She felt hungry, but she stayed silent, remaining close to India, feeling defensive, but also scared of the blood around them. She looked at Nightmare, watching her care for the SIC. She thumped her foot against the ground, as was a habit of hers when she was anxious. She nudged a different bone towards India's mouth, remembering that Nightmare said chewing on a bone helps with stress. She was only trying to help, but she was shaking the whole time.

India-SIC

India turned her head to see Alsaela pushing a bone to her, she picked it up with head mouth and started knawing it. It was somewhat comforting...her side where she got seeled was numb. It had been so hot that India couldnt feel that area and around it. The would looked horrible but she herself could not feel a thing. After she was done chewing the bone India spit it out and then looked at the little raptor who looked anxious. "I'm sorry you had to see this and me like this...you should not have to." India cooed to Alsaela. She nuzzled her thoughtfully and then looked at Nightmare. "I am going to put you in charge of SIC until I am well, thank you for caring for me." India said her head on the ground with her eyes closed.

She tried to step away but slipped in the blood and stumbled, getting it on her. She freaked a bit and kept slipping, just making it worse for herself. Shaking, she dragged her blood stained body to the prey pile and grabbed a small mouse, before hobbling back to Nightmare and India. She shuddered, slowly eating the mouse, still traumatized by the Utahraptor, her father, and Oculta calling her "Nuisance" she said aloud, forgetting she was thinking. She squeaked and went silent, just eating the mouse, while trying to get India's blood off her, to no avail because it was all over her are they paws? Or hands? Grippers? paws and she was just smearing it. But at least she was trying.

India-SIC

Indias eyes darted open, she stared at Alsaela "What did you just say?". She thought she had said 'Nuisance' and she was shocked on why she would say such a thing. Was Alsaela directing it to India or to herself, India let out a soft questioning growl.

"Wait you want me to become SIC!?" I asked, I was feeling mixed emotions. I felt anxious, worried, excited, scared, and overwhelmed all at once. I took a deep breath "Alright, I'll do my best." I said calming my nerves "but yes it also seems to be true that Oculta called her that. I've noticed she hasn't been very fond of the micros in general." I said "If you don't mind I want to scold her on her behavior in general towards them. I haven't been able to in the past because it wasn't my job." I explained

She squirmed, uncomfortable with the blood. "Not you. Sorry." She whined. "Oculta called me a nuisance when she took me hunting with her. Then she tried biting my head off." She grumbled and stared down at the mouse, still hungry, but slowly getting sick because of all the blood around her. She slipped again while turning to face India, and once more tripped on her tail, toppling over. Her tail waved in the air as she tried to get her balance back. She looked around, clearly upset. "Where..." She sighed and was in a funny stance, trying not to slip again. She tilted her head to the side and looked at India, a bit of caution glimmering in her eyes. "India? Um..." She took a deep breath before continuing. "Why did my parents leave?"

India-SIC

India nodded at Nightmare, "That kind of behavior is unacceptable, go ahead and talk to her about it.". India heard what Alsaela was asking her and she froze, looking at her worried. "I um...Alsaela you know how sometimes...sometimes new parents cant take care of their children so they...um leave?" this was a very akward conversation, mostly because India wasnt told the whole story about this by Blu. She continued, "Your parents...they loved you. I'm sorry I havent been told any more than that...". India looked away from the Micro.

I bowed my head, "That's part of why the mother role exists," I explained, "To help take care of young that the parents can't take care of themselves." I said looking at Alsaela "I don't regret my role, and I surely don't regret taking care of you," I said picking her up as I sat down and set her on my back, out of the blood. I cleaned her up getting the blood off her.

Hearing that made her angry. She jumped down and slapped her tail against the ground, snarling, forgetting that she hadn't told India yet about who she encountered in the forest. "If they loved me why did he hurt me-" she stopped, knowing words would do no good. She growled, picking up the mouse and scampered away, leaving the adults by themselves. She hid under one of the large boulders, and managed to get most of the blood off where she could reach. She finished off the mouse, tears streaming down her face. She shoved herself deeper under the rocks, just tired and wanting to hide. But she wasn't completely hidden. Her extremely long tail stuck out of the hole which gave her away. She let herself think, wanting to talk to Alley because she seemed to be the least overly-mature adult in the pack. It was easier for Alsaela to talk to Alley. She respected alpha, india, and all the others, but she also had to trust them. She grew scared of Oculta. She dared not run into the snappy raptor again. At least not without someone nearby. She didn't mean to make Oculta mad. She just wanted answers. She fell asleep in the hole, her exhaustion finally catching up to her.

India-SIC

India didnt bother going after the Micro, Alsaela needed to talk about it with Blu, it was none of her buisness. Though she did feel terrible, she had seen the small raptor crying and never liked it when that happened. She growled at Nightmare telling her to leave her alone for a bit and to check on Alsaela. India knew that Nightmare was much better at talking to Micros than she could ever be, the pack was lucky to have her.
