Hazel Jones | F | 21 | Straight | M: Aaron Cardinal (ind.) Stephen Tyrrell Long (ind.) Hazel rolled her eyes when she saw Aaron seem to have a panic attack. The dude is being a little dramatic isn't he? After all Aaron had offered her the strawberries, and if Hazel was being completely honest with herself he seemed kind of flirty towards her. All signs of the nice Aaron Hazel thought she had met were gone, now he seemed upset at her. And over strawberries no less. How ridiculous! She gave one last eye roll directed to Aaron. After not being quite sure of the time Hazel glanced up at the giant wall clock. It read exactly 10:00 PM. I should get going, I normally don't even stay out this late, let alone with strangers.. Hazel found this ordeal very strange, she was invited to a party full of strangers yet they didn't even quite get the chance to know each other more, and what she found even odder was the fact none of them even got to meet the host yet. She walked towards the main doors, and if Hazel hadn't been so caught up in her thoughts she probably would've heard Stephen yell the doors were locked. When she reached the door she pulled it expecting it to open, yet it didn't. What the heck? It's locked? What! Why? Anxiety started to flood Hazel's mind and she felt her heart pound faster. Deep breaths Hazel deep breaths…. She silently tried to calm herself, not wanting to show how panicked she felt in front of everyone. “Guys.. The doors are locked..” Hazel felt tears threatening to spill, she held them back, after all for all she knew this was a misunderstanding, but then again maybe the whole thing was planned. Stop thinking like that Hazel! She snapped at herself. Making her way back towards the ballroom Hazel wished she hadn't worn a dress after all, as it was uncomfortable and it seemed like they were going to be there awhile, or at least until this misunderstanding was cleared up. Since Hazel was lost in thought, she was unaware of anything the others were saying, and everything seemed a blur. Slowly she went towards a corner and sank down, putting her knees to her chest. “This is a misunderstanding right? We weren't kidnapped?” Hazel asked herself this over and over again, hoping to find the answer. Edited at April 22, 2022 07:49 AM by Firefox

Ava West|22|F|Hetero|M: Hazel Jones, Stephen Tyrrel Long (ind.) . Ava threw her plate in the garbage, fairly close to the tables of food. She heard the clock strike ten and watched as a man walked across the room. He yelled back that the doors were locked. He then made his way to another door, realizing that that one, too, was locked. Ava's smile faded and she wondered what kind of place this was. Locking complete strangers in a room with each other. Ava scoffed. What is this place anyway? Some kind of...amusement house? This doesn't seem like a party anymore. She thought. . Ava then looked toward a girl heading toward the main doors. She must've been dazed or daydreaming for she must not have heard the man say the doors were locked. Ava headed toward the main doors as the girl didn't come back. She noticed the girl in a corner as she walked closer. "Hello?" Ava asked softly. "Are you alright?" She asked, not wanting to startle her anymore than she was. . Before she could answer, Ava thought about her bird and dog, Lemon and Chilli. She had left them with her sister and wondered how long she would be gone. If it was more than a day, her sister would probably start worrying. Ava breathed in shakily, hoping that her sister gave her parrot enough food; half a cup, no more, no less. Ava's thoughts lingered in her mind, making her slightly regret leaving her pets with her sister. . Ava snapped back into reality though, looking back down at the girl. She seemed more scared than anyone else there. Ava shook her head. Some things aren't always what they seem to be. This was one of those things. Ava smiled slightly, trying to seem less frightened to ease the girls' fear.
