Shaker followed after Nala keeping his distance as he did so. What the alpha wanted with him, he still didn't know. She didn't appear to be giving any indication of what she wanted from him. The sudden interest in him from the alpha was still something that continued to confuse him. He doubted they had interacted much more than a passing glance or a respectful nod on his part before today. His gaze swept around the area that they had traveled to. It wasn't any different from most the forest. The trees were still dense and snow still clung to the tree's branches and to the ground under his paws. Taking a deep breath that caused the air in front of him to fog up as he released it he spoke in the same tone that he had before. "Have I done something wrong, Alpha?"

Nala said "Come closer." She looked at him waiting. She took a quick glance around to make sure no one followed them. With a swipe of her tail she pointed to the spot next to her. She waited for him to sit down.

Shaker's mind was now moving a mile a minute. What did the alpha want from him? He was scared now. Nala had never noticed him before, and he wasn't really noticed by most of the pack, save for the times when he broke up fights. What had he done wrong? He didn't think he had, but perhaps he had spoken to much, or done something without realizing it. His ears pinned back in a fearful way and he attempted to lower himself further towards the snow as he approached Nala, whining softly. When he reached the spot that she had indicated to he kept his head lowered and his posture open, with many spots that were vulnerable exposed in a show of non hostility.

Nala layed her head on Shaker's shoulder. She said "Do you want to know why I started out pack." She kept her head against his shoulder she felt a little bit comfortable with Shaker. She thought about how to tell him how the pack started.

Shaker flinched when Nala laid her head on his shoulder. Seriously, what was going on? He was used to not being noticed and the sudden bought of attention he was getting was continuing to freak him out. When the alpha asked her question he whined again softly. He shook, though it probably wasn't all that noticeable. "If it is something you wish to share with me." He responded trying to make sure he chose his words carefully enough that whatever this was wouldn't end up with him being hurt, because in the moment, that was the most important thing to him.

Nala said "There is no reason to be afriad." She lifted her head and looked at him. She said "Well maybe your not ready yet..." Nala trailed off. She wondered why he was so scared and she figured it was because she was Alpha. She looked at him and then walked back to the pack.

Shaker watched as Nala moved back towards the pack. He truly didn't want to disappoint his Alpha, but he couldn't understand what exactly was going on. It was like there was some big prank being played on him. He had never been in this situation before, and what was he supposed to do with that? What wasn't he ready for? That was another thing. If there was something he needed to know, then he could try to be less afraid, but the sudden shift of attention towards him was just to much to soon. He was the Omega, the one frustrations were taken out on and the peacemaker of the pack.

Nala reached the pack. She laid down, she had really hoped he was not going to be arfaid of her. She thought I guess it was just because she was Alpha but she really just wanted to sleep. She laid her head down and closed her eyes.
