Ava West|F|22|Hetero|M: Aaron Cardinal (ind), Hazel Jones (ind) Ava pulled up to the Manor on her ATV. "Not the best way to pull up to a party but whatever. It's not like I need something formal to ride." She told herself. She turned the keys and tucked them into her purse, the small bag at her side, much smaller than the main one she uses. She released the handlebar with her left hand and stepped onto the path with her sandals. They were laced around her feet and colored a light blue color very similar to her dress. Her dress fell down to her shins and was colored a light blue. It had speckles of gold, dark blue, and silver at the bottom of the dress, near the top, it was lined in a red, sparkling, stitch. . Ava looked up at the manor, not realizing how big it was at first. Ava stepped forward and threw her braids behind her back. They hadn't been the nicest done but they would do for the night. . Before stepping any farther, Ava turned, walking back to the ATV. The mask was still strung around the handlebar which Ava untied fairly easily. The mask, Navy Blue in color, matched her shoes and dress and was dotted with gray and silver outlines. Around the eyes, it was colored a bright white, very similar to the color of snow. It shimmered in the lighting as she pulled it over her face. . Ava walked up to the doors as her dress swung lightly behind her. She was greeted by a butler kindly welcoming her. She smiled. He showed her to a room, several people were already there. As soon as she got into the room, her attention drew to the food. Two people were already there, helping themselves to the enormous amounts of food to choose from. Ava was drawn to the fruits and meat. She grabbed a plate and immediately grabbed some salami, raspberries, and chocolate-covered strawberries. She was bouncing back and forth between everything. Then, she spotted some crackers. Grabbing a few, she looked at her plate. Dang, am I being greedy? She thought, looking around. Nah, there's tons of food here. She then stood there, trying each bit of her food one at a time. How long has it been since I last bought salami?! This stuff is great! The chocolate-covered strawberries are probably the best though. She thought, looking around. Or......maybe not? There is tons of food here, how am I supposed to choose? She thought, taking another bite of a cracker.

Raelyn | Female | 22 | Bisexual | Mentions: Open Raelyn fumbled with the pearl beads on her bracelet as she sat in the back of the taxi cab. She was nervous. People she had never met would be at this ball, and while that excited her, it also made her want to turn back and go home. She knew it was too late for that now though. She committed to this and was too close to the mansion at this point. Looking out the window she could see the top of the mansion which helped her conclude that she only had a few more moments to herself. The minutes passed in what seemed like seconds and before she knew it, she had arrived. She got out of the cab and patted her dress trying to get rid of any wrinkles. Her dress was a soft green. The top was fitted to her frame with the sleeves off the shoulder and the skirt flowed down from her waist. Her hair had been put up in a messy bun that seemed to be purposely messy with a couple braids thrown in every here and there. Two of her front strands of hair had been pulled out and curled. She had been fairly pleased with her appearance that day and owed a lot of it to her older sister, especially since she lent her the dress. She turned around to grab her clutch, which was similar in color to her dress, and her mask, which was white. She paid the taxi driver and turned towards the mansion. This had been her first real look at the building and she stared at it in awe, finally realizing its magnificence. She takes a few cautious steps first before taking a quicker pace to the door. She walked through the beautiful doors and found the ballroom that, whom she assumed was the others, had been. She wanted to go meet some people but decided it would be best to observe for now. She found an empty table and sat down to try and stay out of the way.

ERIS NARKISSA Female . 23 . Ace M: All in attendance A figure dressed handsomely in a grey pinstripe suit pulled a black leather jacket over their vest and white dress shirt. They wore expensive black Dunhill Link loafers that matched their black tie and motorcycle helmet. They mounted an expensive looking motorbike; a Neiman Marcus Limited Edition Fighter. The bike revved to life andthey were off. As they rode, they glanced to their watch. It was simplistic looking, made of matching black leather and gold. Almost there. Their nails were elegantly painted a matte black, rounded at the tips. Not too long, not too short. Golden jewelry accentuated their soft bronze skin tone. Two solid gold bracelets on one wrist, a lacey golden pinky ring, a solid engraved gold ring was next, following her gaudy thin golden ring with an oval gem of garnet inlaid in the center. Her index finger was next, having a think gold wire ring on it. Her thumb held a thin ring around it as well, holding small patterns in the metals. Her other hand followed with complimenting rings of similar appearances. This time with gems of open and jade decorating her fingers. On this wrist there was a golden chain bracelet with a pair of wings as the only charm. It seemed the only jewelry around their throat was a solid, flat gold necklace that hung quite snug around their throat. Upon their arrival to the mansion they dismounted their bike and removed their helmet. Standing there was a warmly toned woman with smaller features and large dark hazel eyes of browns and greens. She held naturally thick blacl lashes and browns that were sharp. Her hair was fluffy slightly pushed back behind her ears and layered many times. Her ears sported golden studs tonight. She made her way through the grand wooden doors. Her coat was taken by a servant and she quietly thanked them. In the light, her make up was revealed. She wore a darker nude matter lipstick, her eyes holding golden and black eyeshadow with a soft eyeliner following her natural eye shape. She held a soft rose tint to her cheeks and nose, highlight being very subtle on her cheekbones and nose. Trying to seem as though she was listening, she attempted to focus on the perosn leading her to the main room. Yet, the lights and flora completely amazed her. She felt as though she'd stepped into a world of fantasy and magic. She caught herself lost in thought by the time she'd been led to the room filled with delicious treats and snacks. She'd been is such awe at the elegance and distinct differences of the other party goers that she forgot she'd needed to look mature, or in the very least, not gaping like an excited child. She touched her thumb to each of her individual fingertips behind her back, using her free hand to reach for a drink. It smelled strong, but lovely. She sipped it cautiously, finding it to have a hot taste to it. It warmed her mouth like honey, a bitterness oncoming at the very last moment. It has been whiskey. She'd be sure to nurse that the entire night. No sense in forgetting such an interesting night. Finally ending her finger touching, she reached for a snack. A meat based treat. Perhaps a meatball? It was seasoned perfectly. The sauce provided paired quite well. Not quite ketchup, not quite tomato sauce, with a hint of spice. Edited at April 9, 2022 08:18 AM by Reverie

Hazel Jones | F | 21 | Straight | M: Aaron Cardinal, and Stephen Tyrrell Long Hazel had been grabbing the cheese slices straight from the platter and only realized there were plates when she noticed more guests headed towards the food table and grabbing the plates filling them with food. Well now I feel slightly rude Hazel shrugged the feeling off, she couldn't be the only one feeling a little out of place here. Lost in her thoughts Hazel didn't realize someone was talking to her until they mentioned the cheese. The man speaking to her looked like he had gone through a lot to get here, Hazel noted his hair was messy, and his clothes looked a bit wrinkled. It made her wonder how he did end up here, although she knew he was invited. Feeling awkward for replying late she simply said, “Oh yeah the cheese, it's very good.” Hazel was aware that since he was one of the guests she would have to introduce herself sometime, so why not now? “Oh and I'm Hazel by the way.” Hearing someone else remark about the strawberries, Hazel for some reason thought they were talking to her. “Oh I actually haven't tried them yet.” She told the other man who looked At Least 15 years older than her, if not older. It made her wonder how someone much older and more advanced than herself and the rest of the guests that had arrived, had gotten invited. She supposed they all knew the host, or At Least something like that. Honestly Hazel just wanted to figure out what this part was about, it's all so confusing- the fact I got invited to this party, the fact that we all got invited, and not a single one of us know each other. Glancing around again her eyes landed back on the first guest that had spoken to her.

Lynx Carrel | 22 | F /Demi G | Pan | M: Raeyln Lynx wanders around. She wasnt really the most social person, and continued to wonder.. why she was invited. This place wasnt veen close to where she lived; so.. how did they know where she lived? Why were they all here? What was the point? Hey, anything for some fancy dining, right? Maybe she accidentally registered for something online and won. Who knows for sure. . Lynx apparently had chosen.. really exotic wear compared to everyone else so far. Everyone seemed to have more basic Venetian or other style of masquerade masks; while.. she was over here rocking a boldly styled cat Venetian, that was gold, blue, and white in color. White was the base, and gold outlined the majority of the mask, while large dark cyan stripes on the sides pulled everything together nicely. It matched her dress, which was oddly enough done accidentally. Her dress was black in color with blue and gold stripes, with fancier white lace along the hems. . Looking to strike up some conversation, Lynx wanders up to Raelyn, who seemed to be trying to stay out of the way of the increasing crowd. . "Hello," She smiles. "So.. do you perhaps know why.. this was set up? I know it's sort of a random question, but, it's just sort of confusing." Ah, yes. That obvious note to her voice that wasnt entirely feminine. She tended to throw around terms that weren't necessarily "lady-like"; hey. That's what happens when you grow up around brothers and not have the greatest mother. It just wears off after a while. "Oh; I suppose I should introduce myself. The names Lynx. You are.?"

Aaron Cardinal | Male | 24 | Heterosexual | M: Hazel Jones, Stephon Long, Hmm, he thought as the woman seemed not to hear him, what if she’s deaf, his mind wandered. An older voice snapped his thoughts and he spun around to look up. The owner of the voice was taller than him by at least three inches. While Aaron was used to being a bit shorter than the average Joe, he didn’t like being this short. Now that he thought about it, he doubted that the stranger was the height of the average Joe. Aaron couldn’t help but feel insecure because by the other man’s large and impressive build. The fellow was a nice warm tan as if he had visited a tanning bed before coming to the manor. “Yeah,” Aaron nodded and purposely kept his response short. He didn’t want to keep a long conversation going on with him. Especially since there was a nice girl next to him. He then heard her respond with an agreement on the cheese and her name. Hazel, that’s a pretty name, he thought and smiled again. He introduced himself with a slight bow. Then she mentioned strawberries. “You can have some of mine.” He offered, holding up his plate. He hoped that she would take his offer. His small, step by step plan of getting friendly with her was so far working quicker than what he could eat. He looked down at his plate again. He hoped that the chicken wasn’t spiced with anything too much. He couldn’t stand spicy foods as they burned the top of his mouth and sometimes he could swear that he saw steam coming out of his nose. He redirected his eyes to Hazel's hazel eyes, wondering and hoping that she'd take the fruit.

Stephen Tyrrell Long | Male | 41 | Pansexual | M: Aaron Cardinal "My name's Stephen Tyrrell Long," he said formally, reaching out his hand to shake the younger man's. "But you can call me Steve." When he heard the girl hadn't tried the strawberries, he turned to her and said, "Definitely try them. They're excellent." He smiled, attempting to look nicer as he was extremely tall compared to them. Observing the room around them, he spotted a beautiful Steinway grand piano in the corner, made of glossy mahogany. "Do you think we're allowed to use it?" he asked, pointing towards the stunning instrument. (FYI, he plays piano I just fricken forgot to put it in the form :) Edited at April 21, 2022 09:19 PM by Royal Pack

Domenic C. Hernandez Male // 21 // Unlabeled // Mentions: Open He glanced out the window in a rather bored manner, one hand lazily steering the vehicle steady. Its counterpart's fingers tapped against his leg in what could only be seen as an improper fidget. The outside trees and atmosphere flashed by in a dark lighting, the sun having set. He turned at a bend and it was rather obvious this is where the invitation had stated to go. The Manor was an elegant building, almost shining to Domenic. The car stumbled into a gentle halt, and he wasted no time getting out of the automobile. He didn't bother checking the invitation one last time; he had already commited it to memory at this point. He made his way towards the towering, wooden doors. A man dressed nicely opened the door for him, ushering Domenic inside. He complied, and the man who had held the door open led the way. He must be some form of a butler. The moved in a nicely set rhythm. One that was neither too fast nor too slow. And then the little walk ended as quickly as it had begun. The room they had arrived in absolutely shown in a gorgeous elegance one couldn't have even described. The man who had ushered him there gave Domenic a single nod before departing. Not that Domenic noticed. He was engrossed in all the food and little delicacies. He didn't bother assessing the other guests. He was far too interested in the foods he could acquire. After some intense glaring and squinting at the numerous options, he had settled on two finger sandwiches. He didn't know what was in them. They were two completely different things. What's the worst that could happen? He tentatively took a bite as he surveyed his surroundings. Who could these people be? he wondered.

Raelyn | Female | 22 | Bisexual | Mentions: Lynx Raelyn turned her head towards the direction of the voice. To her surprise it was a really tall woman, whom she believed to be around a whole foot taller than her. It took her a second to gather her thoughts since she was kinda shy and this person's height was sort of intimidating, but when she finally did she smiled sweetly and said “Not random at all actually! I’m sure many people here are wondering the same. Unfortunately, I’m one of those who are wondering”. Raelyn did think the situation was sort of… odd, but it hadn’t taken long for her to convince herself to go since she didn’t get out often. “Nice to meet you Lynx, I’m Raelyn!” She noticed Lynx’s mask and got excited, “I love your mask by the way! Do you like cats?” She reached into her clutch and grabbed a picture to show to Lynx. On it was Raelyn with a Golden Retriever next to her and a Calico cat over her shoulder. “I have one, she’s my baby. Her name’s Cleo and the Golden next to me is Benji!”
