| hot honey lemon water is defiantly a good option for colds, just don't take it too often as it will lessen it's potency I'd recommend green chamomile tea too, possibly if you have ginger tea that's great for mornings |

| On an actual note, taking vitamin C tablets and staying well hydrated will help. If you're stuffy - I'd recommend buying decongestants if you don't have 'em. They all help the symptoms feel less severe. |
