Awwwwww :/

You know, I might just be crazy, but the one time I've commissioned someone on here I ended up not really digging the work as much as I liked the example they'd shown me, however I KNOW the hours of work they put into it, and as far as they know I loved it. It's not that they aren't adorable, just not quite what I expected. I dunno, I just feel like someone should at least appreciate and be sensitive to how much time goes into artwork.

I think that's why I prefer entering contests or doing freebies. Nothing on the line so nothing to complain about, y'know? I just don't have the confidence to charge people all that often.

So they ordered a common mated pair, no items for color, so I decided why not do a sunrise and sunset pair?

I was fully aware that the person said they were still getting practice, and I ended up paying them more than they thought the work was worth. I have a soft spot for artists. I actually would have paid them real money if they would have taken it, lol.
