Kodiak | M | Warrior " Good morning Tarill. I slept well how about you?" Kodiak was unsure how to act around her. He did not know if he had to act like a soldier or just a normal wolf. He respected her and did not want to mess up in front of her and the other wolves. " I will just leave for a second to check on the other wolves." He left them to go stand around and think about the patrol and which wolves would attend. He looked at each wolf in turn and could not stop thinking that someone was watching him.

Sasha | F | Beta - Sasha shivered as yet another gust of wind iced her spine. "Um yes," she said quickly to Kodiak. "go with them. They need protection, you're right. I don't want to lose anyone. Not today." She carefuly got up and spoted Tarill sitting infront of her den. "Good morning Tarill. I hope you slept well?" Sasha sat down beside the alpha, bristling with cold. "I think we should try and block wind from the dens. I woke up freezing this morning". Quietly sitting beside the alpha, she watched the wolves carrying out their orders. Today was like any other.

Wendigo|M|Hunter Wendigo gets up to face tarill and bow his head in respect(he does this because he used to do it in the old clan to show his respect) "Hello Tarill good morning! . I also hope you slept well" he lifts his head up and looks around to see if anyone new is up he sits across from Tarill and Sasha but a little but away "it sure is windy today like most days thought". Wendigo starts cleaning his paws again thinking about food and adventure, a little dust goes up his nose while he breaths in and he sneezes,he lays his head on his paws and waits for more to awake, or he is spoken too.

Taríll | F | Alphas Mate | Mentions: Kodiak (dir), Sasha(dir), open! - The female wolf nodded to the male wolf, Kodiak when he said he was going to check up on the other wolves. She turned her attention back to Sasha. "To be completely honest? I didn't sleep that well last night, of course there is the thing about !E having my pups soon but, it was also something else. Something...off. I don't know.". " That would be helpful, I think the other wolves would appreciate that very much, thank you." Sasha was wonderful at her job, always putting the pack in front of herself. Taríll respected her greatly for that. Another gust of wind blew into her from the side and the female shivered, "Well, if you have got this under control I might just go back to my den. I could wake up Hades if needed.". Her nose lifted when she smelled another wolf, " Good morning to you as well Wendigo. I slept fine...not the best, but it was okay. Thanks for asking!" Taríll's tail thumped on the ground slightly. Sasha | F | Beta - She dipped her head respectfuly at the alpha as she padded away, yet remained seated. She'd wait for more wolves to wake up before patching up the dens. Sleep was bad enough without wolves working around you. Sasha glanced back at her own den. Hondo was still asleep. She snorted. How predictable. He was still out on patrol when she had gone to bed. And he probably would still be sleeping until sunhigh. Chuckling, she waited for a few more to rise before starting construction.

Azalea | F | Mentions; Sasha, Tarill, Kodaik, Wendigo, (Indirectly the pups) - "Good morning, Tarill." Azalea greeted as the Alpha's mate came out. She was secretly glad when Sasha said that Kodaik could come with them for their hunting session. It'd be safer that way for all the patrol members. "Prehaps you're right." Azalea nodded in agreement towards Wendigo. "There is much better safety in numbers." She stated. Maybe if patrols where in larger numbers the pack would stop being killed off so easily. She was also worried for the pups that where coming soon and the pups already born, especially with winter so near. It really was a bad time for there to be so many pups even if they'd welcome them all anyways.

Kodiak | M | Warrior - Kodiak watched the wolves a little longer waiting for some of them to wake for the patrol. Kodiak looked at the sky. It seemed to have been colder than previous nights. It seemed to be getting colder and colder each night. Maybe that was just him. He turned around towards Sasha. " Do you need any help?" He just wanted something to do to keep his mind off the cold. Wendigo|M|Hunter "how long do you think until the pup arives Tarill? and we should wait until we have enought to defend the pack as well as enough of us on the partol so we dont die" wendigo digs a tiny hole to desract himself wolves die all the time he thought to himself but this lurker thing..... something feels weird about this place maybe we should move so that the lurker cant find us. he looks around feeling uneasy and feeling watched but doesn't see anything and shrugs it off he looks up at the cloudy sky looks like it might rain soon he thought to himself. Wendigo looks around again still feeling uneasy but not knowing why.

Sasha | F | Beta - Kodiak's question caught her off guard. She had not expected the warrior to volunteer for a task. "Yes, thank you. Do you know how many warriors are still asleep, if any?" We'll bother them last. We can start at the nursery." She motioned with her tail for him to follow, and walked over to a small pine. She broke off a few branches. Sasha trotted to the nursery and started weaving the branches into a single stucture. Needles pricked her paws and snout, and the wind blew them around, but eventually, she had constructed a small wall. Sasha fixed it to the top of the nursery entrance. To see if it worked, she went inside. It was warmer than outside, and very little wind came in. Good. Especially with many pups on the way, this would be good. But it was not done. She ducked back out and patted snow and dirt over the ends of the structure, keeping it from blowing away. Sasha stepped back to view her work. Almost there.

Nukka | F | Elder Nukka woke up completely exhausted. She thought she had slept well but apparently not. She kept having dreams of wolves wandering off into the forest and not coming back. She hopes that does not happen but she is not sure she can do anything about it. Sometimes she wishes she could be a hunter again but she got to old. She yawns and goes back to sleep. She hopes to get at least one more hour of sleep. She slowly drifts to sleep hearing the sounds of the wolves already awake.
