Anya (this one is teeeeny tiny lmao) The young lady gave Frigus a joy filled smile, nodding her her swiftly. "i bet, you did say they'd kill you if they knew." Anya nodded, her smile still present a she glanced up at him, "And I probably would have been killed as well." She chuckled, shaking her head slightly as she set her views on her hands. "see? not so crazy now am i?" Anya shook her head, giving a small laugh. She somewhat knew that it was Frigus from the first time that she had seen one of those little drawings in the woods. It was just sort of like she didnt want to believe it. Maybe that was why she was so drawn to him in the market. She smiled inwardly before glancing away a little, "I've missed you. Sorry I didn't come back." She murmured under her breath. Anya looked back at their hands for a moment before quietly running her thumb along the top of his soothingly. "What a mistake it was coming here, right?" She joked, shaking her head as she took her hand back. She took a glance around with a soft smile, "we were so creative, huh? Well, you were at least." She noted with a laugh.

Frigus (naaahhh lol) "And I probably would have been killed as well." frigus chuckled and shook his head, "i hardly knew what they were, but they sure were mesmerizingly beautiful compared to things i had been used to seeing." his bright blue gaze was soft and gentle, his smile full of memory and a deep fondness, "I've missed you. Sorry I didn't come back." his gaze lifted to her softly as he tilted his head, "dont apologise... we grew up..." his gaze then faded back towards the cups, "thats just how life is..." but then his smile faded back, "...and you did what most cant... you found me again." he smiled gleefully as his head turned towards her just lightly squeezing her hand in a comforting way, such powerful joy in his gaze as he spoke, "thank you Anya... thank you for finding me again... thank you for sticking with me." all he wanted to do was hold her so tight in his arms, to never lose her again, but he had refrained. . as her thumb trailed softly over his hand, it was quite soothing as he rested his head back against the seat and took a deep refreshing breath, almost without realizing it, but her statement took him off guard a moment, "What a mistake it was coming here, right?" only to feel her hand leave his, so he pulled his back gently, slightly confused until he realized it was only a joke and he nodded, "yeah, right..." he said with a questionably playful look towards her. as her gaze trailed the area, his followed as he smiled softly, "we were so creative, huh? Well, you were at least." he chuckled and shook his head, "well, you were my inspiration. i did everything i could to make you smile. it was my favorite thing to do, became my purpose after some time." as he gazed around he remembered the feeling of excitement hed get thinking of how happy shed be when she saw the little things he did. Anya "i hardly knew what they were, but they sure were mesmerizingly beautiful compared to things i had been used to seeing." The dark eyed Anya smiled a little, reaching to take one off the table. They weren't much bigger than the palm of her hand, but their coloring was beautiful. White with blue swirls and the rims slightly turned in, and the handle shaped with a flick. More decorative items, and though it had been at least 10 years, maybe more since they had been taken from the ground, they were still in pretty good condition. She smiled softly to herself before putting it gently back down on the table. "I mean, they are pretty. Even I think so, that's probably why I took them. They were also probably very expensive." She noted with a chuckle, shaking her head slightly. She took a glance back at Frigus, letting her smile stay steady on her face as he spoke. "dont apologise... we grew up... thats just how life is..." Anya nodded a little, her eye brows furrowing slightly, "...and you did what most cant... you found me again." As Anya spoke, she felt it was harder and harder to push words out, "Frigus, I know, but its just that if I tried a little harder, then I wouldn't have had to find you again... and we wouldn't be in this position right now." She noted, her voice starting to croak at the end. She knew she should be happy, she was out of the palace, and she had found a friend, but all she could think is that she hadn't done enough to get back to him. She was still a child when it happened, but there was still ways she could get out, and she did nothing about it. After a few moments, she tried to push that thought process to the side, and brought the one that her best friends was sitting next to her. He was there, much taller, with slightly more muscle and no more of his childish tubbiness, really, he was only a shadow of the boy she knew, but he was still Frigus. Just grown. He was still friendly, thoughtful and sweet. She knew that much and she hadn't been around more than a day. "thank you Anya... thank you for finding me again... thank you for sticking with me." She smiled at this, letting her gaze find his for a moment, "If anything, I should thank you for the same thing." She murmured quietly before looking away a again. "well, you were my inspiration. i did everything i could to make you smile. it was my favorite thing to do, became my purpose after some time." Anya smiled at this, her eyes a little brighter, "Oh, I knew I was." Anya chuckled softly, closing her eyes for a second, "I loved watching you carve out those little drawings." Anya noted, running her hand over the little carvings on the stone table, "You cared about them so much, it was amazing to me." She smiled as she looked back up at him, "So I guess it worked hand in hand. Must have been why we got along." She giggled, scratching the back of her head.

Frigus as she picked one of the cups up and examined it he looked at the one cup left on the table, dirt still smudged on them but other than that, the intricate little designes on them were very beautiful, "I mean, they are pretty. Even I think so, that's probably why I took them. They were also probably very expensive." He nodded with a light chuckle, "then they really would have killed ya" . as she spoke about there seperation in life his gaze lifted and he frowned a bit, hearing the little crackle in her voice, "Frigus, I know, but its just that if I tried a little harder, then I wouldn't have had to find you again... and we wouldn't be in this position right now." "anya... hey..." his voice grew soft as he gazed at her with empathy and his hand was placed gently on her shoulder as he looked her in the eyes, "it wasnt your fault. its ok. we were kids. i wouldnt expect more." he let a gentle smile crosss his face as his blue eyes gleamed, " weve got eachother back now. its ok." he said before gently taking his hand back. "If anything, I should thank you for the same thing." he offered a soft smile but watched as she turned her head away, not knowing what to do as he thought on how to cheer her up. "Oh, I knew I was." he chuckled, glad to see the light come back to her eyes "I loved watching you carve out those little drawings." as her deep dark gaze lifted to his own icy blue gaze he smiled softly "So I guess it worked hand in hand. Must have been why we got along." he shrugged i dont know, just glad we had."

Anya Anya closed her eyes a little, looking down so that she wouldn't have to look Frigus in the eyes. She felt a little pathetic that she felt the way she did, even though there wasn't much she could really do about it. When she felt a hand on her shoulder, she looked up slightly, not quite making eye contact. It wasn't just that she felt pathetic, she felt silly. She knew she couldn't change the past, but now she was upset about something she had almost forgotten about. "weve got eachother back now. its ok." Anya nodded softly, giving a timid smile. "Yeah... Yeah we did." She agreed before looking to him a little bit brighter. "See, this is Frigus being sweet," She noted with a quiet chuckle, shaking her head a little. She leaned her head back a little against the rock seat, taking a soothing breath. "i dont know, just glad we had." Anya nodded to this, her eyes showing that she was clearly thinking just the same. Anya sat in silence for another minuet or so, but she relived the thousand fond memories of herself and Frigus in that time. Every now and then, there was a few other children, but it seemed to happen rarely, and neither of them seemed particularly impressed that they were there. After a while, Anya pulled herself out of her trance like state and stood up, going to peek outside. It seemed to have gotten dark quick, or maybe they had just been there longer than she had thought. Either way, it was nearing the time to leave. She looked reluctant, but they needed to be back by nightfall. "Frigus?" She asked quietly, "I think it's time to go. I don't much like being out and about in the dark." She noted with a small chuckle. Edited at July 28, 2021 10:52 AM by Hell Bound

Frigus "Yeah... Yeah we did." he smiled softly as her gaze seemed to brighten just a slight bit, "See, this is Frigus being sweet," but at this he chuckled a bit with his cheeks growing in a bit of color as he blushed softly, "aw, no..." he glanced back up with a fond look, "just showing that i care." he said as he gently moved a peice of her hair behind her ear. then shortly after he rsted his head back and looked up at the sky, his blue gaze soft, gentle, yet full of a prideful glee and a grateful relaxation, taking a deep inhale, feeling his lungs swell, before exhaling slowly and closing his icy eyes, taking her company, her existance, and presence in, enjoying the fulfillment he now felt. . All of those memories and emotions of those freeing times all flooded his senses, the sights sounds and scents all a part of the area around him. Everywhere he looked he could catch glimpses of the memories, one here and there, the little versions of himslelf and Anya, theyre laughter echoing through his mind, such gleeful feelings swelling in his chest and mind, all from before, yet still, he felt them all still when he was with Anya. she was his Happiness, his joy, his pride, every feeling of accomplishment was with her, he also always felt he would defend her as well. he remembered coming there one day when she wasnt there and seeing a little curly haired red headed boy snooping around. little Frigus was so rude to him. he chased him off yelling it was his and Anyas territory. he was so protective of anything that had to do with Anya. but a voice took his thoughts back, "Frigus?" his gaze flickered back up and it was now he had just noticed that she had gotten up, seeing a look of reluctance upon her features, "I think it's time to go. I don't much like being out and about in the dark." he nodded and stood, making his way out of the vines after putting the tea cups back in there hole, "yes, we should get going, dont want to run into a cougar or bear right now. but usually there not very agressive if we take a wide route ariund them."

Anya "aw, no..." Anya gave him a small chuckle, "just showing that i care." Anya smiled softly, shaking her head, "Yeah, and that's sweet of you! What's wrong with that?" She grinned, bumping his side softly. Her face tinged a little pink when he brushed her hair out of her eyes before she gave a little chuckle, "Thanks." She teased, tilting her head slightly. Anya furrowed her eyes with the smallest of smiled when he seemed to be coming out of his own trance. There was clearly a lot goung through his head and she felt a little disappointed that she had to talk to him. "yes, we should get going, dont want to run into a cougar or bear right now. but usually there not very agressive if we take a wide route ariund them." Anya looked a little worried about this, but she tried to push it down, "Cougars?" She asked quietly, "And bears? They have those here?" She asked quietly, feeling herself go slightly quieter. She shook her head a little before beckoning him to follow her back the way they had come. "Are you still going out tonight?" She asked lightly as they walked back through the trees, looking like she had just had a little light bulb moment, "I could maybe sow some of those deer hides together, extend the cabin wall a bit! Then maybe some blankets..." She drifted off as she looked at the small carvings on the trees. She saw herself and little Frigus again, little Anya asking if he'd put their names up. It must have been the first of all the carvings. "Oh, Can you put one here? Please? Really quickly?" She asked brightly, giving a giddy giggle. Little Frigus seemed more than ahppy to assist her, "That's a good spot!" He chirped, "Everyone will see and know it's ours!" The image slowly started to fade away and was replaced by the dying writing of their names on one of the biggest trees. "Before we go..." Anya spoke up, "Can you redo this please? Really quickly?" Anya asked, pointing towards the carvings.

Frigus "Yeah, and that's sweet of you! What's wrong with that?" he rolled his eyes playfully as his grin grew wide when she bumped him, his teeth sparkling white as he chuckled, "ok, ok... but your sweeter." he said as he side eyed her playfully. smiling a bit at the little tinge of pink that faded onto her cheeks when he had moved her hair for her, "Thanks." he shook his head with a shrug, unsure how to respond to that as he scratched the back of his neck nervously, "y-yeah..." he said with a light chuckle. . At the mentioning of the common nightly dangers his head tilted slightly as he smiled softly, "Cougars?"And bears? They have those here?" he reached a hand out and gently rubbed her back to comfort her in a friendly manor, "itll be fine, usually they dont bother us." he said as he pulled his hand back, "they dont like haveing to deal with us as much as we dont like dealing with them. plus-" his grin grew and he bumped her playfully, teeth gleaming in the fading sunlight, "-youve got me." as they began there walk through the trees, he kept higher alert, but unlike humans, since he was pure blooded werewolf, he had the night vision of the wolves, so he could see much clearer than she could. "Are you still going out tonight?" he nodded, "yeah." as he looked on, keeping his senses on high alert as the sky darkened a bit "I could maybe sow some of those deer hides together, extend the cabin wall a bit! Then maybe some blankets..." he nodded with a grin and chuckled, "yes, thatd be great! just please dont get hurt." he noticed her fall behind a bit so he stopped and turned to come back towards her, noticing she was staring at the carving, "Before we go..." "Can you redo this please? Really quickly?"he chuckled and nodded, his grin bright and eyes gleaming, surprised she had asked, but delighted to, pulling his bone shard knife from his pocket he engraved the letters back in, remembering the specific places the letters were, making it just as he had remembered before stepping back and smiling at it with a tilted head.

Anya "ok, ok... but your sweeter." Anya chuckled at this, pouting and rolling her eyes slightly. "Well of course!" She giggled, "There's no one sweeter than me! I quite literally had lessons on how to be sweet as honey." She smirked, "and know why? Because you catch more flies with honey." Anya noted, shaking her head slightly, "that's what I'm told at least." She shrugged lightly with a small inwards smile. "itll be fine, usually they dont bother us. they dont like haveing to deal with us as much as we dont like dealing with them. plus- you've got me" Anya chuckled lightly, her deep brown eyes lighting up in amusement, "I just wasn't all that sure they had them here." Anya replied to his seemingly cockiness, "But yes, I suppose I will have you if anything goes majorly wrong- and by that I mean if we get attacked by these raging animals that prowl the woods." Anya put sarcastic story book voice on, making it clear she was teasing with him. She mentioned that she could maybe extend the old cabin, Frigus's voice seemed a little exited, and Anya was a little exited about having something to do. "yes, thatd be great! just please dont get hurt." Anya placed her hand on his shoulder and held the other up, giving him a solemn look, "Frigus, I solemnly swear that I will not prick my finger with a needle and bleed to death." She noted with furrowed brows before scoffing lightly. When Frigus agreed to go over the sign, she couldn't help the delightful grin that appeared on her face. "Yes!" She chirped brightly, doing a little dance. She watched him with a slightly tilted head as he did the drawing, examining as he went. When he had finished, the childish look on Anyas face was a sight to behold. "Thank you!" She smiled, running her hand lightly over the engravings. "Do you mind if I use that?" She asked, pointing towards the little knife. When Frigus handed it to her, she gave him a thankful nod before writing in messily small letters, That's right! We're still here! Obviously it was a lot messier than Frigus's, but she seemed proud of herself as she handed the little knife back to him.

Frigus "Well of course!" "There's no one sweeter than me! I quite literally had lessons on how to be sweet as honey." he chuckled and shook his head "and know why? Because you catch more flies with honey. but he laughed a bit more at this statement, his gaze bright and full of happiness"that's what I'm told at least." "well, youve sure caught one big ass fly." he stated with a lagh as he motioned to himself. . "I just wasn't all that sure they had them here."he heard in response to his comfolrting as it seemed, his grin growing as he chuckled a slight bit"But yes, I suppose I will have you if anything goes majorly wrong- and by that I mean if we get attacked by these raging animals that prowl the woods." giving a nod at her sarcastic tone he nudged her gently with his elbow, "yeah, ill gobble em right up for ya. imaging how great a bear hide would be." as they spoke of expanding the cabin he nodded with a smile, but at her response to his bit of worry"Frigus, I solemnly swear that I will not prick my finger with a needle and bleed to death." he placed his hand over her hand that rested on his shoulder and spoke half playfully with a chuckle, "and dont trip on the boulders, a broken anckle isnt what we need. and dont let any collapse on you, some arent stable." he stated more specifically. her excited "Yes!" brought a smile upon his face as he had redone the sign "Thank you!" he shook his head, "thank you for puting up with me and believing we found eachother again." he said with a laugh. "Do you mind if I use that?" at her question he tilted his head slightly with a smirk and handed it over, watching carefully with a look of curiosity. as she gave it back he chuckled with a light smile at the sign, his teeth gleaming in the oncoming moonlight as he wrapped an arm around her shoulders in a playful side hug kind of deal, placing his head over hers a moment with a chuckle and warm smile as he looked at te sign, "yup, still here."
