Fenriz relaxed a little again, holding his wings a little lower and sitting back down on the bed. "Yeah, well at least you don't have a little sister that likes to make your life as miserable as possible. Trust me, little sisters are not as glamorous as you think." Fen smiled genuinely, forgetting just how eerie a Demon's smile can be for a moment. He dropped the smile as quickly as it appeared, and then Lucian was walking away to change, a blush high on his cheeks. Unholy lord.. his blush is adorable.. I should not be thinking that. Fen mentally slapped himself, cleared his throat awkwardly and walked over to the window like Lucian said. ~~~ Fen wasn't much of an artist, no matter how much he wished he could just create art whenever he wanted, craft masterful pieces, he never seemed to get the hang of it. Fighting, sparring, archery, other forms of violence. Those he picked up on, but that was a Demon's talent. He was nothing special, had no cool and unique hobbies like drawing that set his talent apart from the others. Of course he was better at some things than others his age, he would admit that, but it wasn't good enough for him. ~~~ "Aerial Archery, huh?" He spoke louder so the other prince would still be able to hear him. "You any good?" Fen flipped through some drawings, rather impressed with them.

The other prince spoke louder so that Lucian could still hear him. "Yeah! I've known how to do it since I was young!" He called out back. He finally chose which chains he wanted, and switched out those with the ones before. Once he was done, he looked himself in the mirror, satisfied. Walking out of the wardrobe, he saw Fenriz looking at his drawings. Sacred stars, that expression is adorable- Wait, why am I thinking this? He slightly blushed again, though it wasn't visible. Walking over to Fenriz, he asked "Which one do you like the most?"

Fenriz fought with his own mind on whether or not to look at Lucian now that he was standing next to him. After a second, he did look over. The butterflies that erupted in his stomach made him want to vomit, they were so strong, flapping their wings rapidly. No, I can't have a crush on this dude, what am I doing!? Fen looked away and back at the drawings, "Maybe sometime we can compete. At the archery, I mean." He half smiled and then flipped another page to a particularly extravagant drawing. Lots of color, it was incredible. "I like this one a lot. I like the colors.." He glanced over at him again but regretted it immediately when the butterflies picked up again, and his hands felt clammy. His heart was beating faster. All the tell-tale signs of a crush that he was certainly not ready for.

He grinned. "Yeah, we should. Maybe I can start a competition with all the kingdoms with lots of sports..." Lucian muttered to himself some more before hearing the other speak. He looked over Fenriz's shoulder and saw the drawing that was chosen. "Ah, yes. That one. That did take some time to do, although it wasn't that bad. It turned out nice, due to you saying that you like it the most." Lucian smiled, gazing fondly at the drawing. "It's my second best, y'know. My best drawing, I actually saw what it's based on in a dream that I had a while back. The dream was so realistic, and surprisingly I remembered the details and all the colors." Lucian's eyes twinkled at the mention, proud he had done so good on it.

Fen nodded his head, looking more at the page before finally turning it to continue on. There were a lot of good drawings in here, Lucian knew how to use color theory well. "These are amazing, Lucian. I wish I could draw." Fen said half to himself. The way that Lucian's face lit up when he spoke of his artwork was enough to convince Fen that this crush he was developing was coming on quickly. He was about to fall hard and he knew it, and at the worst possible time. ~~~~ There was a knock on Lucian's door, it made Fen jump slightly, and he moved away so they were no longer standing so closely together. Any guard he let down was put up again and his expression was dull. For a moment, he let his walls down. The walls he had worked so hard to build, to block people. He let them down so easily around the other prince and that scared him. There were witnesses here, people that could tell his father that he was here again. ~~~ "Do you want to go.. somewhere? With me?" He looked at Lucian, trying to push down the fluttery feeling that that action brought.

"Hm? Oh, yeah sure! I know just the place!" Lucian smiled, before going to the room's door and answering whoever knocked. There was some talking, then whoever it was went away and Lucian turned back to Fenriz. "It was just a maid asking if we would like to eat. I told her to prepare a basket of food and a blanket, so we can take it to the place." Lucian went back over to his art materials before grabbing a bag to carry some of it in. "Let's go!" Lucian opened the door and hurried down the halls to the kitchen, grabbing the basket and blanket before heading out, while making sure the other prince was following. After a while, Lucian stopped walking, and now stood before a thicket of brambles. Beckoning the other prince closer, he pried the sides apart. On the other side was the most magnificent of places. It had many waterfalls and a lake. (Sorry, I don't really know how to explain it but you know what it looks like-) "Well, here we are! Isn't it wonderful?" He gazed around, eyes twinkling.

Fenriz watched as he packed up some art stuff, and he followed him out of the castle and outside. This feels like a date. A picnic? It must be in my head, surely he doesn't mean for it to be a date. ~~~ The walk to the place was longer than he expected but he was nothing short of amazed when they did get there. It was one of the most beautiful places he's ever seen. His expression was just that, one of awe. "Wow, Lucian. This place is... breathtaking." He looked over at him, barely able to rip his eyes away from the scenery. However the sight in front of him, of Lucian with a similar expression, firefly lights twinkling in his eyes, he looked just as beautiful as the scenery around them and Fen caught himself staring. His eyes lingered for longer than they probably should have before he looked away. ~~~ "How about we put the blanket over here, there's a nice flat spot." He took the blanket and laid it on the ground, a short distance from the lake's edge. He sat on it and patted the spot next to him, his wings fanning out and stretching for a moment before folding again. To a human, or many other species, the sight of a demon with it's wings spread would be one of impeding doom, a frightening sight, usually.

"Isn't it?" Lucian breathed, then looked back at the other, who looked away a moment later. He shrugged, before looking back to the lake. Lucian was startled as the other spoke again. "Ah, yeah sure! Sorry, I was absorbed by the beauty of this place." He walked over to where Fenriz was sitting on the blanket. "Y'know, I haven't ever shared it with others before. You're the first person I have!" He grinned at the other prince, before setting up the food and beginning to eat. After a while, the two princes had both finished eating and were just sitting back, relaxing. "I kinda wanna go swimming. Since we don't have any clothes to change into or anything, I was thinking we could just change into our wolf forms."

Fenriz ate a few bites, but he wasn't all that hungry. "Swimming?" He looked over at the water that was glistening. It looked cold but that sounded refreshing more than anything else. "Sure." Fen stood up, stretched and pulled off his shirt. "But I want to have clothes to put back on, so." Fen smiled a bit sheepishly, and turned around so he wasn't facing him anymore before he also stripped himself of his nice pants. Then Fen shifted into his all black wolf and took a second to shake out his fur, the cool air feeling so nice, flowing through it.

As soon as Fenriz pulled of his shirt, Lucian turned away, embarrassed. There was a faint blush on his cheeks as he murmured a spell that made his clothes waterproof. After Lucian finished with that, he shifted into his wolf form, the light bending around him. When he finished, he stood as a snow white wolf with wings tipped with pale ice blue. Taking a moment to shake himself, he then launched himself toward the lake and jumped as high as he could, landing in it perfectly and smoothly. He dived as far as he could, before resurfacing a few minutes later. Lucian then thought of something, so he said C'mon, there's something in the lake that I wanna show you! You're gonna have to dive some distance. Luckily the water was clear-ish, so Fenriz could see Lucian and follow him. Lucian once again dived under the water, and began to swim to a certain spot in the lake. After a moment, he saw the glint of where he wanted to go, and quickly swam toward it. Then, reaching it, he swam through the opening and in he was. He was now in an underwater crystal cave.
