. "Trust me, that's not what I was saying at all. I don't think that you're the reason why I don't have a partner." He said with a clear of his throat. "It's my own fault since I don't lower my guard enough to let anyone near me." He said and then pointed at him and then her and then back at himself. "This is as far as I have gone within my time as a villain."

A small blush arose to her cheeks before she shook her head. *Haha, very funny there.* She briefly looked away, as she wanted to give time for her blush to fade before meeting his gaze once again. *Well as long as that's not my fault, I'm relieved. But if it helps, you're a case that I've definitely dedicated most of my time to. I hate to say it, but you're fascinating.*

Lucas snorted down a laugh. "Yeah?" He finally gave a chuckle when he heard what else she had said. "Well, you're the only one I have yet to faceplant into the ground, you're quite interesting yourself." He said and then reached up and gently flicked her forehead. "I saw that blush, by the way. Don't go fantasizing about making out with the wall, you weirdo."

She smacked his hand away and said, *Hey you commented that the wall would enjoy it. Sounds like a weird fantasy of yours.* She crossed her arms and said, *Small but tough, yet my wall comparison was just that, so don't be calling me a weirdo. I prefer tough.*

Lucas hummed. "From what I heard from everyone I asked, I thought anyone would like a move like that." He said before smiling. "And it's not my fault. You said it first." He leaned against nothing, essentially leaning on the back of his feet, but still felt in control of his movement. "Hah! It'd be a very small wall to make sure you'll be fine." He laughed a little.
