This is a wolf roleplay only. No other animals or wolves with special powers or special additions (examples such as wings, extra eyes, etc.)
You must fill out every part of the form, but you don't have to for the optional spots.
Wolves names should be natural sounding (example: Leafsong, Birdfern. Leafpup and Birdpup if they are pups) if you've read the warriors books, you probably know what I'm talking about.
