Due to some things I can't really distance myself from him right now but I may honestly just ask him how his girlfriend is at some point and just ask about her, I feel like it could go 50/50 but I can't really distance myself from him (not saying I'm forcing myself against my will to talk to him) and honestly if he thinks I'm trying to hit on him then I can just say I like someone or something

Honestly it's been interesting to see, I quite literally could make a list of his weird behavior and actions since we split

technically in real life some animals can have multiple pelt changing defects

my neighbor used to have a cat that was Chimera and Viti which was very cool

but in this game its just a bug that makes it look like two pelt changing defects

I've seen a few wolves recently that have more than one pelt changing defect

Burning Flame | M: Arlin, Ghost Lily(ind)
Flame sighed as she sensed Arlin and her daughter arrive before Arlin came in, giving her a kiss. "Nice catch. We get to eat and lure wild animals to our home. Hmm, I always wanted a pet, so thanks for that." Arlin said, teasingly as he wrapped his arms around her. She leaned against him, placing her head on his chest, "Is she sleeping then?" A coo from the room told her otherwise. "I already know, you want me to make dinner." Arlin said, pulling away and Flame chuckled.

She was about to follow him out to help when slight crying from the nursery sent her scurrying to the room. Picking up Ghost Lily, she rocked her in her arms gently. Her daughter quieted down before looking up at her with her beautiful sapphire eyes. Flame looked back at her with a gentle smile before going over to sit on the couch. Lily. A beautiful name, and part of her adopted sisters name. Amber. . .how Flame missed her. Flame sighed, calming herself down to not rile up her daughter. The wound was still fresh of the loss of her best friend, but just looking at her daughter made Flame feel a bit better. She rocked Ghost Lily for a bit longer before setting her back in her crib, the girl finally asleep.

Finley Neil Blake | Male | 26 | Ambi/Single | Apres-Gay/Demi-Gay | Nevada | Mentions; Shadow(Ind/Dir), Open.

A pleasure to meet you as well, Finley. I mean you no harm.

--

Finley’s eyes narrowed, wasn’t that a bit suspicious to say to someone you just met? He still dipped his head respectfully in return though, he wasn’t a mannerless buffoon, after all.

--

Finley watched as the man tapped his cane and then tilted his head so that their eyes met. Finley didn’t mind too much whether they kept eye contact or not, though by politeness and a deep rooted education, he kept it. Looking away was something people took as a sign of lying, and if you were lying- You never wanted to do anything that could give you away.

--

The mans next words caught Finley off guard though. “How long have you been alone Finley? The silence can get to you sometimes.

--

For a second, the glazed over emerald eyes seemed so gray that Finley had to look away, his left hand going behind his back and to his right wrist, pulling the bracelet away from his wrist and then snapping it back. He didn’t feel the pain that he should’ve felt from it, but that didn’t matter to him. That didn’t matter to him because it reminded him of the icy color, it’s shade. And the gray left after a few seconds, and the leftover sting was felt.

--

Now that that had been dealt with, he processed what Shadow had said. The first thing Finley thought of was his mother, from before all of what had happened. When she had sent him to his room for three days. Silence had been the loudest thing those three days, even louder than the silence at Ibex. Because at Ibex, the silence was expected and understood. Those three days hadn’t been either of those things.

--

The next thought to enter his mind was a question of what the other mutant meant by the question. Was it a literal question, emotional question, mental question, or even spiritual question? He decided to answer it in a way that would most likely work for any of those.

--

I’ve been alone for years, Shadow. Trust me, I know how silence can be and it is no threat. Anyone who fears silence isn’t truly afraid of the silence itself, but what comes after it.” This time, he didn’t try to hide the hollowness behind the smile, it was obvious enough by the glazed eye that the man was most likely blind. And so, his face had gone completely blank, void of all emotion, just like his own eyes and voice.

Shadow Chaise | M: Finley
Shadow tilted his head as he heard the quiet snap of the bracelet. He must have hit something, a nerve or whatnot. Finley's answer came a moment later, "I’ve been alone for years, Shadow. Trust me, I know how silence can be and it is no threat. Anyone who fears silence isn’t truly afraid of the silence itself, but what comes after it." There was definitely hollowness in his voice now, his emotions getting bottled up inside of him.

Shadow blinked his eye slowly before looking back at Finley, "Silence is a gift for anyone who listens." He tilted his head once before turning back towards the busy street. Moving his head to the side so that his eye was back on Finley, he said, "Walk with me. Let's get away from the crowds. They drive me insane sometimes." He chuckled slightly tilting his head as a group of teenagers walked past babbling about school and where they wanted to go for the movies. Shadow was still trying to get used to the city life but probably would never be able to. He had no idea how Lev managed to do it.

Night | M: Kage, Eclipse
Night made it into the kitchen to find Kage and Eclipse waiting there. Eclipse was healing a scratch on Kage's hand, no doubt from the room she had been working on. "Finally done with that roof? Took you long enough. Next time try to actually be fast." Kage teased him and he chuckled, "Maybe I will be once I get the hang of it. I don't know how everyone else does it so easily." He pulled her into a kiss before saying, "Alright who's hungry? What would you like me to whip up today?" He himself was hungry after that work and would gladly make anything at the moment. He ruffled Eclipse's hair, "How you doing little man?" Night moved to the counter, waiting for both of their answers as he pulled plates out.

He loved the home that they had made here, his family all here. He also knew that now that they had a safe place, Kage wanted to go after Angel. Jac had died a few years ago and Night knew she was still hurting. With Leonas dead as well, it made both Kage and Lev the rightful guardians of Angel while Sylvester went with Dread. Night had no idea where Lev was at the moment but from experience, knew that nothing could stop Kage once she set her mind on something.

Blade I I Mentions: Open

Blade grinned, a chaming smile appearing on his face. He was walking along the street, but something had sparked some excitement in his cold heart. He ran his hand through his hair, ruffing it up and pushing it over his eyes. His eyebrows were pulled up and he gently bit his lip, eyes shining with his nerves. He needed to look innocent, adorable really. He stuffed his hands in his pockets, making sure he looked down at the ground, then up and around. He didn't like to use his powers if he didn't have to.

He was about to follow through with his plan, gently bump into the woman by accident, then babble an apology and have her feel some sort of protectiveness over him, which was exactly how he pictured it in his mind. But right when he was about to do that, he saw it. IBEX, The words were ingrained in his mind and made him angry, feel types of emotions that made him want to tear his heart out. He suddenly snapped, the woman he had wanted to persuade now becoming the object that he took his anger out on. He suddenly grabbed the woman's head with one hand and shoved her with all his might. The woman cried out, but was caught off gaurd and off balance. She was thrown sideways and her head slammed into the brick wall next to her, Blade watching with a smile as she was immidiately knocked out and fell to the ground. He kicked the woman as he walked away, sickening bloodlust playing in his eyes. He wanted to murder her, but she was out in the open and he'd get in trouble. Besides, it was just a moment of weakness. He'd follow through his plan next time. Not act out. He'd just kill anyone who was from Ibex.

Finley Neil Blake | Male | 26 | Ambi/Single | Apres-Gay/Demi-Gay | Nevada | Mentions; Shadow(Ind/Dir), Open.

Silence is a gift for anyone who listens.” Finley supposed that was true, depending on the person and what was left unsaid within the silence. Shadow seemed like an educated fellow at least, so even the past Finley wouldn’t have had any reason to… Oh well, it’s not important. There was no getting back the past one anyways. Perhaps Finley could… What color was the color of..?

--

Finley shook his head softly away from the thoughts, change was pointless. He had the icy blue, even within gray, and that would always be enough. He didn’t need anything else. He watched as Shadow turned before moving his head back to look at him, speaking with ease. “Walk with me. Let's get away from the crowds. They drive me insane sometimes.

--

At a statement like that Finley would’ve chuckled in the past before agreeing, now… He simply nodded and set upon following Shadow. Deciding to continue the small talk, Finley spoke. Most had been unsettled by his hollowness in the past, but if Shadow had been completely unbothered by it… Finley’s voice remained just as empty as before, it was almost a relief to be able to not have to change his voice to hide the hollowness. If he actually could feel that relief enough for it to be counted as an emotion in the first place, it was more like a second hand emotion, like he wasn’t the one feeling it. “What was the question about being alone about? If you don’t mind me asking.

Litch

Mentions: Open

Death was a lonely experience, being undead even lonelier. The constant stench of decay coming off of you no matter the number of showers you take. His hunger can't be satisfied by eating human food any longer, so now he has to do the most horrible thing imagined. Harvest the souls of the freshly dead, either by killing them or latch onto one to slowly drain them of their life. Both options are brutal, yet he can't find any emotions to feel pity for his victims. He's doing it based on his lich instincts, and he doesn't feel guilty over it. Hell, he can't feel guilty. He can't find remorse. Putting it this way makes him sound like an asshole; however, it's the curse side of being what he is. His body was shaking, craving the taste of souls, and he could feel the claws of his Lich side digging into his remaining humanity. He keeps forgetting that part: his humanity, the little white flame thriving inside him.

He has to hunt souls to satisfy his lich's hunger, or else it'll aim for his humanity. Dying and coming back alive isn't a fun experience, let alone when he can suddenly sprout out a person's or animal's body. That would be dangerous for him, especially being in the city. Such a greedy bastard that part of him is. He can't have a moment's rest-his humanity is being devoured. "Stop it," his tone firm, but he doesn't sound angry, "I'm hunting, and you're distracting me." He doesn't feel pain, luckily. Or unluckily. "Feed me, Litch. I'm hungry." The dark voice echoes in his head, with Litch pinching the bridge of his nose, "I'm trying, you pest." Keeping his voice low, and he stops when he felt uneasy. His eyes scanning the area, his lich side starts laughing, "Ibex fool. Terrible fool. Lure him. Kill him. Feed me!" Litch sighs, shaking his head before patrolling the alleyway for that Ibex soldier he felt nearby.

"Litch," a masculine voice came into his ears, "I need you to return to our newest Ibex facility." Hearing that word-his lich side grew angry. Chanting words in whatever language he's speaking while screaming at Litch to kill the man. Anger of his lich was driving him insane. He could feel his skin starting to peel off his body, and his eyes fade away. "Now, now. Don't get angry." The man was scared, backing up as lich starts to take over the shared body. "Wait! Don't!" Lich quickly places both hands on the side of the man's face. Using his decaying breath to kill the man.

It was over, but not completely. Litch left that zone of the alleyway, leaving behind a pile of dust. He looks drained, even more, tired than before. "Nice job coming out during the daylight. Have you forgotten that it weakens us both?" He stumbles, smoke rising from his body, and his breathing was hoarsed. Lich wasn't speaking with him, which is good since he finds its voice annoying. Litch scans the alleyway for any places to hide. Spotting an empty hotel building, Litch breaks a window and climbs inside quickly. The shadows were healing him, his strength slowly returning to him. He stares at the arm that he used to smash the window. The tear slowly repairing itself, his arm not even bleeding. He starts exploring the building, scanning each room and area for anyone else.

Spotting a decent room filled with lots of books, he finds it oddly suspicious at first. Further investigation leads that the books were left behind by someone. The dust in this room was thick-no one has been in here for ages. A relief, a break from people, and his hideout. Sitting down on the bed, he grabs one of the books. In silence, he starts reading. The state of Nevada hasn't been a lovely place on his part, and he would prefer going someplace...colder.

Glory || California || Mentions: Dia, Jackson, Aztec

"We need to run." Jackson's words ringed in her brain, her head throbbing. She gritted her teeth, holding herself upright. The peircing ringing had gone away, but the vest did not. They couldn't run, no, too much attention and it would lead whoever placed that vest there right to them. They needed to act normal.. as possible, and just walk away. She was taken by surprise when Dia hugged her, and she smiled weakly, patting her back, "Its ok sweety, I'm alright." Glory kissed the top of Dia's head, calming herself down, easing out her breathing. She glanced over to Aztec who was hiding behind his fathers legs, and was looking at Glory with pure horror in his eyes. "Its ok Aztec.. it'll be ok." Aztec nodded, not daring to move away from his father, much to scared to.

Glory winced, and pushed Dia back gently, and began to stand up, recovering her balance. "We just need to get out of here," she mumbled, and nearly fell back and grimaced. It wasn't the fall that was knocking her around, it was that sound.. that sound was a beacon, or something. Or an alarm- evreryone besides them were not affected by it, so it was an obvious claim that it was meant to be heard by the remaining experiments. But why?

Glory stood up, regaining her balance, and looked around. She rolled her neck, and her shoulders, popping a few joins here and there.

Dakota || Nevada || Mentions: Open

Dakota was on her way to the grocery store, still shooken as to what she saw in the road. She hoped Nyx recieved her text, and was hoping they stayed inside. They were probably ok, she had Levushkae for gods sakes.. and a lion. She was going to be ok. Nothing to worry about.

Dakota drove to the market, pulling into the parking lot, shifting the gears into park, turning off the ignition. She grabbed her small wallet, tucking it into her back pocket. Currently, she was wearing a grey, soft short-sleeved shirt with the words "L o v e" arched on the chest of the shirt. Her jeans were bran-new, a lovely blue, with dark edges near the lower part of her legs. "Ok. Food, food~" she stepped out of the car, taking the keys with her, tucking them into her side pocket. She glanced around, and sighed. The parking lot was comepletely empty, so there was nobody around, she shrugged and headed for the store. "Totally not suspicious," she mumbled halfway across the parking lot.

Malaki:
Mentions: Jorah, Cybele
Malaki blankly stared at the bottles that lined up along the back wall as he waited to be served. Ibex had made a comeback, and paranoia was rushing through his head, causing him to not think straight as he continued to digest the sudden revelation. So... Ibex is back... but it's been years since I was locked up. There's no way they would be able to recognize me now. Malaki stroked his short beard to help him think. And in any case, they wouldn't want to go for me... right? Why mess with something that wasn't very good to begin with? His mind cast back to the zombie looking fellow in the flower shop. If he's an experiment, then Ibex has somehow outwitted death, so surely they would be more focused on new projects rather than an old runaway like me. Malaki cast his mind back to the experiments, figuring he spent more time under aniscetics and under testing rather than being in his cell. I can still hear the frustration in their voices due to the lack of progress they were making with me compared to the other experiments. Malaki leaned back in his barstool, then looked up at the ceiling before looking back down and noticing the bartender eyeing him. "Anomaly? I've seen you here countless times without stepping up to this bar and yet now here you are. Penny for your thoughts? She asked him, cleaing a glass as she spoke. "It would take hours to talk about what's running through my mind, but I'll keep it short. Ever ran into an ex out on the street?" Malaki knew that he couldn't outright say what was going on, so he tried to make a story that the bartender could relate to, but she shook her head. "I'm going to stop you there. It sounds like you got some skeletons in your closet that's coming out now. Either you're going to have to face them yourself, or otherwise you'll have to shove them back in that closet and hope that they don't come out again, and unfortunately, it doesn't sound like anything I offer can help you with that." Malaki slowly nodded and sighed, rubbing his head. "I know, but I don't know what to do. I don't exactly have anyone to turn to that could help me with this situation." She raised an eyebrow and put the glass she was cleaning down. "Well it sounds like you need to find some folks who can help you, instead of being here, moping to a bartender about your problems." She said rather, her tone stiff but caring. "Maybe you're right..." Malaki stood up and slapped down a dollar bill on the counter. "Thanks." Malaki quickly left the building, knowing exactly where he could look for some help: Cybele's flower shop.

Litch | Nevada |

Mentions: Open

Litch felt his body wearing down, a wave of exhaustion washing over him. He doesn't get tired-sleep isn't normal for him. Something is wrong with him, and he's going to need help with it. What could help him? Medicine? That's close to making him laugh. He stood up from the bed, feeling extra wobbly. He never went through this, even during lich acting greedy. Why did he come here in the first place? He isn't sure as to why he's here. Blindly, he followed his supposed instincts. Is it his inclination or lich's? Closing the book, Litch stood up from the bed. Dropping the book down on the bed, and he shoves his hands into his pockets.

He pulls out $7.50 from his pockets, staring at it for a few minutes before shoving the cash back into his pockets. "That's barely anything." Litch stares at his worn-down clothing: a dark brown leather trench coat, torn white t-shirt, and dirty blue jeans. On his feet were tan cowboy boots with old mud staining the bottom of his boots. He smelt and looked homeless, which he is, at this moment. Food isn't something he needs, a positive side to his money situation. He felt dizzy, making him gaze down to his hands. This body is decaying fast, a sign for him to get another. His soul needs a new bodily host. Using the decaying power rots the user. Starting from the inside and slowly working its way out.

If he dies, this body crumbles into ashes. A built-in instinct a lich has to remove any traces of one's self. He could feel the skin on his jawline peel away, sighing. "I have to die again. Great." The outburst lich did back there was a big downfall: mentally and physically. How is he suppose to tame something that can use emotions against him? It was overwhelming. Litch left the hotel room, wrapping the trench coat tighter around his body. He puts on a hospital mask and sunglasses, wanting to hide his face. He doesn't want to scare people. Litch doesn't care about their feelings but the danger they bring. A single call can alert Ibex of his location.

He left the hotel, wandering the alleyways and hiding his face by looking down. The only time he walks on the sidewalk is to cross to the next alley area. His body was crumbling faster, and the sun wasn't helping the process. Litch collapses onto the ground, his breath getting raspy. Can a random ass person come walking by so his soul can latch onto them? He doesn't want to be stuck sitting here in this weakened state.

Levushka | Nevada |

Mentions: Nyx and Litch
Levushka crosses his legs, an arm around Nyx's shoulders as they cuddled on the couch. The archangel opens his eyes hearing Nyx's phone. "Go get it, Kiril." He orders his familiar, the lion standing up with a gruff before sauntering off in the direction of the vibration. Kiril brings the phone to Levushka, the archangel unlocking the phone. Seeing Dakota's text, Lev grew concerned. "Dakota needs help, but stay inside with Kiril." He leans forward, kissing her on the lips, "I'll be back." Standing up from the couch, leaving the home quickly to find Dakota. The walk was quite long, but he got there in time. Spotting the other twin, he rushes over and places a hand on her shoulder, "Dakota. It's me, Levushka. No need to panic. Act natural." He whispers to her, staring around the area, and escorts Dakota inside. "Nyx is with Kiril. She'll be fine." Trying to calm the woman down and keep an eye on both twins.
