Ekon's eyes widened at the words "have fun." It wasn't like he didn't have fun anymore, as Princess Anasuri's antics were quite entertaining, but being told that he was even allowed to have fun was something quite different. The very words brought a small grin to his face.

At the princess' request, Ekon immediately turned around, not hesitating in the slightest. He knew it must be horribly awkward for her to have to undress with him around, and he did not want to make it worse by not listening to her reasonable request. "You need not an explanation m'lady, I can most definitely understand being uncomfortable in such a situation." Ekon's words were slightly muffled due to him being faced away from Princess Anasuri, but she could most definitely hear them.

While the princess took off her outerwear, Ekon removed the bag from his back and began to take out his painting supplies, all the while making sure to keep Princess Anasuri well out of his sight.

By the time she gave him permission to turn around, he'd already gotten most of his supplies out, and seemed quite giddy to get started on his painting.

What Ekon wasn't expecting was the amount of skin the princess' swimwear revealed, as well as the tattoos on her body as well. He had to force his eyes away from the newly discovered tattoos and blinked away his dazed expression. He truly hoped that the heat that gathered in his cheeks wasn't visible to the princess, as it was quite embarrassing to get this frazzled over a bit of skin.

"A-ah, well then I shall wait for you to eat then. I am going to paint for now, this change of scenery is giving me many ideas. Please do not hesitate to call for me if you need anything m'lady, for I am only a few feet away."

Anasuri flashed Ekon a grin as she tied her hair back, "Sounds good to me!" She made her way to the pond, and after checking to make sure it was the deeper part of the pond, jumped in. The chilly bite of the water made her yelp, although it was quickly followed by a laugh.

"Gods above - if you get hot, then jump in here. That'll cool you down quickly," Anasuri called over to Ekon, giggling lightly under her breath.

It was two hours later when Anasuri finished swimming. She spent much of that time reading while relaxing in a shallow spot, as she had brought a book with her.

Now, Anasuri closed the book firmly - making note of her page - and got out of the water, using her other hand to squeeze the water out of her hair. The princess approached the picnic spot, although she avoided looking at Ekon's picture in respect for his privacy, "I'm starved. I'll unload the food, and you can grab whatever you wish, eh?"

Forgoing her cover-up, Anasuri made herself comfortable on the ground beside the picnic basket, and unloaded the delicious platters inside.

By the time Princess Anasuri finally exited the pond, Ekon had finished up his first painting and was letting it dry.

Upon the princess' approach, Ekon immediately turned to face her. While she'd been swimming he'd avoided looking at her, but now that she was near again he couldn't help but worry for her safety despite her earlier reassurance. So, as he normally did, he scanned the perimeter for anyone. Normally such a thing was a simple task with Dakota around but that wouldn't be happening any time soon.

"Thank you Princess, did you enjoy your swim?"

"It was positively wonderful. You should also come swimming one day. The water is feels great."

Once the dishes were unloaded, Anasuri filled up her own plate full of food. She wanted to try every last one of them. There weren't many - it was a picnic, not a party - but there was still multiple different foods.

It didn't take long for Ekon and Anasuri to finish up the food. They had just polished off the remaining cookies when Anasuri leaned back, resting her weight on one hand. There was a small prick of pain, and Anasuri lifted her hand, peering into the grass to see what just stung her, although she already had a good idea.

"Hey, Ekon, can you hand me the vial that is still in the picnic basket? Quickly, please," Anasuri's voice was even and calm as she examined her hand, having confirmed what stung her. She wasn't at all concerned, and her tone portrayed that.

Ekon nodded to Anasuri's words, a small smile on his face as he quickly replied. "I think that the next time we come here I shall, it seems to be a very nice place to swim. This time I just wanted to paint a little, but I'll take your advice Princess."

Once Princess Anasuri chose what she was going to eat, Ekon began to grab some food too. His plate was more reserved compared to the amount of food on the princess' plate, as he wasn't quite as hungry as she seemed to be.

The fact that the outting had gone this well left Ekon pretty surprised. With the combined bad luck of the two, he was shocked that neither of them had suddenly passed out due to heatstroke or something of the sort.

Right as Ekon finished up his celebratory cookie, Princess Anasuri suddenly asked him for the vial in the basket. She seemed calm enough about all of it, but the knight was a little nervous. Without hesitating he pulled out the vial in the basket and handed it over to Princess Anasuri as he spoke. "What is the matter m'lady? Is something wrong?"

Panic began to settle in, had the food been poisoned? Was the princess suffering an allergic reaction to the foods' contents? Did she even have allergies? And if so then why the hell did Ekon, her own knight, not know about them?

Anasuri adjusted the vial, flipping out one of the attachments, then, without hesitation, stabbed it into her thigh, "I got

stung by a bee. I am allergic, but it isn't a big deal, since I have my anti-allergy formula."

Anasuri pulled out the vial - which was actually a needle injector - and tossed it into the picnic basket, as it was now empty, "And there! Taken care of - with no problem at all."

First finding out about the allergy had been a big deal, as Anasuri was severely allergic. Luckily she had been with her mother and a guard that put people into a still stasis, which stopped the allergen from spreading further, while Anasuri's mother made an antidote.

Ever since then, her mother had always been sure that Anasuri has a vial on her, and taught her how to make them at an early age. It was simple, so even tiny Anasuri could complete the formula with help, so when her mother died, Anasuri could continue to make the antidote.
