Anya
Her thoughts pondered on what he had said, about peace but in her eyes they were far from it. They were in the middle of a decade long dispute, but maybe in the far future, something would be possible. "You might be right, but it wont be in our lifetime." She paused to look at the ground, "But it starts small, doesn't it. You might be right, one day everything will ease up, and it will get better. Just not today." Her she almost looked like she was in pain. She more than anyone wanted for this dispute to be over. The longer and worse it got, the less and less she was allowed to see what it had done and leave the palace walls again. It was selfish that it was her wish, she knew it but it really was her biggest hope. She enjoyed being out alone, even if it was only a few times, so to have such a freedom seemed like the dream to her. "It will sort itself out eventually." She murmured, almost like she wasn't exactly in the moment. She tilted her head back to look at the sky, a few of the start blinking in and out of view. She could see sky in the east starting to lighten, but she knew it would be a few hours until daylight actually came upon them. She listened into his short childhood story, but her face soon filled with pity for him, "I'm sorry to hear that. You seem like a nice guy, but kids are mean, and they have little to no remorse." Anya tried not to chuckle, but she knew it was true. "At least you had that one friend. Surely that made everything a little sweeter for you? I don't think I had very many friends either." She tilted her head back towards the ground, eyes following the patterns of the cobblestone alley. She didn't say very much about his caretaker, because it was probably a sore subject. She let a frown overtake her expressions. She didn't want to apologize again, but she didn't know any other way to react to it, so was quiet for a long while. The silence was nice, but not for long. She watched as he held his own hand tightly before she finally let out a breath and spoke up, "That must have been hard for you, loosing someone who you cared for, and someone who cared for you." She stated softly. She personally hadn't lost anyone close to her like that, but there was one person, but her vision of them was more than blurry.

Anya could see the anger and frustration that started to from in his eyes, because of the way things were handled, and in turn Anya tried to tone it down and stop going on about the subject. She didn't want to say something that would end up with her getting hurt, even though he seemed like he had more than enough control of himself, he was still a stranger to her, and she didn't want to know what would make him snap. "I- I'm gonna stop there." She murmured quietly. She let her slight fear of him fade again when he laughed at her, because that was better than anything else. She gave a shy smile before a small laugh escaped through her lips, "I think... You're right. That's exactly what he'd do... I know! Just don't tell him what you are. He's even dumber than he looks, he wouldn't be able to put two and two together." She chuckled lightly before shaking her head. She drew in a deep breath before closing her eyes slightly. The air was crisp and calming, of what she was thankful for. "To be fair, do doesn't even listen to myself. Or my own father- or even my brother, who's next in line. So no, maybe don't go knocking on his door." She advised with a light but friendly smile and a short chuckle.

Anyas smile only grew when he noted that he was happy to answer her questions, but she still felt a little guilty for throwing them at him the way she had. "Thank you for answering them all anyway, I know more than enough people who would have gotten bored of me already." She rubbed the back of her head slightly, almost like she didn't want to keep on going. She still had so much she wanted to know, but she didn't want to get too annoying. "I have a tendency to never stop, so please if it gets too much for you, tell me to hold my tongue." She turned her view back to him, silently listening into his explanation. "It was hard for you the first time then?" her question started to turn into a statement, but her curiosity was still overtaking. "I'll assume it was." The statement seemed firm and sure, "Did you have someone to calm you then? Since you said it was easier, I'd like to think that you would know." Anya chuckled softly. Her smile turned into a grin at his reaction to her teasing, "Goofy? Strange? I'm not sure that's how I'd put it, but yes. You suit it though. I was quite 'goofy' looking when I was young as well." It was true, she was. And she knew it, she had been told multiple times when she was young. Apparently she was rather doll-like as a child. "I think you're more exotic than strange." She looked him up and down, as though she was trying to confirm her own statement before nodding, "Exotic, not strange," She murmured under her breath. She had to look away before chuckling at his joke, "You should probably have a custom door in every building for yourself." She tilted her head slightly when he started to go on about the marks, of what she was still curious about, "Are they in the same place for all of you? The marks?" Anyas eyes wandered back to the mark and settled there for a while before she started to feel awkward and looked back at the ground. "Its not the best thing to happen to a person, but it's just how things work. I know it's horrific, but once you accept it....It's still horrible." Anya said with a short and humorless laugh.

Anya looked a little startled as she felt the warmth radiating off him and onto her chilled arm, "Amazing...do you ever get cold though?" Anya let her eyes trail up to meet his for a short but sturdy moment, "Does it come from that wolfy side of you?" Her questions were never ending. But she had someone in front of her whom was a master of the species and she wasn't going to let up an opportunity to educate herself on something she was never going to be told anyway. When he said she could keep the shirt, she felt a rush of relief. She could chuck it as soon as she had stopped bleeding, and the maids wouldn't have any questions. "Thank you," She gave him a friendly smile, her deep brown eyes reflecting it. "Frigus..." Anya seemed to be playing with his name to make sure she said it right before pausing, "I like that. It suits you." She grinned, "Nice to meet you too, Frigus." She gave him a nod as she relaxed slightly. Where have I heard that before? She was sure that she had heard of that name before, but names weren't confined to one person, even though it wasn't exactly common. "Ancient werewolf language? Do you know it?" She questioned out of the blue.

"You might be right, but it wont be in our lifetime." "But it starts small, doesn't it. You might be right, one day everything will ease up, and it will get better. Just not today." he watched her expressions, trying to read her feelings as she had seemed almost hopeless in the generation the were from and the life that they had to live through. he frowned a bit and tilted his head his bright blue eyes gleaming "It will sort itself out eventually." he nodded and looked down, "with time, but finding peace within ourselves is the first step." he offered a slight smile towards her, but it was small and hopeful. as the subject had changed to his childhood he nodded at her statement, "I'm sorry to hear that. You seem like a nice guy, but kids are mean, and they have little to no remorse." "yeah, little gremlins." he said with a light huff and a slight smirk as he shook his head "At least you had that one friend. Surely that made everything a little sweeter for you? I don't think I had very many friends either." he nodded, "yes, i spent almost every day with her before the kingdoms split... i just have trouble remembering what she looked like... or her name, its been so long." As he thought on his care taker he had held his hands together a little tight as he stared down, remembering her. she had lustrous gray hair that shined as if it was silver, her eyes were a bright golden, she was so thin though because whatever food she had, shed give to him. shed make him eat it all if she had to, she was firm but nurturing, more determined than most to keep him alive, as if the world depended on it. "That must have been hard for you, loosing someone who you cared for, and someone who cared for you. he listened to her words nd swallowed the lump that was forming in his throat, "y-yeah... but it happens to everyone at some point." he said as he lifted his gaze and huffed, shoving the thoughts out of his head.
.
when she had spoken about the how to rule topic, he felt a little bad through the uneasiness he caused her, is she scared of me? i wouldn't blame her. im the enemy of her lands and i bit her. he felt guilty about it so he held his mouth shut until the subject lightened, "I think... You're right. That's exactly what he'd do... I know! Just don't tell him what you are. He's even dumber than he looks, he wouldn't be able to put two and two together." he laughed and shook his head, "oh but he has guards and everything else, and im sure he wouldn't want..." he motioned to himself, "this dirty thing that will probably smudge the tops of his doorways where no one could reach to clean them, walking through his palace let alone be in his presence." he chuckled"To be fair, do doesn't even listen to myself. Or my own father- or even my brother, who's next in line. So no, maybe don't go knocking on his door." he shook his head with a chuckle, "heck, who am i kidding, id be too terrified anyways." as she spoke, thanking him for answering his questions he tilted his head, "what? gotten bored of you?' he laughed out and bumped her uninjured arm with his elbow playfully, "nahhhh no way! haven't had a good conversation in forever, im grateful of this." "I have a tendency to never stop, so please if it gets too much for you, tell me to hold my tongue." he chuckled and shook his head before his gaze flickered towards the corner of his eyes to look at her with his head turned towards the streets, a playful smirk on his face "nahhh no way."
.
as she spoke on the changes with the full moon he chuckled and nodded, "yes, it was hard." he huffed and thought a moment, "Did you have someone to calm you then? Since you said it was easier, I'd like to think that you would know." "well... i-i had my caretaker for the first one... she died the next day after." he tapped his fingers on the edges of the wagon as he looked up towards the sky and narrowed his eyes until he heard her words, "Goofy? Strange? I'm not sure that's how I'd put it, but yes. You suit it though. I was quite 'goofy' looking when I was young as well." a look of surprise widened his eyes, "what? there's no way you could have looked goofy as a kid." he chuckled and looked at her in question but in a playful way, "i bet you were a cute kid." he chuckled and shook his head, "well, everything's cute from my perspective" he laughed out loud, referring to his freakish height. as she said he seemed more exotic than strange he tilted his head with a playful smirk, "exotic huh?" he nodded and thought a moment,"hmm. i kinda like it." he said with a light chuckle. as she spoke on the markings he nodded, "yes, all are over the heart."
.
as she spoke on royalty and having to marry into a chosen family he huffed and raised his brows with a shake of his head, "i cant imagine how that must feel." as she spoke on getting cold he nodded, "well yes, of course i get cold, but it does come from that wolfy side of me." as she thanked him and repeated his name he nodded with a chuckle, "yeah that's my name. thanks" he grinned and chuckled a bit as he glanced down, but this time in a more thankful shy way, "its very nice to have met you as well, Anya." he smiled and took a minuet to look up at the stars, he was truly happy she had woken him, it was a nice change, to have someone to talk to. he knew he'd be sad when shed have to go, but her question rose interest in him and he chuckled giving a nod, "i know it more fluently than most, "sis callidus, attonitus domina" he said with a kind, almost sweet looking smile.

Anya

The young lady smiled as she saw him trying to read her before shaking her head slightly as she spoke. He was being so hopeful, of what she could barely hope to be. "You seem very sure." Anya tilted her head as her deep brown gaze only became bottomless pits, "But finding peace within is probably the hardest of the tasks. So my question is, why are you so sure on it? Or is it just... Hope? Pure and concentrated hope?" Her deep gaze was so quizzical but her features were relaxed, almost like it was trying to hide her real emotion. She laughed a little before she nodded, looking into the distance, "Gremlins...? Sure." She chuckled as she leaned back slightly, gripping onto the side of the wagon as she felt her arm start to shake slightly. Anya frowned a little at her injury before nodding silently. "After everything that's happened over the years, childhood memories don't seem quite so important, do they... Its a shame that you cant remember her. You could have sought her out. It would make your time here more bearable." She stated before frowning slightly, "Are you okay?" She questioned as she watched him clamp his hands together. "You must miss your caretaker. It sounds like she was wonderful." She sounded like she was in the midst of a dream. "I know that it happens to everyone, but I do wish it didn't have to." It looked like he was struggling to keep himself together, and she could understand why. She let her eyes wonder away from him, trying not to make eye contact. She didn't know him very well, but she felt as though if she tried to stay on the subject any longer, he would break down in tears, so did all she could to change it. "Did you move after? or was it recent?"

"I don't know? Did you see the guards earlier? They had not a clue. most of the guards are just as dumb. The only people who would be of concern to you would be the maids, my mother and the queen. They pay way to much attention to the little things." She noted with a small snicker. It got to the point that they were just teasing each other, but it was a thankful break from the more serious topics. She chuckled before gesturing to him as well, "I don't think that this dirty thing would get through the gates, but if so, it would play out exactly like that." She chuckled softly before smiling, "I'm sure you could do it!" She grinned, "He's not that scary, and between you and me, even I tower over him, so you'd have no reason to be intimidated, other than the couple dozen guards at every exit." She laughed before going quiet again. She still felt bad for having him answer his questions, but he really seemed overly happy for her to even be talking to her, so in turn she was just as happy. "I'm glad I'm not boring you. I still have plenty of things to question you on." She noted with a grin. She tilted her head when he turned his gaze to her, but she quickly had to look away, "Are you sure? I know you said its fine, but I know that I can pry too much." She rushed out before going quiet again.

"I did assume that it would have been hard for you, but the day after something so traumatic for the both of you? I'm sure it made things even harder... I'm very sorry for that." She almost whispered. She looked thoughtful, like she was trying to find another question. "Does it hurt at all? The full moon? Does it just make you irritable or...?" Anya trailed off after a moment, awaiting her reply. She chuckled slightly as he looked at her in disbelief, "It's true! I looked like a doll. It didn't help that I was dressed like one though. My patents have family portraits of us, and the painters? They just make me look even more like one. Toy-like." She huffed in complaint before laughing at his joke, "I can imagine. I'm just tying to think about how tall you'd look next to a 10 year old Anya." She said thoughtfully, a finger placed gently against her chin. "I'm glad that you like it then. If someone asks, not that they will, I'll point them towards an oddly tall and exotic looking man. They'll be able to pick you out from a crowd, that's for sure." She joked with a simple smile. "Are all the marks big or can they be small?" She tilted her head slightly.

Anya shook her head a little at his statement, biting the inside of her lip. It was clearly something that got on her nerves, and it was also something she couldn't change. "It doesn't feel the best. But it's not just for me. A lot more women than you think have arranged marriages. Mine will just be bigger." She shrugged before looking back at the cold pebble stone path. "I assume that it must have to be quite cold for the weather to effect you? You're quite warm. I can almost feel it from here." She stated with a small snicker. She looked a little embarrassed when he teased her about trying out his name, her cheeks having flushed a light pink, "I- You're welcome?" She said with a restrained chuckle. She gave him a gentle smile when he confirmed it was nice to have met her. She looked a little confused when he started speaking a foreign language to her, but his gentle smile told her it was only good, "That's quite interesting. I wouldn't look at you and think that you were bilingual." She stated before tilting her head. "What did that mean though? Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to understand that, I don't speak Ancient werewolf." She stated with a timid sounding chuckle. "So, if you don't mind, it would be quite nice to know what you just said," Her tone was slightly more hushed as she rubbed the back of her head with a shy smile.

Frigus
"You seem very sure." he listened with a matching expression to hers as she spoke, "But finding peace within is probably the hardest of the tasks. So my question is, why are you so sure on it? Or is it just... Hope? Pure and concentrated hope?" he had to ponder this question, he honestly wasn't sure but he didn't have much hope either, giving a shrug he bit the inside of his lip in thought before speaking, "i-i really don't know. it all depends on the kind of person, the will of the people perhaps.... but i feel if there were better rulers on both sides... it would be easier for people to find peace within themselves... but we cant do that till we accept ourselves and each other." he huffed, "its a never ending cycle really."
.
He stayed there in thought a moment, his light brows furrowed only slightly in deep thought till her voice called to his attention once more, "After everything that's happened over the years, childhood memories don't seem quite so important, do they... Its a shame that you cant remember her. You could have sought her out. It would make your time here more bearable." he nodded slightly and looked down a moment with a soft, quiet like voice with a light hint of crackle in it, "yeah... id do anything to just have a friend like that again."
.
As he thought on it he had noticed he had been clenching his jaws and clasping his hands together, "Are you okay?" his bright icy blue gaze flickered towards her as he seemed lightly startled as he was taken from thought, but his attention fully on her, "You must miss your caretaker. It sounds like she was wonderful. I know that it happens to everyone, but I do wish it didn't have to." he frowned and held eye contact for a moment in slight understanding, yet pain was still swirling in those icy stormy eyes, "Did you move after? or was it recent?" he huffed and nodded as he looked out towards the streets, "it happened a couple years ago, but... its still fresh... i don't move on well, none of us werewolves do very well... its partly instinct. we value our loved ones more than anything else, its expected once a mate dies, the other will parish of sadness not long after... its just our way. i stayed there and looked after our place a long while after that... others would call me crazy... i sometimes imagined she was still with me, talked to her on my own... just to cope." He gave a long exhale that broke the nagging silence as he rubbed his forehead with his hand.
.
as the subject changed he began to feel a bit better about things, easing back into conversation, listening to her explain the ways of 'paying attention to details' in her kingdom and he gave a light chuckle, "yes, but usually it is the females who pay more attention to the little things i will say... its a good quality." as she spoke about himself being 'this dirty thing' it certainly made a joyous laugh erupt from his rumbling chest, "well, whether hes intimidating or not, the numbers of guards he has behind him certainly is." ut what he really found interestingly funny was her next words, "I'm glad I'm not boring you. I still have plenty of things to question you on.Are you sure? I know you said its fine, but I know that I can pry too much." he gave a kind smile after a small chuckle and gently bumped her side, surprisingly really gently for the kind of guy he seemed to be, "its ok, i cant hold a conversation, so please, do ask anything you please." he gave a slight laugh, "plus, i don't want to be beheaded or lynched if i refuse." he teased with a playful wink, to let her know he was only kidding.
.
as she spoke once more about the difficulty he nodded and shrugged, "well, life's tough, just different things are tough for different people, whether the same situation or not, we all feel differently. you don't have to be sorry, we all have our fair share." at her next question he was a little stumped"Does it hurt at all? The full moon? Does it just make you irritable or...?" "hmm... well, it depends. its not painful, its almost reviving, energizing but because of how energizing it is, its hard to control yourself when strong emotions hit, like fear and anger, which are greatly amplified when the full moon hits. its like a sugar high for a toddler." he chuckled, "during the full moon your full of energy and your emotions are amplified to an extent you don't know how to control or express them other than what comes naturally, which is why i need to relax to keep myself steady, but in the beginning, anything that triggers an emotion can make you black out, almost like a serious mental break down. you wont be able to remember anything that happened while you had no control till two days after. and after a full moon, it pretty much feels like a hang over or sugar crash."
.
He chuckled a little and shook his head, "imma be messed up tomorrow. im sure you'd find me right here the rest of the day." his gaze flickered to her with a more joyful look as she had stated things on her 'doll like' look when she was little, causing him to laugh a bit. "I can imagine. I'm just tying to think about how tall you'd look next to a 10 year old Anya." he thought a moment with a playful smile and shook his head, "well, you'd definitely fit right in my pocket." he chuckled. he smiled with a skeptically playful look in his gaze for a moment at her next words, "yeahhhh well, i guess it'd be very easy for the guards to find me then if word got out about me being... well, me." at her next question he tilted his head slightly, "hmm... well, most that are born are, but the sizes can vary, but especially for those who are turned. they always are the original size, but in rare cases they may grow an inch or two."
.
he tilted his head slightly with a look of concern with his icy gaze gleaming with empathy, "i see... it must be terrible... in the wolven empire, we choose our mates... its said we each have soul mates, that its sacred and no one should disturb the cycle." he huffed a moment and looked towards the ground a moment, "its just wrong... i don't understand why they'd do that... its terrible." but as she spoke again he chuckled, "yes, it does take a bit of a chill to get to me. im an arctic breed. so it'd take farther below zero to get to me." as he had teased her over his name he watched as her cheeks flushed a pink, causing him to chuckle and stare in a slight wonder, a soft smile on his face as he had spoken his birth language to her. as she asked what it had meant he chuckled lightly as his own light shade of pink flushed over his pale freckled cheeks, "it means, you are a very clever, stunning lady." he smiled softly and glanced down, "you seem to forget that at short times, so thought id remind you."

( Its fine! I've shortened up a little if it helps :)
Anya

Anya nodded with a small smile of understanding, "I can imagine. It must be hard alone, surrounded by humans. That one closer could make a world of difference, I suppose." She murmured as she heard his voice crackle a little, to what she quickly scrabbled to cheer him. "Like I said she's probably still out there. You'll see her again eventually." She said swiftly before going quiet, fiddling with her thumbs with a look of unease across her face.

As he started on how his caretakers passing effected him, she felt herself coming more and more uncomfortable. He was still practically a stranger to her, but she let him go on anyway. It seemed like he needed it. She herself had lost the minimum of people and it effected her in the greatest ways. If that was amplified for werewolves, and with the amount of people Frigus seemed to have lost, she coulden't begin to comprehend what he must have gone through- or still be going through because of it. "I suppose... If it helps you cope, then there's nothing wrong with it. And it would be cruel to think of you as crazy for it." Anya said with slightly furrowed brows. She watched as he bowed his head before leaning back against the cold concrete wall.

"I'm not going to disagree with you about that!" She said with a small snicker before shaking her head in tease. Her eyes lit up when she heard his bellow of joy. "Well... Yes. His guards can be a little scary at times. I don't know how you could deal with a whole bunch of them around your little shop." Anya noted with a small chuckle. Her smile remained light across her lips for a few moments before her laugh slipped out softly. "I don't think I could do that to you. Not right now." She teased, holding onto the sides of the wagon as he bumped her, expecting it to be harder than it was.

"So... It's like coffee? Just more extreme?" She questioned with a tilted head. "Or... an electric shock?" She asked curiously. She nodded to herself when Frigus went on. "If you got riled up right now... Then would you lose it'? If you weren't relaxed?" Anya wondered out loud. She wasn't sure if that was an uncomfortable question or not, but it was a begging one, that she needed answering.

Anya nodded lightly, her smile breaking out again, "I'll do just that. Come find you tomorrow with a warm drink and a new shirt to help your hang over!" She teased him brightly as she looked him up and down. She snickered a little before shaking her head. "Probably. Imagine how little kids feel when they walk past you now? Like they've just seen a myth from one of their school rhymes walk the earth, I'd imagine." She said with a small laugh. Anya held her finger to her lips at his next words, "They'll never have known you are here!" She promised with a small laugh. Frigus's next words brought more questions into her head. "How does one 'become' a werewolf? I don't think I've ever heard of that." She noted thoughtfully.

"It's just the way it is. Life's hard and there's not much we can do with it. It's all about climbing the ranks here. Though royalty- there's always another kingdom with more money and power. As long as my family name and crest is settled in a higher power, my parents wouldn't really care." She shrugged quietly, "It's literally what I had been born to do. It's always coming, and I'm not the only one who needs to be ready for their betrothal." Anya added after a short moment. She smiled softly at his own empires idea of what should happen in life. She nodded, "It would be nice to have then comfort. That there's someone waiting for you." Anya said with slightly furrowed brows. She listened into him as he started to tell her about how the cold didn't really get to him. "So if you're Arctic, then are there other kinds- or breeds?" She asked on a more up-beat tone. She held one of her hand up to her own cheek for a moment as she waited for her pink cheeks cool slightly. She took a small glance over at Frigus again, only to catch him looking in wonder. Anya smiled slightly before leaning back against the wall again. She asked what he had meant, and he seemed to flush up. She tilted her head curiously he spoke before flushing up herself, but not quite as much as before. "T'm... Thank you," She said with smile bigger than her cheeks, "Really, it means quite a bit, and it I had some secret language to complement you back with, I would," She said with a small chuckle.

Frigus
"I can imagine. It must be hard alone, surrounded by humans. That one closer could make a world of difference, I suppose." he only listened with a slight huff in reply, his mind stirring with thought, "Like I said she's probably still out there. You'll see her again eventually." je shrugged at her words, brows coming together a bit as he focused on the ground, "or not, she may be dead." he thought on the possibility as he pondered, icy blue eyes on the ground as he thought about the possibilities of meeting her again. must be very slim, for if she was smart she would have left, but if not then there was always a high possibility of death. "I suppose... If it helps you cope, then there's nothing wrong with it. And it would be cruel to think of you as crazy for it." her words caught his attention and he shrugged with a slight surprised look, "hmm. well then i guess the rest of humanity is cruel, other than you." as she spoke about the guards he chuckled, "well its not hard blending in when most of the kingdoms people are scared of them anyways."
.
"So... It's like coffee? Just more extreme?" his gaze flickered in confusion at the question, "Or... an electric shock?" He fugured hed let her think a moment and get some questions out before he answered, "If you got riled up right now... Then would you lose it'? If you weren't relaxed?" He narrowed his icy gaze as he stared into the distance a moment, leaning back as he stared at the stars, "hmm... well, not entirely, but if i was to become raged to the point of a fight i might black out and... well cause some serious damage... but its not like coffee, its not necessarily more energy, but more emotion. and its not like a shock, because that's physical, its all emotional for us. grief hurts more than usual, happiness is stronger when felt, anger and fear are dangerous to feel at this state, and things like passion and love are more easily obtained and felt at this time." he huffed and shrugged, not knowing what to compare it too. at her next statement he chuckled and nudged her with his elbow gently, "aw, how sweet, and i thoughts you'd lynch me for biting you." as he spoke he felt a little flutter inside but not a nervous, shy one, more like a fond grateful one. it was a strange feeling to him, but just took it as the full moons effects of the kind treatment he was receiving. "Probably. Imagine how little kids feel when they walk past you now? Like they've just seen a myth from one of their school rhymes walk the earth, I'd imagine." he chuckled and shook his head at that. but then a shock of fear ran through his chest at her next words and he gulped, "How does one 'become' a werewolf? I don't think I've ever heard of that." he felt himself becoming highly uncomfortable, he knew the answer, but if he told her he surely wouldn't be taken kindly anymore, taking a shaky breath in he glanced at her wounded arm, "t-the uh... the werewolf's.. s-saliva has t-to-" he bit his lip as he looked away and closed his eyes, "e-enter a humans... blood stream..." he was frozen now, holding his breath as his gaze slowly and shamefully turned towards her, he knew her life would change because of his simple mistake. he didn't really take in the rest of the words, the nagging feeling of guilt and shame mixed with fear all too much as he thought about all of the things she would go through because of him. she wouldn't be safe in the kingdom anymore, shed go through bodily changes, rapidly growing hair and nails for a day after the bite at first, then brightening eyes gradually through that process, and once her new features settle with her humanly hormones, which takes a couple days to a week, she will be able to shift from wolf to human, then not long after that she will start her black outs on full moons.

Anya shook her head at his comment, “No, don’t think like that. There’s more of a chance that that’ll be true if you say that.” Anya said sternly with her eyes glued on the wall in front of them. There weren’t very many thoughts going through her head, but the ones she had were rather wild. She was sat right next to a werewolf. A rather tall one at that, and he was nothing like the one’s she’d been told about. He seemed sweet, and a little childlike, but so worried about so much. He was really just like any human, but with a few difficulties. She tilted her head slightly at his next words before smiling softly. “I think there’s a few more. I know I’m maybe not the nicest human in the world, but I do try.” Anya said with a small smile. She chuckled softly at his response before looking back to him. “I guess.”

Anya finally went quiet for a while she listened into him and what he had to say. She felt like she had been talking to much anyway, so she was happy to listen for a while. She looked a little nervous to have asked such a question, the one about the full moon. She couldn’t see him being dangerous, Frigus just seemed too nice. But if you blacked out and had no idea what was happening, she had no doubt that he could cause a lot of damage if he did. She wanted to ask if it had happened when he was in the human’s kingdom but kept it to herself for now. “So you become really, really emotional?” She asked quietly, already knowing the answer. She tilted her head slightly before smiling gently to herself, “So do you think I’m being really nice right now? Or is that not how it works?” She asked with a quiet skip. She let herself relax quietly before leaning back against the wall. She chuckled as he nudged her before bumping him back lightly. “It was going through my head, but I am sweet!” She teased him with a large smile. Anya looked a little worried as he started becoming tense and very clearly nervous. She felt herself gripping the side of the wagon before reminding herself to relax slightly. As he quietly stammered out his answer to her question, she felt herself freeze. Her few thoughts turned into many and she felt as though she was going to be sick. It was frightening how calm she looked, “You weren’t going to tell me…” She said quietly as she kept her gaze on the ground, clearly becoming silently enraged. “You weren’t, were you?! You just let me sit and talk with you and you weren’t going to say anything!” She accused coldly, not giving him but a moment to speak. She looked quite frightened. She stood up and took a few steps away from him. She didn’t know what was going to happen now, and that’s what had scared her the most. “I can’t believe this…” She murmured to herself as she became slowly more agitated. She ran her hands though her hair as she tried to take a breath. No wonder he looked so anxious when he first bit her. All Anya knew to do was tell someone. Fast, to see if anything could be done. While it wasn’t perfect, she liked her human life and would stop at nothing to keep it as is. She was the worst kind of angry. The one that could make you explode after being so calm at any moment. It took a lot to make her mad, she could deal with most things, but clearly this wasn’t one of them. No one could handle this calmly. She was a member of the throne, and what would happen once people found out? Surely, they would notice such changes. And what would the public think? She’d be surely hung! She couldn’t go back to the palace, not now. She had snuck out in the first place, so if she came back with such news, they’d have her killed right there and then. As this thought crossed her mind, she felt the anger slip away and her eyes started watering. She couldn't go back.

Frigus
As he witnessed her trust and mood fade deep into a whirl of fear and anger he swallowed hard as a lump formed in his throat, his eyes glazing over a bit as his hands shook a bit as he clasped them together, waiting for her to lose her temper, to run off and get him killed. “You weren’t going to tell me…” he held his breath at the words she spoke, slowly feeling as if his heart was sinking into darkness, that he was losing something he wanted to hold onto and that he was drowning in his own guilt, "i-i-" he couldn't get a word out as he felt his throat slowly close and his face heat up as a tear slowly trickled down his pale icy cheek, his blue eyes full of sadness and shame, hardly even blinking as his wide childish gaze stuck to her, his heart twisting in pain as she stepped away “You weren’t, were you?! You just let me sit and talk with you and you weren’t going to say anything!” he let out the breath he had been holding, it shaky and fragile as he exhaled, his hands shaking as he felt another tear drop from his other eye, but he couldn't speak, couldn't explain, he was too overwhelmed in the grief of losing a friend and the suffocating guilt that made him feel so lost, but he made no sound in his emotional suffering.
.
“I can’t believe this…” he was still frozen in a shock of drowning emotion, silent, expressionless other than the glazed over eyes and the few tears on his face, but as he blinked and looked down as he closed his eyes he swallowed as his heart twisted in the whisper he managed to get past his sore lumped throat, "i-im... so... sorry..." he said as he placed his hand on his forehead and his breath shook as his other hand shook rather limp in his lap, silently letting the tears drop from his closed eyes, silently drowning in his fear of losing the last hope he had for a friend, and for the struggles he had brought her, "i-i didn't know how..." he croaked out before taking a shaky breath as his head lifted and his hands clasped together tightly, his icy glazed eyes filled with sadness, guilt, and pain, "i-... i never wanted to hurt you..." he bit his lip and looked down as he stood on top of the wagon, his gaze looking up at the roof top before glancing back down at her.
.
"i... i don't deserve a friend... i screwed it up. i screwed your life up." he took in another breath as his gaze dropped, "ive failed you and betrayed you. goodbye, Anya..." he forced a light smile, "thank you f-for... giving me a night ill never forget." and with that he morphed into a just about human sized white wolf with bright icy eyes and a black streak across his shoulder blades as he leaped up onto the roof and down the other side but as he landed he gave a small whine as he ran off towards the north forest, clearly not thinking rationally through his guilt, making several mistakes as he ran through town, morphed and left Anya with her problems to deal with alone without even realizing it. he ran and ran until he made it to the forests, tears in his eyes as he reached the tree line about a block down and lied there amongst the trees, his icy glowing eyes staring out into the nothingness.

“Frigus!” She yelled as he started to leave, feeling herself become more and worried and scared the further he got. The further he got meant the more she was alone and the less she knew what to do. “I’m scared,” She whispered as she leaned back against the wall opposite the wagon. She started to feel her heartbeat get faster and faster as she started to work herself up more and more. Had she been harsh? She didn’t want him to leave. She wanted him to stay some and help her, or at very least just be with her. She looked up at the sky before using the blue cuff of her sleeve to wipe away a few tears. It hadn’t been an overreaction because within a few seconds, he managed to change the course of her life, and she didn’t even know about it. She covered her face as she tried to think of what to do, but her mind was blank. It wasn’t like she could say anything about it to anyone in her home, because she would be instantly exposed, and she didn’t even want to know what they would do to her then. And she’d have to tell them about Frigus, then they’d have him hunted down as well. As angry as she was, he really seemed upset about things, and she felt a little sad that she just let him cry like that.

After a short while of sitting, she really started to feel the cold. She figured out that because Frigus wasn’t there- he seemed to radiate the heat, so his absence meant the cold could actually get to her. She needed to do something, if she sat here forever, then things would almost definitely go wrong. Very wrong. She needed to find him, Frigus, but he seemed to be going amazingly fast, and she didn’t think she could catch up quick enough. She highly doubted there would be another werewolf silly enough to stay around here, so close to the palace. Anya turned to look at the shirt wrapped around the bite wound. She huffed and untied it as she inspected it. It had stopped bleeding but the bit marks still looked rather deep so there wasn’t really a chance that the saliva hadn’t gotten into her blood stream. If it hadn’t- it would have been a miracle. She held her cool hand over it for a moment too sooth it as it seemed to heat up. Throughout the cold, it still managed to burn and throb. She hadn’t realised how much it hurt until now, but the original shock of it stung, then died down once she started talking.

She decided that she couldn’t stay still. If she sat down for such a long time, then there was a chance she wouldn’t bring herself to get up. But where would she go? Certainly not back to the palace. She couldn’t seek shelter in the village, they all knew who she was, and even if they didn’t, then they would think of her as a noble by her clothing at least. She glanced in the direction that Frigus left in and decided it was her best option. It was a long shot, but if she could find him, she could make sure he knew she just wanted his help. Not to attack him with her harsh words, but just to be around for a little, until she figured out what to do with herself, or at least to understand what was going to happen to her. She stood up after a moment, deciding if she went north for long enough, she would eventually run into someone that would help her.

Frigus
The large werewolf's icy blue eyes shined out brightly, a ring of white around the pupil that faded out to an icy blue, his fur thick and snowy white with hints of smokey tipped cheeks and ears, a black smokey tuft of fur on his forehead and along his tail tip, a black streak starting at his shoulder blades and fading out to his ribs as well as to his chest, his build large and majestically muscular, the beastly canine form was about the size of a human on all fours, he was truly a sight to see. but despite the ferocious outside and his glistening canines and claws, on the inside he was soft and rather hurt.
.
Frigus lied there staring out into the darkness of the village as he stayed under a large oak within the darkness of the northern forests tree line. He sat and pondered as the overwhelming weight in his chest settled in the dirt where he lied, wondering what she'd do now. he didn't necessarily want to think about that, rather his thoughts took a turn to how he ruined his only chance at having a potential friend again. how he screwed everything up. every thing he could have had was lost, and he thought he was numb to losses by this point. apparently not, for he was sulking in the darkness like a child.
.
He huffed but his ears perked up at her voice, it was only a whisper, so he had to strain to hear it from so far away, but the words only hurt more, “I’m scared,” they seemed filled with hurt and fear, how could he leave her like that? but then how could he help? thoughts swirreled through his mind, why'd i leave her alone in this? should i go back? what if i make things worse? do i even have enough elf control to deal with this during a full moon? he sighed and rested his head along his paws, curling his fluffy tail around himself as he whispered to himself, "i ruined everything."
.
the large beastly canines hears sunk into his own words, resting against the back of his head as he stared at his paws, he couldn't go back, could he? what would she do to him if he did go back? is she really scared or does she have an army waiting to murder him? He had no way of telling. but then his ears flicked upwards as his head lifted, his nose twitching as he noticed her scent growing closer. was she looking or him? for his help? or for his head? He sunk further into the darkness, just enough to not be seen, but to where he could see the village. if she had guards with her, he'd bolt, if she didn't, well, he'd listen to what she needed to say, and possibly explain himself if shed let him. His nose twitched as he made sure there weren't any scents of body odor and metallic smells or sounds, but there were none, seemed she didn't have any with her... yet. he couldn't be too sure.
