It wouldn't and shouldn't be so bad, but the owner/dispatch and owner/supervisor just seem so content with mediocrity in pursuit of greed. Everyone that's been here a while just seems so burned out, one of them even admitted that he's burned out with EMS in general. No one seems to care and I care too much.

Same here, and this goes for all of you. I have an open-door policy for PMs, and the five foot radius around my big ass is a judgement-free zone (that includes my keyboard) If any of you ever need to talk I'm always around. |
