When I started backgrounds I watched landscape and concept art speedpaints to help understand how it works :) also taking time to understand the angle and perspective of landscapes. Coloring also is a big thing with nature and outside pieces, realizing how light hit areas is more of a practice makes perfect type of situation. Studying others pieces will make it faster :) Made a random room with faint guide lines to explain angle and perspective xD not good with words~ |

Ahh realising I've never posted here before. Since it seems the person above got the help they need I'm just gonna post a portfolio piece of mine. ❤ (Quality got blurred, but c 13o239) I'm also very willing to give tips with other media. This happened to be a coloured pencil piece. Also I guess you can critique if you want. |
