Unsure if the wolf was talking to just Michael or both of them, MoonBeam said, "Hello! I'm MoonBeam! I like your coat!" she said. The she-wolf, Katie had a pretty red coat MoonBeam thought. She liked red coats. It matched the color of tall grass in the evening. MoonBeam felt tired she was going to go to sleep. She heard slight talking. If they were whispering, MoonBeam was going somewhere else. But it may have been the wind. She would get up in the morning.

"Thank you Moonbeam" says Katie. Katie looks at Kayori and Moonbeam. Katie asks "What is that around your neck ". She wanted to know what happened. Though she is sure it's from the humans.

Kayori flinched when Katie asked about what was around MoonBeam and her's necks. "Um well all we know is that it hurts us whenever the humans want them to." she said shivering from the memory of when she first got it put on.

MoonBeam awoke just from the thought of those things. She whined and said, "They hurt a lot and when they press a button, it feels like something is biting you really hard." MoonBeam is angry and sad at the same time. "People don't know how to take care of us. I hope they don't hurt while I'm asleep." MoonBeam then tried to fall asleep again.

Katie says "Oh I'm sorry for asking". Katie looked around and said "are me and Michael the only ones without one". She was genuinely curious about that. Though thinking about Moonbeam being here as a pup made her blood boil.

Michael was also curious about that but he wouldn't have asked it up front. He didn't like humans all that much so he just avoid asking. Michael thinks to himself Sayori is very beautiful though.
