"I know but I did. Now go to sleep." Sky said as he finished taking off Rome's shoes. He then put his legs on the bed as he wrapped him in the blanket. He then looked at Rome's eyes, seeing them so red and glossy. "Goodnight." He said as he cupped Rome's face. He then let go quickly, turning around as he walked to his door. |

( Oh my how sweet ) Rome didn't want to be a burden, let alone to the guy who cussed him out to leave. The teen lied down eyes following Sky. Rome had been reluctant to sleep but once the warm feeling of Sky's hand cupping his face made him realize there was no poit in a fight. He wasn't in the position to win it either. Rome closed his eyes to the touch for what felt like forever. His eyes slowly opened again as Sky moved towards the door. "Mmm..." he grumbled watching Sky. |

Sky looked back and smiled a bit. "Go to bed, I will see you in the morning." He said as he walked out. He left the door open, just a little crack. He then walked to the couch and laid down on it. He covered himself in a throw blanket and went on his phone. It was now around 1 am. He stayed on his phone for just a bit before shutting his eyes, and falling asleep soon after. |

( UHHH what now ? HAHA ) Rome rolled his head slightly to watch Sky go, cracking the door behind him. The teen huffed before rolling to his side. His high began to wear off after an hour or two, with his thoughts ensuing behind it. Rome ran his hands down his face and cried to himself in silence. These feelings made him feel like a little kid again. Scared, alone, neglected.. is this why he's become who he is today. Did he mold and craft a fake reality to escape? " Doing this all for what ..? " Rome thought clearly. He continued to break down in tears before wearing himself out, falling into slumber. |

(bro... Poor Rome oh my.) The early morning sun blared through Skylar's living room window, causing him to wake up ever so slowly. He eventually got up, checking the time. It was 7:30 a.m, he had hoped Rome was still in his room sound asleep. He stood up, making his way ti his bedroom. He opened the door slowly, peering in before fully walking in. He was, thank god. As Sky made his way closer to Rome he couldn't help but to smile to himself. He sat on the edge of the bed, and as he looked at Rome he cocked his head to the side. "How could someone look this beautiful sleeping." He asked himself as he stood up. He didn't want to seem like a creep and just stare at him, he also had to get dressed. Sky made his way to his closet and then rummaged through his clothes. He eventually picked out a red graphic tee with some baggy jeans... per usual. He then began to take off his shirt, not caring since Rome was asleep. |

( 😔 ) Rome shuffled around atop the comforter as he felt weight attach to the bed. He body was slightly sore and his head ached slightly. It wasn't enough pain to make the teen fully shake off his slumber. The hands once used for wiping tears, dying hair, reaching and praying for new opportunities crept up towards his face. Rome placed his hands over his eyes balling them into fists. Was it out of confusion, or because he began to stretch a little? Rome stretched his toes and turned over to his other shoulder, still lying in bed. His deep brown eyes fluttered open slightly. His hair was knotted and dull, as the "liveliness" of his skin was faint. Rome was so dazed and confused he'd hadn't noticed Sky yet. |

Sky then put on his jeans as he looked back at Rome, he was now just waking up. "Oh I'm sorry if I woke you." Skylar said as he walked closer to Rome. "Do you need water or anything?" He then asked as he sat back down on the edge of the bed. Maybe he would just want to go home, I mean we did fight so he's probably just going to get up and leave. Sky grew nervous as he waited for Rome's response. |

Rome turned his gaze to Sky. How long had he'd been there for? No point in thinking, Rome truly wanted to go home. The aftermath of last nights fight and pot left him feeling at unease. " Mmm.. No thank you " he groaned. Rome slowly positioned himself to sit up and lean against the headboard to the bed. His arms were sore and moving around made him groan and moan lowly. By the time he was adjusted to his liking he looked to Sky. " . . . And you're uh shirt ? Where ? " he started, but he chose not to finish. Despite how he felt he adorned the view. |

Sky looked down at his chest. "Oh yeah, I was just getting changed." Sky then quickly got up, walking over to the shirt he was going to put on. He then put it on while turning back around. "I know you probably don't want to be here, but I couldn't just do nothing." Skylar then spit out not looking at Rome. He looked down at his hands as he subconsciously started picking at them. He grew even more nervous, making his heart speed up. This whole situation was awkward and tense for Sky, making him want to disappear. It was fine when he was sleeping but not anymore. |

Rome glanced from Sky's chest back to his eyes. " Mhmm " Rome began, Sky seemed uncomfortable or bothered and Rome didn't want to scare him or make matters worse. The teen crossed his arms while leaning against the headboard and licked his lips. " Well, I appreciate it " he sighed shaking his head. After a few moments of silence Rome added, " It's *crazy* to me how it's okay for you to check up on me or do something like this but when *I* do it, all hell breaks loose. You barely know me as it is. I'd like for you to but treating me that way was brutal. I refuse to live like that. I- I- just can't. Not AGAIN! " Rome finished. The way he spoke was calm up until the very end. His voice cracked and he quickly raised his hands to his face, tears beginning to flow. |
