Ayesha holds Kaiden's gaze, her blue gaze dark and clear. She hoped that it would never come down to that moment. But she didn't want any chance of her hurting anyone if it did happen. She had seen the souless Dark Elves in action. She sighs slightly, gently squeezing Kaiden's hands. "Thank you." She murmurs, quietly. Before her eyes close briefly, opening as Kaiden releases her hands. Hearing a snarl, the Dark Elf's head turns to find the source. The moment the wolf landed on the bed, Ayesha's hellhound shadow leapt through the wall landing on the floor of the room. Coiled to leap. Only for Kaiden to inform the former Princess that the wolf on the bed was the one Kaiden was talking about.
"Irgurc! Down!"
There was a reluctant growl, and the hellhound stayed coiled. But finally the hellhound stands down. Retreating into a corner, and laying down. His black coat blending in to whatever shadows were left. Though his blood red eyes gleamed from the corner. Ayesha wasn't worryed about anyone seeing Irgurc, because most all realms knew of the other realms and their creatures. Besides Irgurc easily could turn into a shadow and blend in. Ayesha turns her blue eyes back on the wolf, tipping her head. "So this is the wolf who inhabited your dreams?" She muses. Before snapping to attention, her body going rigid and stiff. Ayesha's gaze flashing to the window and fixing on the horizion.
"Impossible."
She breathes out, as Irgurc leaps to his paws, stiffening as well. Though this time the hellhound's target wasn't the wolf, his red eyes were to fixed on the horizon. "Irgurc. Investigate. Please, see if our senses are correct." The large hellhound slipped away into the shadows, and as Ayesha waits. It feels like forever, but in truth it was only about a minute before the large hellhound returned. His gaze fixed on Ayesha and Ayesha only. Causing the former princess to take a sharp breath.

Ashen frowns slightly, getting slightly concerned by the way she's acting. What's wrong now? Can this drama ever come to an end? He drums his hands on his legs, taking in deep breathes before saying, "More trouble?" He was getting tired, no, annoyed of all this drama coming their way. A reason why he didn't want to tell her where he's going, a burden that only he would face alone, but now she's getting dragged into this. Ash rakes his fingers through his hair, closing his eyes while trying to come up with a plan. "We need to leave and quickly." He stands up from the bed, grabbed everything he brought with him, and left the room to get their horses. Edited at November 23, 2021 09:05 PM by Plague Doctor

"Yes, yes. We need to leave right now." Rondru was telling now lie about the coming of the Light Elves. In fact, by now the prescene had turned into an actual scene. Rondru and his hunters appeared first on the horizon. Then came the army of Light Elves. Now, there weren't a whole lot, but it was still a decent size army. Bigger then Rondru's pack. Ayesha sighs,"I'm sorry Kaiden, I...I should have stayed away. You have enough problems of your own." Ayesha hurries over to her saddlebags, picking them up. "Irgurc will go with you, while I lead them away. Give you a headstart." A grim look settles on Ayesha's face,"If I don't make it back...Then just keep looking for the artifacts. And maybe at least one of us get our happy endings." Ayesha follows Kaiden to the door,"We'll make a dash for the horses, and then bolt. We'll split and then if I escape them and survive, I'll come back and meet with you." Edited at November 30, 2021 06:27 PM by Dagger Pack

Kaiden frowns, not liking her dumb idea one bit. "No, it's rude of me for expressing such emotions." Shaking his head, grabbing her wrist and firmly locks his eyes with hers. "Listen, we're not separating from each other. No matter what." Giving her a strained smile, not an expert when it comes to smiling. "You told me about the artifacts. It won't be right if I'm the one to get my happy ending." It is clear as day that he won't agree to her leaving just like that. "I'll find a way to distract them. Just go straight to the horses." He tugs her to the horses, letting out a soft whistle to alert the two mounts. "You ride off first. I'll follow in behind." He mounts his horse, allowing her to take the lead since she can sense the elves' location.

Ayesha raises an eyebrow, but nods, they had no time to argue. Ayesha takes off, the two horses were running toward them. Midnight slows down and Ayesha manages to get the saddle bags up on the stallion's back. Ayesha pulls out a small sphere, rolling it in her hand before throwing it as hard as she could toward the elves. The ball moves at incredible speeds, thankfully exploding out of the village range. The sphere explodes with a loud bang, however instead of damanging anything or being a bright light. It erected a massive wall of blackness. Ayesha vaults up on Midnight, taking the lead away from the army. Yelling out to Kaiden,"That wall will not hold forever, but it will give us a head start. Rondru and his pack may be able to get through, but let's not stick around to find out." Igurc lets out a bark as he bounds alongside Ayesha, and the elf simply urges her steed on quicker.

Kaiden nods his head, clicking his tongue, and lets his horse have full control. He tries to come up with a plan. Some way to make sure they'll have a safe escape. He thins his lips, only for his angelic counterpart to come into his mind, "Use Hell-Fire. Light elves don't enjoy anything involving darkness." That's up to his demon counterpart to decide, and his demon counterpart was oddly quiet. Without a response, the black fire appears behind them in a blink of an eye. Creating a wall of flames behind them, and Kaiden gasps in surprise. "Really!?! You're going to summon the damn fire without warning?!?" He snaps yet gains no response from his demon side. He groans, riding in behind Ayesha. His horse was startled, and so was he. Understanding how his mount feels. "Sorry boy, I was scared too." Patting his horse's neck, an apologetic smile appeared on his face. He sighs. Now they have to find someplace to camp and hide. Riding beside Ayesha, sideglancing the dark elf in disguise. "Have any ideas as to where we can hideaway?" Again, the wall of corrupted flames appears behind them, and he jumps a bit. "Quit doing that!" Shouting to himself, which makes him appear weird.

Midnight and Irgurc both jump in surprise as a different wall erects behind them. A wall of fire, Ayesha barely looks over her shoulder as her steed throws his head and speeding up. Ayesha glances at Kaiden,"Yes. We just have to keep moving a bit. Don't use any magic, stay as human as possible. They can't track us unless we use our magic. There is another village nearby, not the best place. But we can lay low there for a little." Ayesha glances around,"I could set off a side trail, but, I rather not unless it is absolutely necessary."
