His mom wanted me to try and convince him to wear a suit. I told her no, if thats what he wanted than thats what he was getting. I've known him and his mom over twenty years now, she should have known better than to think I'd take her side. He's adorable, he wants me to be his "best man", lol.

My brother's first lady love wanted a Celtic or Scottish wedding. Kilts and everything. My mom was not thrilled.

But then she turned out to be a toxic piece of ginger poison and the wedding never happened anyway, so...

Well, yeah, it isn't her wedding. She wasn't thrilled about it, but she wasn't going to prevent it from happening.

I think my mom wasn't thrilled about the wedding in general because when my brother and her were officially dating, she did everything in her power to subtly get my brother to cut me and my mom (even my dad, now that I think about it) out of his life.

My brother's new ginger poison is more like ginger medicine.

Literally the healthiest romantic relationship he's ever had. She's so great and fun and actively reminds my brother to call me and or my mom every week. So I guess that's one bonus about the toxic relationship, he met someone better.

She's the best. And her Doberman is a dumb baby
