Her ears perked during the meeting, intensively listening to the Alpha. Her thoughts traced back to everything that has happened within the pack. Once the meeting was dismissed, Kia padded over to Night, who was in charge of the patrol. She didn't mind if he didn't take her with him but she still sat near him, making herself an available companion to take with him. Kia flicked her tail, awaiting Night to choose two others. It's been a while since she had gone on a patrol so she wouldn't mind going, as it would make her refreshed.

The male watched as the Alpha dismissed the meeting. His hues drifted slowly over to the male who was in charge of the patrol, Night. Koda lifted his head and observed the pack, finally going on about their patrols. He laid down and wrapped his tail around his side, watching the fellow fighter.

Max’s paws hit the ground with a soft tap tap as he trotted through the grass, his amber eyes focused ahead of him, tail swaying. Shadows dancing on his pelt his tongue rolled out of his mouth as he panted and he stopped in his tracks as the elk herd came to view, crouching low Max tried not to sneeze as the wet grass tickled his nose. And bam! He shot out of the grass snarling only to subtly slow down. Why wasn't the elk running?! He growled in agitation the cows herding the calves and the younger bulls protecting the cows sides and back the lead bull in front he raised his tail higher in aggression his large sharp canines bared as he circled the elk trying to scare them into a stampede he nipped the air close to any skin he could get to panic them only to be kicked in the side by young antlers making him yelp as he hit the side of a tree. shaking his pelt he got up circling the elk a little more cautiously he couldn't afford another hit from a bull or a cow and if he did he wouldn't be able to get back up. taking his step back as a weakness the lead bull charged making Max have to sprint faster then his leg wanted making his side and leg ache in pain, looking behind he saw the bull had stopped his chase slowing down to a walk he could finally baby his hurt right hind leg making him limp inside his small tree den. Curling his tail around himself he lowered his head onto his paws making sure no pressure was on his hind leg and fell fast asleep. Max woke a few hours later to hear sounds of wolfpack excited he got up and stretched out his good hind leg and front legs then yawned, shaking his pelt out he padded out of the den walking for at least 5 minutes to get to his favorite river coming to the bank of the river he lowered his lapping the water up small water droplets dripping from his chin, on the move again he followed the tracks he left yesterday tracking the herd it wasn't until the scent of wolves filled his nose that he realized he was in wolf pack territory but it wasn't just the scent of wolves that got him excited it was the scent of females that made his tail wag. He continued deeper into the territory repeating the steps from yesterday, finding the herd, crouch, and charge. This time they did flee, Max followed them at a trot not wanting to drain his energy until the final sprint, he was also keeping an eye out for the weakest ‘who;s weak now?’ He thought as the lead elk slowed down it was getting harder to find food so it made sense the herbivores would run out of energy faster he chased after him staying away from the reach of its sharp antlers his body went on auto pilot bite, let flee, bite, dodge, ect. it seemed like forever before the bull finally struggled to get back on his legs Max tugged the bulls neck toward the ground impatiens and hunger making him snappy, with one final tug the elk collapsed onto its side leaving Max to bark in victory and now it was time to get the female's attention ‘every female is looking for a mate who can hunt, and i can prove to be strong enough to join!’ raising his head Max let out a deep long howl sharing his location before he sat by his kill waiting.

Luna gave a low growl when she heard a trespasser, far too close for her liking. "Druig! Koda! With me, now!" she watched as Druig walked over to her without heistation. She wasnt about to wait to see if Koda was going to follow before she headed out towards the trespasser. Once the lone male was in sight, she gave a low growl. "Trespassing AND stealing food" she snarled. "What are you doing on MY territory" she asked coldly. She wasnt about to put up with another trepasser.

Before waiting any longer to see who Night would take with him, he heard his name called by the Alpha. Instantly rising to his paws, he ran towards her. He followed her, leading to an unfamiliar male, who was clearly not in the pack. Koda watched as the Alpha spoke to the loner, hackles raised. He was ready to launch at any moment if this wolf tried anything. Koda stayed decently close to the Alpha, growling under his breath towards the stranger.

Night looked up and nodded softly looking toward the others in the pack he seen kia and looking away to find someone else he spoke"Kia you will be coming with me but we do need one other wolf he looked at Fang who he seen still at the camp"Fang can you join us as well"

Hearing her name from the male's mouth, she nodded and padded beside him. She perked her ears as Night had said that her fellow packmate, Grissel, will be joining them. Kia nodded in response and awaited the female. She sat down and flicked her tail as she examined the pack, noticing everyone else was finally setting up patrols.

Inferus watched as Luna stormed out of the camp with two others, Koda and Druig, if he had heard correctly. "She certainly doesn't look happy," he muttered to Gehenna, who gave a short chuckle in response. "She's not too fond of intruders," he said, standing up and shaking out his pelt. He gave Inferus a glance. "Wonder why she let you stay," he mused. Inferus stood up and looked around. "What do we do now?" he asked. Gehenna snorted. "We're going to spend a little more time together," he responded. "We aren't really needed right now, so let's go do something together." Inferus hesitated. Although he had thought that pack life would be pure misery, he found himself wanting to prove himself to the others, and wandering off didn't seem like a good way to do that.

Gehenna began walking away, but Inferus remained where he was. Would the Alpha be upset he and Gehenna were off doing something useless? He didn't know, but he didn't want to risk getting on her bad side. It was safe to assume that she would not hesitate to have him driven off if he gave her any reason to. Gehenna paused and turned around. "You coming?" he asked his brother. Inferus sighed. "Alright," he answered, following Gehenna out of camp. Gehenna led Inferus out a ways, and paused beside a large, moss-covered boulder. A tree had fallen on top of it, creating a canopy of dead branches above them. This one one of Gehenna's favorite spots in the entire territory, and he sat down with his back to the rock.

Inferus sat down beside his brother, and they talked for a long while. During a lull in the conversation, Gehenna tentatively asked, "While you were out there alone, did you- did you see Mother?" Inferus seemed to wither a little, and he gave Gehenna an angry look. "No," he said quietly. "I told you, she's gone." Gehenna pressed further. "But you told me we might be able to find her." Inferus looked down. "That was a long time ago," he murmured, standing up and walking away, leaving Gehenna sitting beside the rock.

Ash sat patiently and whined, he had nothing to do. He was useless already. Sighing he snuck away as Luna, Druig and Koda left, following them. He sat in a nearby bush, nipping at his sore paw. He didn't dare speak or whine.

Rosemarie woke up with a snarl, snapping at the air like she was still hunting. Her eye's shot around and she stood, shaking slightly.. " Sorry Kayleronb, didn't mean to scare you." SHe whined. She watched sadly as Sierra left. So much for hunting again. She looked at Kayleron curiously. " Do you know why this is happening? " She whined.

Artermius smiled at his mate and stood. " Im going out to hunt, they need the help. " He turned and bounded after Sierra. " I'll help. " He said. He sat and watched Arya while he waited.

Sierra looked over as a male spoke to her. She nodded to him. "Thank you, Artermius." She padded out the camp and turned around to check if Artermius followed and walked over to where she smelled to faint scent of deer. "I have an idea." She turned around. "When we find the herd, I'll hide in some bushes and you chase the deer to me, I'll trip one by biting it's leg or something and then you finish it while I pin it down ok?" She continued padding after the scent trail and sighed sadly remembering how her brother used to teach her how to hunt. He's gone, get over with it cry baby. But thinking that made her more upset. A small tear came out and she closed her eye as an excuse to make Artermius think she just poked her eye on something.

Tiris sighed with relief that Rosemarie was ok and looked over to Luna and saw her stomping out of the camp. "I'm glad you are ok Rosemarie." He padded away to go look for the pup from before. He wanted to talk to her and meet her.

Delaney padded through the forest with her belly rumbling in hunger. She had barely been able to catch anything except a scrawny rabbit and a little bird almost as small as a twig. This dumb pack is hunting everything! She let out a small howl to another wolf she heard howling as a response and plopped down in some bushes. She yawned and drifted off into a nap.

Storm looked at Rosemarie jumping a little back when she snapped. "Maybe you should rest for awile." He said to her and turned his gaze to Kaleron. "Will she be ok?" He asked with a small tone of worry in his voice. He looked back over at Rosemarie and stepped a little bit back but I was almost unnoticeable. He scratched his chest fur and nibbled off a small tick, probably the only tick. He looked around hoping no one thought he didn't take good care of his pelt. He sat down flicking his tail around.

The old male had an unamused look on his face more than anything. "You need rest" he replied to the Lead Hunter. His ear twitched a bit before he faced in the direction of another. "Get her to the den" he said as he headed towards the healers den.

Arya watched Artermius before she nodded. "Be safe" she called to him before she saw Sky going to follow Sierra and her mate out of the camp to hunt.
