Val noticed him as he parked the car and walk towards her and sit on the grass beside her. One earbud was out of her ear so that she could hear. " Well hello there, Sam" Vall said with a wide smile. "Dont worry, he's on a trip. My dad wont be back for a while." her reasuring was true. " What you doin on my grass?" Valerii teased, smirking at him as her hand moved towards his. Feeling that connection with him once more. " Your house for the night? I wanted to freshen up here, but I can do it back at your house."

The sun had slowly begin to set in the horizon and Valerii watched the sunset before sighing "Come on, the bugs get bad at this hour and I cant stand getting bit." She patted his hand before standing up and lending a hand for him to take. Being a lady had its perks and helping someone back on their feet would be one of them, no matter the senerio. "If you have studies to do before tomorrow, I can give you privacy for a bit. Unless you wanna just spend that study time with me instead"

Sam nodded, glad to hear that her father was away for a while. He wrinkled his nose, taking in the breeze. It was nice to feel the cool air. He felt a lot calmer than he did inside the university earlier. He chuckled at her remark, rolling his eyes and watching her. "You can just shower at mine," he offered with a small smile. He didn't mind.

He watched as she offered a hand for him to take, which he gladly did. He pulled himself up with the help of Valerii and looked down at her as she spoke again. He smirked devilishly and his hands found their way to her waist, gripping onto her. "I think I'll just spend that time with you," he said, leaning down and giving her a gentle kiss on the lips.

The hands round her waist were given as his warm hands touched her skin. This kiss however was unexpected. Her eyes closed, left hand rested on his waist and her right hand moved to his neck, resting there. Evn moving into him to enjoy the sweet moment.

A heavy breathe escaped her nose as she returned the gentle kiss. Her heart racing like a racehorse. After a few moments, Valerii stepped back, breaking the kisss and clearing the hair out of her face. " Damn Sam Trying to make me hot and sweaty, are you?" she chuckled left her lips as she simply took Sam's hand in hers " I'll see a leader out of you yet" she complimented. THis trait also came from her mother " Come on, lets go or the time wont let us have any fun"

Her phone buzzed with a text, but she ignored it. Knowing it was from her father wanting to talk about school. She would get his attention somehow, somewhere. " I have a question...hows your school? Whats its like like to be a student? Are the students and teachers nice?" Then added once she was buckled into the car " What if I made a call to the head of that school and maybe tried to get in without my Dad, I can pay for things on my own as it is... I have a car and technically I can live where I want." Then sighed feeling defeated " Maybe I'm over thinking things..."

Sam pulled away, his grip still on her waist. He chuckled and shrugged nonchalantly, looking down at her as she took his hand. "I'll hold you to that," he smirked, unlocking his car and walking over to it. He got in, buckling his seatbelt into place and turning on his engine. Just before he drove off he turned to look at her as she asked him. "School is school," he shrugged and drove away and back to his house. "It's medical school I suppose. It's hard at times but I like it," he stated, continuing to drive down the road.

Sam listened to her, pulling onto his street and driving a little slower. He cleared his throat and reached out, placing a hand on hers and glancing to her. "Valerii, you can do anything without your father. He does not control you," he spoke to her with concern.

Valerii sighed, looking over at him as he drove to the house. " You're right. He controlled me every minute of every day before I met you. I'm the one who's done everything for him But it's gonna end. I promise you that. I just need to find a way to prove that he can't do it any longer" she bit her lip and looked out of his window, thinking.

She listen to what he said about school and his education. Really drinking it in. " Maybe when you graduate, I could come and watch" she said rubbing his right arm.

Another buzz and this time Val looked at it and again it was her father. Ahe she replied back with was I'm not going back home.Ever. Im not your maid or slave. I have to live my own life like I see fit. And that's what im going to do. There is absolutely nothing you or the other members can do about it. You try and stop me, I will have back up.

" I hope you have room for one more at your house." Valerii said " Just sent my Dad a message and I hope he understands what I'm trying to tell him." Then mumbled " It's not gonna be pretty"

Sam pulled into the driveway and turned off the engine. He smiled at her when she talked about him graduating. It should be next year if he doesn't fail anything. "I'd like that," he said, grinning like an idiot. Get it together, Sam. He thought to himself before unbuckling his seatbelt and watched her ferociously text someone. He raised his eyebrows. Someone was getting a handful of a text. He was about to open the door to his car and he heard her speak. His hand left the hand and he listened to her. "Damn. I'm sorry Valerii," he mumbled in response to what she said. He was shocked that she was actually leaving home to soon. He didn't expect it.

A small smirk spread across his lips. "Of course. You can stay as long as you like," he said with a nod, before grabbing the door handle once more and opening the door. He got out, unlocking his house door and let her in first. Sam walked inside and placed his keys and phone down on the counter. His father was sat in the living room watching tv. "What do you want to do?" He asked, turning to face Valerii.

Once she walked in, she noticed Sam's father sitting down watching tv. She let him be and only focused on sam. Knowing that every word that would be said, would be heard by him. " Dont worry about me and my Dad, Sam. I will set his straight. He is just protective of me. He wants what is best in his own eyes. " Then added once her shoes were taken off " your house, you decide" it was that simple. She was a guest at the moment " but before we do anything, I wanna cool off. Don't wait for me. Get what you need done and we can think of something when im out of the shower." Letting a smile cross her lips, she leaned in and kissed him quickly before rushing off up the stairs, closing the door to take her shower. It was a hot one that day and only way to cool was was said cold shower.

As she let the cold water run over her, she thought about her father, Sam, and her own life. A life that she could have designed for herself on her own.

Twenty minutes later, Val opened the door fully clothed once more, but a towel was wrapped aroun her hair. Her bare skin and tatoo on full show. Without a thought, Val headed straight to Sam's bedroom.

Sam just smiled and nodded to her. He was happy she was getting control but he didn't want her to be in danger or anything. He let her go upstairs, and he sat down in the living room with his father. He patted him on the shoulder before clearing his throat. "So dad, Valerii is going to stay with us for a while. Is that okay?" He asked, his father's attention snapping to Sam in a slight case of shock.

His father sighed softly and nodded his head. "If she has to stay, she can stay I suppose," he grumbled and turned his head back to the tv. Sam smiled gently and relaxed visibly. He was happy to hear that his father wasn't going to evict Valerii. "Thanks dad. I really appreciate it," he said with sincerity, hearing the shower turn off. "I suppose I'll see what she's up to. Thanks again dad," he commented and stood up from the sofa, walking up the stairs and to his room. His father just grumbled, his eyes fixated on the tv infront of him. Sam walked into his room and saw Valerii in his bedroom. He closed his door and smiled to her.

She heard him come up the stairs after saying something to his father, but stayed were she was against the wall, a leg crossed over the other, her head straight, staring at the wall and one ear with headphones in. Lifting it up when his voice cut her in mid thought " hey there, handsome" Valerii replied, smiling and giving him her hands to take " I wanna snuggle...cold showers make me so and be in a weird cuddle mood" she mumbled, looking deep into his eyes, somewhat of a mischivous look in them "Please"

A song began to play in her mind as her fingers intertwined with his " did you ask your father if it was ok for me to stay for a couple nights while I figure things out with my dad?" With how their meeting a few days ago went, she thought he wouldnt have any problem at all.

A long yawn escaped her and stared at the bed " I may not last, Sam. I want all the time with you tonight before tomorrow. I should also go shopping tomorrow, still wanna buy something for Sabio's. And then maybe I can go to your dad's office and see if he needs anything more from me. I'm apparently a huge asset to your father with all the gangs doing crazy ilegan stuff. I just hope that nothing happens to me. I've seen the way people look at me on the streets."

By the time she had reached the bed her head was fully focused on Sam, the towel that was around her head dropped onto the floor, her hand drawing small circles on his chest " But I do have a question for you... yould you rather have me live close by or actually live with you? I can do either" Val was serious about this. But she already knew the answer. Once she stopped talking, she snuggled into him, looking through her phone at the texts from her members and her father. Replying back to them wirh helpful resources and recomendations. Then just set her phone to the side and ignored everything but Sam.

Sam walked up to her, tilting his head to the side and listening to her as she spoke. He smirked a little, watching as she fiddled with his hands. After she spoke he cleared his throat and looked back into her eyes, only to find she was staring at him. "Sure, we can snuggle," he mumbled, squeezing her hand gently and walked over to the bed with her. It was around 8pm at that point, dark outside and the rain gently pattering against the window.

Sitting down on the bed, he reached up, gently tucking her wet hair behind her ear as he listened to her. "My dad will keep you safe from those gangs, and he's okay with you staying here. Don't worry about that Valerii," he said, his eyes staring directly into hers. He smiled almost lovingly at her, laying down beside her and resting his head on the pillow. A small frown rested on his expression as he shook his head. "I would like you to stay here. If you want to," he said and propped himself up with his elbow, his head resting in his palm as he gazed into her eyes, running a gentle hand through her hair as he watched her.
