Anya "y'know you can talk to me about it right? whatever your thinking. Im here to listen." The young woman knew that well enough, but she kept it vague. Briefly mentioned that it was about her parents and a bit of what would be happening in the future. She didn't want him to be too worried... he'd been out and done more than enough already. She kind if just nestled into him when he wrapped an arm around her side, letting a soft sigh out as she relaxed a bit more... not because she was safe, but because she wasn't alone. They simply weren't the same thing to her. Anya was a social creature, with the whole safety in numbers thing, so she was definitely a whole lot comfier when he was about. . Anya could hear the confusion in his voice, which honestly amused her a little. She wasn't expecting him to be upset or anything, and she wasn't about to get herself all upset about anything either, she was simply too tired for it, and quite frankly, cleaning up wasn't anything to get upset about anyway. "No, I wanted to... I'll just have to wait until I can see." She noted with a light chuckle before looking at his makeshift tote bag. "What'd you get?" She asked un an almost exited tone to see what he'd picked up, starting to wake up a little more now.

Frigus As she breifly explained her dream, the man only nodded. he didnt know what to say really, he wanted to relate so she didnt have to feel so alone in her feelings but he had no idea how it felt to be in her position. he only knew it had to be sickeningly painful to deal with thinking about. Soon though, the topic of tidying up the place took his attention, "No, I wanted to... I'll just have to wait until I can see." He only shrugged at this, he felt he was getting the impression that she felt like she had to do it or felt obligated to, which he didnt want, although hed entirely be grateful of her work, "Dont feel like you have to, Its nice of you to offer to do it, but only do it if you really want to. I dont want you to feel obligated to anything. . As her gaze drifted to the dress he made into a totebag temporarily, his gaze followed "What'd you get?" He shrugged with a light smile, "just a few things." he said as he opened it, but the necklace he had already previously put in his pocket. As he opened it up, it showed the hand carved wooden brush with little swirrel engravings, then the pair of baisic pants and a shirt he handed to her, "I remember us speaking of you never actua;y having the choice to wear pants and stuff, so, well... now you do." he stated plainly before setting his new shirt aside and opening the dress up. It was a baisic commeners thin brown dress but the material was light and there were little yellow sun flower patterns sewed along the bottom edge of the dress with a white top half to it.

(sorry, kinda short, I'm on the go lol) Anya Anya watched curiously as he unpacked everything, a light smile crossing her face - a more genuine one. She took the shirt and trousers happily, looking them over once or twice. In truth, she had no idea what size she was, so she'd just have to try them on later and pray that Frigus had managed to eye ball it close enough. "Thank you!" She chirped almost excitedly as she sat up so she wasn't leaning on him so much anymore. She hadn't worn pants in... well, years, not since the last time she saw Frigus at least. It'd be nice not to have a dress snagging on things and ripping and getting all dirty, too. She looked at the dress for a moment before giving a grin. It was pretty, really, for a commoners dress. It looked like it'd suit her too, which was always a bit of a plus... not that anyone would be seeing her anyway. "Its all perfect, thank you." She hummed softly as she patted his side and folded everything up neatly and placed it at her side. "Oh, did you manage to pick up a needle and thread so I can stitch some skins together?"

Frigus The young womans genuine smile lightened his mood a bit as he grinned back, her chearful thank you ringing in his ears with delight, "Thank you!" He let out a light chuckle as he smiled back at her, "yeah, no problem." He watched curiously as she examined the dress, he really wasnt great at doing womens things but he hoped he had guessed ok. "Its all perfect, thank you." he nodded at her words with a light smile but he froze as she spoke oncemore "Oh, did you manage to pick up a needle and thread so I can stitch some skins together?" he cringed at his own mistake, "ah no. I completely forgot. I was so stuck on getting back in a reasonable time that it just slipped my mind." he said in frustration at himself, "Im not going to have enough time to go tonight, but i cant go these next couple days, word will get around about items going missing and there will be guards everywhere..." he said as he thought intensely of his options. (yeah no thats not short ay all dont worry about length its cool)

Anya The man's slight frustration with himself had almost amused her, especially because it was about something as simple as a needle and thread. "ah no. I completely forgot. I was so stuck on getting back in a reasonable time that it just slipped my mind." The woman nodded and gave a slight chuckle, trying to let him know it was all good. She could probably try and craft something anyway... maybe out of some old kindling. "I'm not going to have enough time to go tonight, but I can't go these next couple of days, word will get around about items going missing and there will be guards everywhere..." Anya shook her head at him, gently nudging his side. "Hey, no, don't worry about it. It wasn't important." She reassured him with a rather sweet-looking smile. She knew well enough that he just wanted to do the best for her - especially given that she wasn't at all used to the world outside the castle, but she'd learn to live with it. . Anya sighed and relaxed back against the wall, going back to leaning on the man ever so slightly. She was still a bit tired, so even just the rest was good for her. The night cold was a bit much for her anyway, and the man had kind of just given her that extra heat. "What'd you have planned for the morning?" she asked quietly as she thought ahead... she couldn't just be sat there all day. She'd probably just drive herself crazy overthinking things. She wondered if he'd let her tag along on whatever he had planned... though if he was doing his whole hunting thing, she'd rather not be around. It was safe to say gore wasn't her strong suit... which meant she wasn't likely to fare well with this whole being a werewolf thing. She was sure that Frigus would try his best to prepare her for everything, though... It was still early on in the whole thing and for now, they were just getting comfortable with each other, which would fare well in the future. After all, how were they meant to get anything done if they didn't trust one another well enough? Edited at October 13, 2022 09:15 AM by Hell Bound

Frigus His concern in forgetting the matter lingered in his expression as he tried to contemplate a way to get it salfely and timely enough to put it to use, but her voice pulled him out of thought, "Hey, no, don't worry about it. It wasn't important." He offered a slight smile, "Are you sure? It could prove as useful later on as well." As she went back to leaning on him he let his shoulders relax, ridding himself of tension. Her presence, when closer seemed to have the effect of easing his stress a moment, almost like a stress reset button, like she just lifted it all a moment to let him breathe till later. . "What'd you have planned for the morning?" He thought a moment as his blue gaze watched between the trees, "I'll get us breakfast for the day, then... hmm.. if youd like we can go find things together that may prive as useful for this place?" he shrugged, "whatever you wanna do, although i do wanna know if yooud prefer mammal or fish tomorrow." he said with a light smile as his gaze trailed back towards her.

Anya She nodded at his worry... it was sweet really, but if it was overly important they could go and find a needle at some point... Frigus had lived who knows how long out here without any of those creature comforts, so she could stand to live a little while without them too. "Are you sure? It could prove as useful later on as well." Anya could only laugh a little at that... but she was sure they'd last. The girl shook her head a little, gently placing a couple of fingers on his chin in a more friendly manner. "I'm sure we'll be fine. If we end up needing some then we can always get it then... maybe when the weather starts getting colder." She shrugged, kind of noticing his moment of relaxation. It'd been a good few days now, almost a week, and she wasn't overly sure if she had seen him relax like this. Well, she could admit it was nice to see. . The woman shrugged as she met his gaze, a more thoughtful look on her face. She didn't mind what they did, as long as it was something. She did want to explore a little, so searching for things would be good until they had to be on the move again. Well, she assumed they wouldn't be able to stay there for long. The guards would find them eventually if they stayed there, so she kind of hoped the man would have a clue of where to go next. "I'll get us breakfast for the day, then... hmm.. if youd like we can go find things together that may prive as useful for this place?" The woman nodded slightly, though she was rethinking the whole decorating thing. If they had to leave, probably in the next couple of days, then there wasn't any point. But it was something to do, she supposed. "I'd rather like to explore a little... maybe past the border to the wolven empire? Just a bit. I haven't been out here in, well, years." She shrugged as her gaze flickered away slightly. There wasn't an awful lot of woodland on this side of the border... so there wasn't very much to see. She knew the man would probably be pretty reluctant to take her anywhere near the border, but he'd be with her... and she was pretty sure he was smart enough to outwit anyone and look after her more than enough if they did happen to cross paths. , "whatever you wanna do, although i do wanna know if yooud prefer mammal or fish tomorrow." The girl shrugged before her gaze slowly wandered up to his, carefully studying his every feature before her face lit up a little. "Fish is good!"

Frigus The young mans gaze spftened as her delacate fingers were placed upon his chin and he listened to her words, " "I'm sure we'll be fine. If we end up needing some then we can always get it then... maybe when the weather starts getting colder." This statement didnt solve the fact he didnt have one but it did ease his nerves for it reassured him that she was ok without it and made him feel less guilty about not having gotten it. for a long moment they seemed to sit in a bit of silence, a peaceful one at that. one much needed. "I'd rather like to explore a little... maybe past the border to the wolven empire? Just a bit. I haven't been out here in, well, years." His bright gaze flickered slightly as he paused a moment, thinking it over as he took a slow inhale. he didnt entirely like the thought. it wasnt safe there for them. it isnt what it used to be but he doubted anyone would recognise him or her. but she still smelled of the humans. and so did he. "ok.... not tomorrow but in the next few days. if you really want to go, we have to develoup a more wolven scent. right now, we reak of humans and so far, you seem to have develouped no wolven scent or extra hair growth yet. which shouldnt take too long to happen, but going this soon would be dangerous. we'll take turns bathing in the river once we can and get most of the scent out. then the next few days we need to stay away from the village. we'll need to wash those clothes too." he nodded to himself as if he was confirming what he had said in his mind, thinking it over. "Fish is good!" Her enthusiastic approval on fish seemed to lighten his conscentration a bit as he chuckled, "alright. fish then baths."

Anya The woman gave a more reluctant nod to his answer, but it was better than the one she was expecting. In truth, she was expecting him to put his foot down and tell her it was a stupid request and scold her or something for it. So, she was happy with the reply she'd gotten from him. "Thank yooouu," she hummed brightly, flashing a grin to the man before curling into his side a little more to get comfortable, and partly to steal his warmth. It was still dark, and the fire had gone out ages ago, so it was admittedly cold. She wondered for a moment if she'd warm up with all these werewolf changes, too... it'd be helpful. It was quiet for a little while, but comfortable, and Anya closed her eyes as she started to get a little dozy again. "I'm happy to explore around here with you tomorrow," she murmured. She did want to go back to the little cove they'd been to earlier... it'd brought back a lot of rather fond memories for the woman, and she did just want to relive them again, with her friend at her side... she never thought she'd see him again, and she hadn't expected to be so excited and overwhelmed to find him... nor had she expected to be comfortable with him so soon after so long of not seeing him.

Frigus The young man took a deep breath as she curled a bit more into his side, giving a soft smile as he rested his chin on the top of her head, wrapping his arms around her small cold body. "Thank yooouu," her little hum of grattitude making him grin as he brushed her hair back gently with his fingers, his body seeming to radiate more heat as he began to settle down, letting out a long yawn as his breathing became a little more deep and relaxed. . "I'm happy to explore around here with you tomorrow," His voice became softer and more mumbly as he closed his eyes, responding in half consciousness with a subtle smile, "me too." he sank back to lay down and opened his arms for her to come join him to stay warm.
