Niko flicked her ears as Night began to speak, she slowed her cranium shaking. She couldn't bring herself to say anything when he asked if she was okay. " Uh, sure." She said answering his question involving the rabbits, she was quite astonished to hear of so many rabbits surveying the planes. She shook her head once more, stretching a tad. " Sorry about that." She then said focusing a tad more, she wasn't quite sure where he was going to take the rabbit's but she grabbed one by the ears and waited.

Eagle looked down to see Yasha, his faithful advisor. Pulling away from his thoughts, he smiled at her and the squirrel she had brought. "Thank you, Yasha. Stand up." he said to her. Inspecting the squirrel, Eagle neatly cut off parts of it and slowly ate a leg, savoring the taste. The bones crunched in his mouth as he chewed. Swallowing the meat, he said, motioning at the squirrel, "You should eat." Eagle took a moment to close his eyes and reorganize his thoughts. Then, remembering he had a meeting with Tempest today, he groaned slightly. Well, time to go meet with that BLOODTHIRSTY wolf. Ugh. Okay, Eagle, stop. Calm down. Okay...I meet with her when the sun is in the middle of the sky. "Yasha." Eagle said in a clear voice, opening his eyes. "What is the latest report on Tempest and her pack?" He needed to know every day the status check, in case Tempest got to out of control or if the dog pack was progressing. Shifting slightly, Eagle stood up.

Night picked up the rest of the rabbits, dipping his head to her before trotting through the forest. Weaving in and out of the trees, they made it to the makeshift camp. Setting down the prey near the center, Night looked around. Most of them were resting. "Thanks for the help Niko." He said before going over to Alpha, dipping his head respectfully. "I have my report alpha. The environment can work to our advantage once we learn to navigate it and there is plenty of prey for the taking."

Delta's mind was flying, Dallas saw the dog pack! And it's comming in two days! Their was so much to do, no one was ready for this! Delta had believed the dog, well sort of, when he came and said that the dog pack was on it's way but she didn't think they were comming so soon! She got up from her stump and ran toward the main part of the camp. She skidded to a halt outside of the alpha's den, did she dare to go in? Everyone knew that Tempest could get mad fast and she didn't want to be in the middle of something bad, but someone had to do it. Taking a deep breath she walked into the den and bowed to the alpha. "Your-your majesty," Delta stuttered, "The dog pack is comming in two days, Dallas saw them." She held her breath as she waited for an answer.

Tempest | 3 | Alpha Female | Wolf Pack | M: Delta (briefely) Open Tempest heaved herself to her paws, shaking the dust off of her pelt. But she was still coated in mud, dirt, and the slightest bit of blood. "I should go wash myself off in the river," Tempest muttered to herself. She wasn't sure if it was a good idea to leave her pack behind with a crazy dog pack on the loose, but Tempest knew that they could probably defend themselves if the pack attacked with her gone. But before Tempest could head toward's her camp's exit, Delta came up to her, giving Tempest news that sent a bit of shock and a lot of fury through her. "Thank you for telling me," Tempest growled, the anger in her voice undisguised. "Please tell the rest of the pack, I'm going out for a bit." Tempest gave herself another vigorous shake before heading for the camp's exit, stepping out into the luscious, green forest that was her pack's territory. Tempest headed down towards the forest, passing trees full of joyous, singing birds and chattering squirrels. "Why can't they ever shut up?" Tempest growled to herself, slightly annoyed. However, the sound of birdsong and squirrel chatter quickly faded away, becoming drowned out by the sound of a medium, but fast-flowing waterfall. At the bottom of the waterfall was a clear, pebbly river with trees surrounding it. Tempest leaped into the ice-cold river, splashing water everywhere due to her massive size. Gradually, the river washed the mud, dirt, blood and debris off of Tempest's pelt, revealing the gorgeous, fluffy white fur underneath, and the amazing black streaks running down her back. As soon as the beautiful white wolf was washed off, she grabbed a huge fish in her mouth and padded out of the river, shaking vigorously to get all of the water off of her heavy, soaked pelt. Then, Tempest laid down in the shade of a tree and devoured the fish that she had caught, licking the blood off of her lips as she finished it. "May as well catch something for my pack," Tempest yawned, soon spotting two deer out of the corner of her eye. Tempest got into a crouch, silently creeping up on the mother deer and her baby. But as soon as she pounced and grabbed onto the baby's hind legs, the mother deer kicked Tempest and took off, terrified. Fortunately, it wasn't a very powerful kick, and Tempest took down the baby deer with ease, pround of her kill. Tempest was going to try to find out which way the mother deer had went, but then, she picked up a scent... one that she'd smelt before. Dog. It's not that Tempest was afraid, no. It's that she was enraged, and furious that a pack of stupid mutts was overconfident and dumb enough to try to invade Tempest's territory. "I'll kill them," she snarled, thinking of the warning that Delta had given her earlier. "I'll kill all of them." And in a fit, Tempest stomped towards her camp, picking up her kill, but leaving the mother deer behind. Edited at January 20, 2021 03:45 PM by Icy Eclipse

Sandstorm stopped, through the trees he could see what he was looking for, a skunk! Skunks don't tast that good but it's better than nothing. Stalking up and hidding behind a big oak he waited, the unsuspecting skunk walked closer to the tree. He was almost there, a little closer, there! Sandstorm pounced and clawed at the skunk, he got it good but the skunk managed to claw him back before he bit it's neck and killed it. The blood on his hind leg didn't bother him, Sandstorm was one of the wariors of the pack and he had to get used to battle scars. Picking up the skunk he walked back to add it to the food stash. Sandstorm was half way when he spotted the beta female, Delta. In his whole six years he had only had two crushes, Tempest the alpha and Delta, the beta. Tempest was hard to please though, and all the other males in the pack wanted to be alpha male too, but Delta on the other hand was easy to please. He walked over to her and dropped the skunk at her feet. "For you," he said and ran away before she could even say a word.

Dallas saw Delta tell Tempest and watched. The alpha stalked off into the woods, a furious expression on her face. Her normally lovely snow white coat with black streaks was covered in dirt and mud, with hints of blood. He guessed she would be going to the stream to wash, and decided to follow. He wanted to ask her something, and knew she might not have time later. Glancing around, he took off after her, carefully stepping around leaving and roots, weaving through trailing vines, and crawling under thron bushes. He did not care that his own pelt was getting soiled, since he could clean it in the water. Soon they reached the waterfall and the pool beneath it, the water crashing down like always. Tempest leapt into the water with a splash, and Dallas waited a moment. Creeping out of his hiding spot, he moved towards the waters edge. For some reason he did not want to be seen by the alph at first, thought there wasn't any reason for that. Suddenly an almost imperceptable smell reached his nose. Freezing, he turned, scenting the air. Dog, it could only be a dog. After a glance towards Tempest who had just dove under the water, Dallas raced off towards the smell. The scent of deer was also close by, but he didn't pursue the prey. After a while of pure running, he reached the ridge again, and was horrifed to see a few front scouts climbing the ridge. Letting out a howl to his pack, he stared down at them, prepared to launch into an attack.

Tempest | 3 | Alpha Female | Wolf Pack | M: Dallas, Dog pack scouts, open. As Tempest began the stomp towards her camp in a fury, she could hear the long, powerful howl of a wolf nearby. She lifted her great head into the air, realizing that this wolf had been following her, as she could smell his scent trail. Tempest's fury rose, and she let out a mournful, bellowing howl that echoed across the forest before heading in the direction of this wolf. She could barely recognize his scent, as it was mixed in with so many others, but Tempest was fairly sure that the wolf that'd been following her was Dallas. "Wonder what he wanted," Tempest muttered, a hint of anger edging her voice. It took no time before Tempest reached Dallas. "Hey, you!" Tempest roared. "Why were you-" Tempest was quickly cut off by the short, loud, high-pitched barks of three huge dogs who's magnificent, midnight-black pelts shone in the sunlight. Tempest could see that Dallas was ready to fight, and as always, so was she. Letting out another loud, mournful howl to summon a few warriors of her pack, Tempest launched herself into battle.
