Solace sighed with a bemused shake of her head. Sometimes Sky really did act like a puppy. "If it'll keep you from barking in the middle of the night, sure." She responded. After all, it was just a frog. In her opinion, the benefits should (Hopefully!) outweigh the negatives.

Just then, Solace heard the shout from an unfamiliar bark. The large she-dog stood up right away, approaching the unfamiliar German Shepard. She was on the defensive, watching to see if this newcommer would be a threat to her pack. Her tail was straight up as a sign of her dominance as she neared.

"I'm the Alpha Female of this pack." Solace stated towards the other dog. "Why are you in my pack's camp?" She questioned.

Before he could say anything of note Solace had walked over breaking the awkward tension he felt. "Hey Solace, yeah you have a good point i was just about to head off to bed though i wonder if its worth looking around here for anything properly edible...i suppose it can wait until the morning." Momentairly lapping at his dirty chest while speaking. He then trotted over to Kai's intrestingly put together fort sniffing at edge of a metal sheet. Slowly he made his way inside and layed down with his head evenly tucked between his paws with a small yawn escaping his maw.

His pelt stiffened from the cold during the night with the ocasional shiver. Rye's ears twitched at every little sound until he could no longer bear the squaks of frog banter hoisting himself up with a jolt of irritation. "Dont eat that its probably poisonous!" he shouted over to sky. Though another ear twitch let him know something else was coming, with one sniff he picked up that familar scent...Valentina and she didn't seem far off either matter of fact headed straight towards them. Bristling he took a defensive stand next to Solace "Ive seen her before...Valentina, thats the dog Kai seems to have gotten too friendly with..sharing his food with and running off to while everyone is asleep." he ominously whispered to Solace.* His gaze steadily fixed on Valentina with the ocassional glance to the other pack dogs. He bellowed a low growl twords her.(Valentina)

She heard the scamper of paws coming her way, the alpha female she presumed. "Chill I'm not here to fight I just want to know why your here?" She eyed the dogs and the male on the right, she assumed that was the apha male (Obviously Rye isn't). "Your the alphas I presume." Valentina yawned with her teeth showing telling them that she was comftable, but ready to fight if needed.

She grinned, she wound them up a bit it wasn't her intention... Yet anyway. She sniffed the air ooh bacon she said to herself, this better be quick she was hungry. Her tail still hurt like hell but she couldn't help it, she thought it was... well anything. She paced a bit, the anger from before had subsided a bit but she was quite impatient.

I open my eyes. How long had I been asleep? It's dawn, I noted. I turned to look for Solace but she wasn't next to me. Where did my mate go? I wonder, standing up and stretching. The first thing I noticed when I look around camp is what Kai had made. He had dragged the metal...things and propped them against the wall, and they were like a cave. I was impressed. I wasn't even sure if I could do that on my own, and this kid has done it. I should praise him later. The second thing I noticed was Rye and Solace talking to some... stranger? I walked over to investigate.

"Good morning everyone" I smile at my mate and beta. I turn my gaze to the loner "and you are? My name is Sun Chaser, Alpha Male." I introduced myself her. "Surely you have no business on our territory. We don't want any trouble." I say. I look over to Solace and smile.

" Ooo New dog are you friend or enmmy- " Sky slightly growled when she said enmmy.She look to her big brother Kai whom kept his head down not wanting any issues sky tried put two and two toggether but her mind drew a blank " why is Kai keeping his head down is he in trouble? " Sky turned to face Rye " you were with him last do you know what going on he seem off " saw Valentina's teeth and backed down and hid behind solacenot wanting to get hurt

Ebony eyed the newcomer suspiciously and wondered what she wanted. She didn't look particularly threatening... but she came in and asked to speak directly to the alphas. Did she want her land back? If Ebony was being honest with herself, she'd be glad to be rid of the stinking garbage dump. But it was their home now, and she knew that the alphas would defend it if it came to it.

She turned to the actual alpha male, "Valentina, I don't want trouble but what are you doing here? I haven't seen you around here." She saw another smaller and weaker dog, haha a puppy she said to herself. Obviously she wasn't but she wasn't grown up enough, "I see you've got some newbies around, so how many dogs do you have? Any pups?" She asked inquiringly. She still had her guard up so she kept track of any movement anydog made.

That doesn't really answer his question, Ebony thought. "Are you trying to help us, or are you just being nosy?" Ebony said. If the new dog did want to help, Ebony didn't know how she would.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Valentina. We moved in recently" I said, answering her question. There's no point making enemies. We might as well be a little friendly towards her. "no, we don't have any pups" I decide not to tell her how many dogs we have... just incase. I look at sky, she was terrified. I hear ebony ask a question. "Are you trying to help us, or are you just being nosy?" The same questions were lingering in my mind. What was her motive? Is she just being friendly? What does she want with us? Should we be worried?

I wake up suddenly, it was dawn. The human box i had been sleeping on was now soaked and squished. Ugh yuck. The rain water had left my entire territory damp, and wet from the rain. I growled to myself as I shook my wet fur. Rain makes all the leftover food in bins go all soggy. I stretch and then head of the little space behing the shop where i sleep. I walk over to the human race tracks. A few zoomed by on their large animals, they were very loud. I looked to the left, trying to spot if Valentina was awake. I hear distant barking and wondered what it was. I walked over to investigate. I peeked around the corer of a building, trying to walk quietly in the wet puddles. I was taken aback when i was way more dogs than i anticipated. A new pack moved in? How strange... They live... in the garbage dump? Weirdos.

I feel my stomach grumble, and i trun around to go find food. The shop humans usually left scraps of food for her in the night when they lock up, but I don't need to depend on them. I spot a squirrel picking up something on the street. food. I get ready to pounce, quietly approaching it. A large human and they're animal roared past, scaring the squirrel up a builing. I growled. Stupid humans. I went back to my territory. No breakfast for me today. I grumble to myself. I suddenly remember seeing Valentina in the crowd of newcommers. Valentina!? What was SHE doing there???

"I guess what I'm trying to say is, stay on your territory as small as it may be but don't cross mine and we will all be good." "But if you ever need any advice I'm happy to help with a payment of food." She walked of with her tail high in the air and back to her territory. She was tired again, she wasn't old but her experience was far beyond her age. She saw another dogs tail disappear behind a building, Nyx! She immediately recognised it.

She ran after her and caught up to her going into her territory, she looked empty pawed. She ran back to her territory and quickly picked up a small piece of chicken and ran back to Nyx. "Nyx!" She found her and dropped the chicken from her sharp teeth. "No success I see?"
