Google said to wrap a damp tissue or paper towel around the egg to prevent it from shrink wrapping as it started to when I opened to help them all humidity is where its supposed to be and google said to help 12 to 24 hours after having externally pipped. Its now been little over 48 and not sure if I should try helping it more or not. I really dont want to harm it though. Im wondering if at the beginning of incubating the humidity wouldn't stabilize and it might have effected their development slightly and they pipped before they were actually ready to hatch

Ugh, I didn't take enough medicine last night and I'm still sick, my mind tells me to take my medicine but my body is refusing to move towards my medicine bottle (liquid cold&flu)

i don't know how to help with that personally, but Ive seen this good website called backyard chickens, its like reddit but for birdies, I'm fairly certain someone there will have a post about how to help your little guy, maybe even a guide on what to do :o

Im just wondering cause I need help with something. I've hatched about 6 sets of quail eggs and 2 sets of chicken eggs and havent had this issue before. My most recent batch of quail eggs were set to hatch 3 days ago. 4 of them weren't viable but the other 3 were. 2 days go they all externally pipped and I was able to help 2 hatch but the third one has unabsorbed blood vessels and so when i went to help it it started bleeding so I stop and dont know what to do.

my senior year of highschool I hatched 24 chicks in an incubator, at one point I had a hen who hatched and raised 11 chicks, my chickens were the coolest critters in the world to me

We've been working on it for a long time now. Still only on the jump! So, it's not hard, just time consuming. :)

We just do it for a good way to exercise, never competed before.



I actually did agility with my standard poodle for a while, but the barn shut down... we got the the point of running a small course without zoomies. XD

I have a small course I built in my backyard that consists of a hoop jump, some regular jumps, some tunnels, and I'm currently working on a teeter.

It's great brain stimulation and exercise for you and your dog.

Do you all have pets? If so, what are they and how is he/she called?
If you don't know Hachi already, well, I have a dog. A husky, actually. Not a recommended breed if you don't have simple maintenance skills :'D

Neutral. I like cats, but usually, cats don't like me. Maybe because I smell like dog; who knows.

I actually play a decent amount of instruments. I wouldn't say a lot, but good enough.

I used to play the Violin, I knew some French Horn too.

I now play the Ukulele, Piano, and some Guitar.
