Nolen / Male / Hybrid / Headmaster ♦ I walked into the Main Office and turned on the PA. "Attention students! You have been assigned your dorms and dormates. I will not tell you who you got and will leave it a surprise. Please drop off your things and then go to your first class. Your teachers are waiting!" I turned the PA off and sighed. This was certainly going to be an interesting day. Time to see if the students and teachers could get along. Edited at April 26, 2024 09:44 PM by Moonstar

Vincent/Samuel - Male - Hybrid - Teacher ~+~ After speaking to a purple more students, Samuel unfolded his wings and with a couple of beats, lifted off the ground and flew up towards his classroom. He softly landed on the hardwood floor, which creeped under his weight, and slowly let his wings return to their resting position. Bringing one around to his front, he softly rubbed a joint which had become increasingly more achey as the pair grew older. They say wound heal with time, but some injuries never truly healed. ``We really should preen those soon, if you haven't noticed, we've been getting quite a few pin feathers lately, and I know they've been bothering you as much as me.`` "What you decide to do on your own time is up to you, but preening our feathers is none of my concern. After all, this is your body. And to be quite frank, I'd appreciate it if you finally shut your babbling mouth and let me think on my own for two seconds." ``The same could be said about you, Samuel. Now, how about we get along for an hour and finally go introduce ourselves to our students as one entity.`` "That sounds like an absolutely terrible idea, old chap. I think it much better I take the reins on this group." With that Vince pushed himself to the front, beginning their battle for dominance in the doorway. Their body stood frozen for a solid three minutes before they eventually settled on co-inhabiting the plane of conciousness. One of their eyes remained orange while the other shifted to a dazzling blue as they finally stepped foot in their classroom. Tall ceilings, magnificent for renactments of the war and a desk perfectly situated in front of a green chalkboard. Just as they had hoped, although the student's desks could have had a better layout in their opinion. It should be quite an interesting class, especially with the mixed students. Previously they had mostly taught devils with the exception of teaching angel classes for a few years after graduating college. Once they had completed their assessment of the room, they strode over to the desk and took a seat in the plush chair. Samuel would definitely be leaving a few burn marks there. They leaned back and crossed their right leg over the left, waiting for their pupils to enter into, what Samuel would make, their worst nightmare. Vincent could only hope that no one would get turned to ashes and get them fired this year.

Ayaka / Female / Angel / Second Year ♦ I said goodbye to Ethan and walked towards my dorm. Who did I get? One angel and one devil? Or two devils? And would we be able to get along? I sighed and stood in front of our door. Well, here we go. I unlocked it and pushed it open. Inside was a pretty well-sized room. Against the walls were three beds and a desk sat by each one. In one corner was a hanging chair for reading. Another led to the bathroom. A dresser was also by each of our desks and one closet was also on another wall. Two windows stood above the beds with curtains. "Well, this is actually pretty nice," she said aloud. She walked across the room and put her bags onto the bed closest to the reading chair. Then she grabbed her books, binder, and folders. She opened the door, shut it, and locked it. Still no sign of my dormmates. She thought. Then shrugged. "Oh well, I'll have to meet them later," she said aloud. Then she flew to her first class. Edited at April 13, 2024 08:05 AM by Moonstar

Diana/ female/ angel/ second year Diana walked up to the door of her dorm and put her hand gently on the handle. She worried who she had gotten as a dorm mate. She hoped it was someone nice. ♦ When she finally opened the door, she spotted no one in the room. She did see someone's stuff placed neatly next to one of the beds. She was a bit glad there was no one here, she didn't feel like meeting anyone new right now. Diana checked the time. Shoot! I'm late! ♦ She ran out of the classroom and ran to her first class, trying to keep her hood on.

Elena | Female | Devil | Second year - I entered my dorm. Nobody was in there, but I spotted two students bags. Dang. I missed them. I'll see them tonight I guess. I thought, I left my stuff near the last bed available. It was near the window, I was glad. I could gaze at the amazing view. Don't get distracted! I thought, and I quickly left. Oh I was going to be SO late!!! - Luke | Male | Angel | Third year - I was the first to enter my class. I didn't know where to sit, or what to do. I just sat in a seat in the second row. The third year classroom was nice, it had a large open window so lots of light filled the class. The floorboards were newly polished, and the blackboard clean.Luke was surprised to see a black cat sitting on the teachers desk. I glaced at it and just started flipping through the pages of my book, waiting for my classmates and teacher. - Miss Laura | Female | Hybrid | Teacher - I walked towards the first year classroom, as I was teaching them first. I was nervous, I have to admit, but I must be ferm with my students. I entered the classroom, one or two students were already sitting there, and they greeted me when I entered. I smiled. Today was going to be good. I will help make this school a success.

Ash/female/ devil/ first year Ash had placed her belongings in her dorm and had headed to her first class. She glared at any angels she saw. There was no way she could interact with any of them. Hideous creatures. Ash thought. My parents are dead because of them. ♦ Ash set her school supplies neatly on her desk hen she arrived. She had a few pencils and pens, two notebooks, and a few other random pieces of supplies that she thought might be good to bring.

Ethan / Male / Devil / Third Year ♦ Ethan arrived at his first class and sat down. He had already visited his dorm but hadn't met anyone. Now here he was, sitting in a classroom with a few other students. He sighed and glanced over his notebooks, folders, books, and pens. He picked up a pen and twirled it around in his hand as he waited. Thoughts on the angel with four haloes filled his mind. Was that angel the lost princess? He already knew some angel royalty as his best friend, Ayaka, was a cousin of the princess. But was that angel truly the lost princess? And did she have as much power as she was rumored to have? Ethan sighed again and straightened when the teacher walked in. His mind cleared of all thoughts and focused on the now. Well, here goes nothing!

Diana/ female/ angel/ second year Diana spotted a tall man walk into the room. Is he our teacher? Diana wondered remembering a post on the wall saying a few of the teacher's names. He must be Mr. Jones. ♦ Diana shuffled through her stuff and took out her pencil and notebook, waiting for Mr.Jones to begin class. He seemed a bit intimidating, but she hoped his personality wasn't as intimidating as his looks.

Elena | Female | Devil | Second year I watched the teacher enter the class. What was his name again? Mr Vincent? Probably. History class was first. I usually hate history, but now, I'm excited for it. This class was supposed to teach us about the war between angels and devils. I'm really curious about that. I always wondered what happened. I pulled out my notebook and pen and was ready for the teacher to speak. This was going to be fun.

Reaper/???/Demon/Teacher Reaper idly fiddled with one of the pencils they had found in their new desk. They turned it over in their hands and tested the pencil’s weight. It was fairly even, the narrow end sharpened to a point. “Why not.” Reaper thought. They then proceeded to launch the pencil at the door, aiming for the centre. And of course, at that exact moment, the door opened, and an angel-wait, not an angel. This one had horns. What were they called again? Hybrids- with one halo was behind it. She stopped the pencil a hair’s breadth from her nose with her levitation, looking surprised and a bit frightened. The sharp end was pointing towards her, too. Reaper raised an eyebrow, perplexed. Perhaps this class had more potential than they had originally thought. Her reaction time could’ve been a bit better, but hey, at least she didn’t get impaled! The hybrid gently floated the pencil back to them. They tossed it up, caught it again, then shoved it back into their desk, muttering something that sounded like “You didn’t see anything.” The rest of the class filtered in. There were 5 of them in total, one demon, three angels and the hybrid. The bell sounded. 10:05 am. Class was now to begin. Reaper stood up and kicked the desk. The second drawer flew open and a piece of chalk flipped out. They expertly caught it, and without missing a beat, proceeded to write on the blackboard- ” Dr.R - Battle Tactics”. They turned around to face the class. “Greetings,” they said, “Welcome to battle tactics class. Some of you may know me as Reaper, but in my class today, you know me as Dr R.” They raised their chin up a little, looking slightly down at the students. “Any questions?” Edited at April 17, 2024 04:12 AM by Embershed
