Angel pushed aside her worries and nodded. She felt honored that Flame had chosen her to help with hunting. The fish would surely help feed the pack. Her tail wagged gently. "I'm happy to help Flame." She said happily.

Arctic~Fighter~(Ava, Open)

Arctic opened her eyes. *Where am I?* She thought feeling dazed. Still laying on her side, she glanced around the den. *I must be in the healer's den.* She realized. She tried to get up but couldn't move more than her head. She lay her head back down and saw the foam from earlier. *Was that from me? I didn't know how sick I was.* She thought, realizing she must have caught the foaming mouth disease.

She didn't remember anything from that day, other than the earlier headache. *How did I get here?* She wondered. Someone must have brought her here, but who? She'd have to thank Ava for saving her life, and whoever brought her here. Arctic grew tired of her position and after some struggle managed to shift to laying on her chest.

Arctic lifted her head up and smiled weakly at Ava. "Just my head, thank you Ava." She replied. She didn't try getting up again deciding that she wasn't yet recovered enough. "I can't move my legs that much though." She added.

Angel~Hunter~(Flame,Alligator)

Angel did as told and scouted ahead. She kept her ears forward so she could easily detect any suspicious noises. She regularly put her nose to the ground to sniff for any threats whether it be humans, infected animale, or rouges.

Arctic sighed and nodded. She was relieved that she would recover, but she had the feeling that she'd forgotten something important. *What happened today that I've forgotten?* She wondered. She hoped it wasn't too important, but something told her it was. Whatever it was, it'd have to wait she decided.

Nightbreak~Fighter~(River, Jackie)

Nightbreak remained with the pup during this period of time. At first, he'd finally gotten her content after what she'd seen Luna do. However, she eventually started wanting her mother. "Nightbreak, where's Mom?" River asked. Nightbreak pondered what to say. He didn't know what consition his cousin was in, so he couldn't say much. "She was feeling sick earlier, so she went to the Healer's den." Nightbreak answered. *More like she was dragged there. Well, it isn't far from the truth anyways.* He thought to himself. "She's sick? Is she okay?" River asks frightened. *Oh no, what do I say now? I can't upset her more.)* Nightbreak thought desperately.

"She'll be okay, she just needs to rest right now." Nightbreak replied. River whimpered. "I miss my mom!" She said to Nightbreak. Nightbreak sighs. "I know little one, but I promise she'll be okay. We can check on her later if you'd like." Nightbreak offered. *What am I thinking? I have no idea if Arctic is okay right now. The healer might be skilled, but the foaming mouth disease is very serious!* He thought anxiously. "Really? Yay Nightbreak!" River answers happily nuzzling him.

Nightbreak chuckles. "How about you go play for a bit? It'd be good for you to play with some other pups." He told her. "Okay Nightbreak, I'll be good!" She answered happily. "I know you will River, you're a good pup." He replied as the pup dashed out of the den. Nightbreak sighed and got up. *No use sitting around. I may not have current assignments right now but I can at least take a walk.* He thought to himself. A walk would get his mind off of Arctic.

Nightbreak wandered around camp. When he found nothing of interest to do, he considered heading to Ava's den to check on Arctic. However, he spotted Jackie by herself. *She seems sad, maybe I should check on her.* He thought as he observed her. He might not be the most social member of the pack, but he wasn't the type to leave someone on their own either. "Hey Jackie, how are you?" He asked as he approached her.
