Luna stopped when they reached the cave, making others go in first. She tried to always make herself last so she could throw off the humans if need be. The white mare hated the humans, hating that they try to steal herd members all the time. She was glad they took the former lead stallion after she beta him in a fight. It was one less worry on the lead mare's mind. Storm stopped beside her. "You need to lead them through Luna" he said before he nipped at her flank. "And what about you" she asked. Before he responded, he took off towards the back of the herd, making sure others followed Luna. She lost sight of him before she made her way into the cave.

Dagger followed Luna into the cave. "I really hope they know what they're doing". Getting bumped Dagger glared behind him at the stallion that did it but kept his cool and continued. "I just want to relax we can never have a moments peace"

Marsh nodded "I agree and of course, they know what they're doing don't doubt them it's disrespectful." She continued to follow Luna "if they didn't know what they were doing I'm pretty sure all of us would be caught by now"

Dagger snorted and shook himself purposely hitting the stallion behind him in the face with his tail " I suppose your right"

Marsh smiled "I'm always right...okay that's a lie I'm right every once in a while"

Luna reached the end of the cave before she pushed thought a hidden route and sighed as she looked around at the meadow. The grass was still very green along with a pond. She gave a sigh as she heard others following her out of the cave, mostly the foals excited to play. She shook her head a bit before she looked at the herd. "Is anyone hurt" she asked. She looked around for Storm, but still couldnt see him.

Dagger and Marsh walked out together and headed to the pond. Dagger lowered his head to drink.

Marsh looked down at him " You must have been thirsty"

Dagger hit her in the face with his tail and then lifted his head "if you must know yes I am thirsty"

"Okay mister moody" Marsh says then goes over to a small area and starts grazing

Dagger rolled his eyes and continued to drink from the pond. He looked up and saw the stallion that bumped him again. Not in the mood for a fight he walked away and laid down in the grass.

Luna finally saw Storm coming through the cave and sighed. *Good* she thought. When none replied to her about being hurt, she flicked her ears and watched the herd. She saw a few stallions out flirting with mares, only causing Luna to roll her eyes. Sure, she did allow stallions and mares to pick their mates now, but it seemed none were interested in her. With a sigh she made her way towards the pond and waded in, knowing it would cover her back, but not force her to swim.

A few of the colts did not see Dagger laying in the grass and were headed right for him. Dagger looked up and got up and the colts ran right into his side. Looking down he nudged the colts up and started to walk away when they followed him asking questions about his scar. Quite annoyed he walked over to Marsh the colts in pursuit "Marsh please help me"

Marsh looked down at the colts and smiled "I have a game for you its who can behave the best if you win me and mister moody here will play with you for an entire day and you can ask us all the questions you like"

Dagger glared at Marsh as the colts nodded

"Alright now go back to your mother's and be on your best behavior." Marsh says and the colts ran off "problem solved"

"No, because we have to play with them in the end," Dagger says

"True, but those three are very competitive. With that being said, they won't back down, and knowing that there's no telling how long it will last" Marsh says going back to grazing

Dagger nodded "you are very tricky" He went back to his area and continued grazing

Luna made her way out of the pond and shook off before she looked around. She spotted a few colts running back to their mothers and had a small smile. She did wish to have foals of her own, but it seemed nearly impossible then. The only stallion who talk to her was her half brother, and of course THAT wasnt doing to happen. A small sigh escaped her as she flicked her tail. Her scars were more visible now that her coat was wet, but she didnt really care too much. It seemed most of the stallions saw it as something intimidating, but to her, it was just a story, her story, of how she grew up.

Growing hotter by the second Dagger went over to the pond and looked at Luna. He walked over "Hello leader." He looked down and pawed at the ground not wanting to make eye contact with her or with anyone else for that matter. He slightly looked up noticing the scars and sort of got lost in wonder.

Luna looked over when she heard someone speak to her. A small smile formed as she saw Dagger. "You dont need to call me leader" she said. "That might have been something my sire wanted, but I dont. Luna is fine" she replied to him, her voice remaining kind like it usually was when she wasnt handling getting the herd moving or dealing with stallions fighting one another for a mare who wasnt interested in them.

Dagger pulled out of his daze in the scars at her talking. "Right sorry, I'm just so used to it anyways. How has your day been aside from the human scare?" He looked back at her scars still in awe then forced himself to look at Luna and he smiled slightly. " Sorry if this seems out of the blue you just looked...how do I say this without being rude but you looked a little lonely... which you probably aren't but-" He trailed off to stop himself from rambling on and looking like a complete fool.
